Pool Closed with No notice
Haven't actually arrived yet, but when I called to reserve my pool cabana for 9 days, I was told that the pool would be closed to owners on 4 of the 9 days of my stay. I fully understand the desire to rent out the pool area, but feel that it could be rented out for a large portion of the day, as opposed to an entire day. There's no mention of the pool being closed on the owners website. So the pool will be closed for a private event on Sunday 9/07/25, Wednesday 9 /10/25, Thursday 9/11/25 & Friday 9/12/25 --- So the week of 9/07 to 9/14/25 the pool will be closed 4 of the 7 days. TOTALLY unacceptable in my humble opinion. Owners pay premium amounts of money to use these facilities and then, not only we can't use them, but Westgate doesn't let us know so we can make other arrangements.

Vegas Weekend
Fabulous Memorial weekend at the Westgate. Booked to attend a concert and stayed a few extra days to enjoy Vegas. The staff at the Westgate are absolutely the BEST! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Want to particularly single out a few people that made the weekend extra special; Kelly Lincoln at the Cabana Grill is amazing! Super friendly and attentive both days while my wife and I lounged by the pool. Lori at Sid’s was also amazing. And Molly at the International Theater. These are just some of the awesome staff at the Westgate. Conveniently located at the N end of the strip, with great access to the monorail. Used that for 2 days we were in town. Perfect way to get around. Live entertainment in the lounge. Wide selection of restaurants. Everything you need. Highly recommend. Will return. Highly recommend staying at this property.

I accidentally pushed the wrong button by right but I wanted to say that we did not get a bowel and we tried several times and did not get any attention to our room when we got down to the bottom of the elevator. There was a gentleman down there named Jimmy and he was so kind and helped us get a car and get all of our luggage loaded in our car. He should get a raise.
