Excellent place to stay. Easy entry to football game, restaurants and UBER pick up and delivery.
Spacious rooms, amazing workout room, and easy entry to Convention Center and Football arena. Enjoyed Citizens Rest for breakfast each morning.

Nice Suites
The W is attached to the Mandalay Bay and offers spacious suites. The staff was friendly. I was confused about being at 'the suites' and originally went to the Mandalay Check in desk. The check in desk for the W is close to the Mandalay Bay Rideshare area which makes it convenient. Since that area is the front of the W, taxi's are also readily available. They did offer a $30 food beverage credit for Elite Bonvoy members, but they warn us that not all restaurants were included.

Service and hotel has gone down
I was disappointed in how much this hotel has been neglected, time for a refurb. Check in was fine but customer service is non existent. Had to call the desk about the shower scolding or cold on its own. waited on hold for 15 minutes before an answer. Maintenance fixed the cartridge in short time. Next day shower did same thing. On hold for another 15 minutes. Maintenance came up to find out something else was wrong and we should move next morning. He said he notified the desk and we could move the next day. Checked with desk next morning, they knew nothing about it. They said we could move when they had a room clean. Never heard from them so we checked back at 3.00 P.M. finally got a room. Probably won't stay here again.
