The hotel does not offer any free amenities that we could use. The pool closed at 6:00pm and didn't leave us any time to wrap up our conference and go for swimming. Everything in the room's refrigerator was 5x more than outside of Las Vegas, and touching anything resulted in being charged. We couldn't use the fridge at all because it was stocked with overpriced food and beverages. Keurig coffee in the room was priced at $16!

Beautiful room, but a total rip off. I travel 40-60 nights a year and I have NEVER been charged for using the coffee maker in my room. I made 2 cups of Kcup coffee - I was charged $36. There was no clear signage to communicate the charge AND I am a gold Marriott member.

Front desk employee rude and spoke to me like a child, did not help me in the least when I tried to get a king bed being 6'6. Brushed me off and told me to give up my room and wait for a king, just the way he said it was bad. Last time I did this I didn't get a room till 10 at night. Was not going to take a chance since he had said good luck getting a king. My double queen bad room both beds were as hard as a rock.

I was surprised that not much has changed in the rooms from it being the Delano to W . Room is exactly the same. The lobby is under construction and a mess. Rooms are still nice have separate living and 1.5 bathrooms . But if you expect a big change it has not happened.
