We love Irene at the pool bar!
We spent the weekend at the Westgate. As owners through the time share, we come about once a year. The highlight of our trip was Irene at the pool bar - she anticipated our every need and made sure to keep us hydrated! She made us feel like friends and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience during the hours we spent at the pool, which was 4+ hours every day! She’s delightful and the Westgate Las Vegas is so lucky to have her! We were also so pleased by the variety of workout machines and cleanliness at the gym! Our only critique is that the Owner’s Check In doesn’t open until 9AM, but there were no signs communicating that… or a way to check into our room upon our 8AM arrival.

Stellar Guest Service Experience
I've been visiting Las Vegas for over twenty years on a regular basis, but my most recent visit prompts me to praise the Westgate. The 1969 tribute was like a dream! The casino's commitment to honoring Elvis was immersive and exclusive. They produced an electric atmosphere of positive energy and community. But most of all, the Security Department 83641 that evening went above and beyond, making an impression I won't soon forget. Raul Amaya is responsive and personable, demonstrating genuine care for the Westgate guests. Frank DeLuca exhibits all the values of customer service and professional commitment with a welcomed level of cheer. Raul and Frank are an exemplary part of the Westgate experience. I am looking forward to returning soon!

High Octane at APA
We stay at the Westagte for APA multiple times every year. One of our favorite activities is seeing High Octane perform in the lounge. This band is truly special and talented and is a must see every time we are in Vegas. They play a perfect variety of music from classic rock to current hits and the singer is incredible.

Hotels check-in
Tyler and Sladane at the front desk helped my friend and I get our rooms in the same floor and nearby each other. They were awesome!
