The Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa is an absolutely beautiful place to stay in the wonderful city of Lausanne. We were on a girls' trip and we couldn't have been happier about our stay. It was only for one night but the staff was welcoming and extremely courteous. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

This hotel is top notch! Every staff member was so polite and helpful. We loved the pool outside with all the jet tub options. It is centrally located. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Our stay at the Royal Savoy Lausanne was outstanding. The hotel combines elegance, comfort, and exceptional service. The room was quiet and beautifully designed, and the bedding ensured excellent sleep quality. The spa area is truly impressive – the hammam, sauna, and relaxation room are of an exceptional standard. I especially appreciated the women-only sauna and hammam area, which is a rare and very thoughtful feature that adds to the feeling of comfort and privacy. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and highly professional. The way the situation with the pool closure was handled, together with the remarkable welcome for our dogs, shows a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction and personal care. We are already thinking about returning in April and will be booking again very soon. Thank you for such a memorable and luxurious experience.
