Jimmy The Doorman
I usually do everything by myself. Self Park, Self check. All of that stuff. But this morning before I started traveling I twisted my knee and hurt it badly. Bad enough that I almost called off my trip. But I put a knee brace on it and got out my cane and decided to make the trip anyway. I was a bit concerned because I know it’s a long walk to catch a cab like I needed to do. I should not have worried because Jimmy was there to save the day. Jimmy was the only doorman that I saw, but he saw that I had a cane and he held my hand and helped me up on the curb …. when I explained that I needed a cab and where I needed to go, he hailed a cab for me, And made sure I got safely in the cab. When I returned via cab hours later, Jimmy was there to assist me out of my cab and to help me …limping …up on the curb. When you are hurt, things are much more difficult to do. But Jimmy made it so that I almost didn’t remember that I was hurt. I wish every visit at every establishment could be as pleasant as the one that Jimmy provided for me today. And I will go on to say that I will be happy to return to this hotel again because of the stellar service that Jimmy provided to me today

Enjoying the Westgate Club, Owners Lounge
Westgate owners lounge was enjoyable. It is disappointing that the snacks and happy hour frequency has decreased over previous years. It is great to see the same great, polite service as before. Aida was wonderful and helpful as usual!!
