Save your time and money, stay at a different hotel. Poor communication skills from the hotel. Construction all around the lobby. Have to walk through construction areas where workers are wearing hard hats and guests don't (not to mention the kids running around). Elevators and escalators rarely work in the garage so be prepared to bake. Rude guest service staff if you call and ask questions. Don't order room service because it's the same as Uber Eats. Our steak and pasta dinners came in a paper bag with plastic utensils. They also didn't have the majority of the food available that was listed on the menu. Couldn't check out using the TV or phone, had to go to the front desk. Pretty ridiculous for a hotel on the strip that prides themselves on a premier experience.

I had my Beats Studio headphones stolen while my bag was checked @ the Bell Desk.

however the amenities cost; it cost to store your food in the mini fridge, there's no microwave on site. you can't request one at a cost and there's not one to use in your room. so after spending $40 minimum on food if you have leftovers just toss them because you can't warm them up and it cost you $25 to store in the fridge. other than that the rooms were nice and clean, no changes from when it was the Delano.

I attended a 5-day work conference, and I'm so glad that I stayed at this hotel for my 1st trip to Las Vegas! My room was amazing (that soaker tub was EVERYTHING); the night-time view was incredible and the staff were very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay at The W when I return for a pleasure trip!
