Absolutely stunning hotel and location food delicious, staff most helpful We stayed in the adults only escape package. It was fabulous. The beach bar staff especially Vishik were amazing. Vishik got to know our drinks and had our coffee ready when we arrived. Exceptional service from him and it made our holiday. Fabulous hotel. Highly recommend and will definitely return

We stayed at Dinarobin for 4 nights with our young family. We had such a memorable time there. The views from the hotel are breathtaking with the beautiful mountain and the beach. The kids club was very well equipped and provided a lot of entertainment for the kids. The food was very good. The Japanese restaurant, Umami is highly recommended. The service at Dinarobin is one of the best i have experience in Mauritius.

This is one of the most incredible resorts I've ever stayed at anywhere in the world! The staff was just fantastic at every turn, starting with the front desk staff. I can't thank Trinity and Mya enough for their outstanding customer service throughout our entire stay! The room we stayed at was located in the Zen Crescent, room 871 on the 3rd floor. It was very spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was nice not having any kids there, and the proximity to the sunset bar was ideal! Speaking off, the bartenders/servers there were also incredible! Rajiv and Vishik took great care of us, as they were very attentive. Our favorite meals were at La Plage restaurant, where the food was delicious! Our servers Kemraj and the manager Rakesh Dasso were so dedicated and welcoming each day! We did have some disappointments, though. The Japanese restaurant, which is not part of the Escape package, fell flat. Service was very slow, and the sushi was average a best. The F&B Manager Parvez was very apologetic and comped us the entire meal. He was very professional and understood the issues at the end. On the same vein, the food was very good everywhere else we went, but we didn't fully understand that the Escape package was NOT an all-inclusive package. Each menu had the letter "E" next to the items we were allowed to choose from, which made for roughly 40% of all menu items. The resort itself is an absolute little oasis and spice of paradise! The grounds are extremely well manicured, and the views of the mountain from various areas are just breathtaking! Everywhere you look feels magical, especially the sunsets each night. The pool area is spotless, and the bar/serving staff is dedicated! Special thanks to the bar manager Darsen and his incredibly devoted staff for going above and beyond at every turn! What an outstanding place to call home for a few nights! The food, the grounds, but more importantly, the unbelievable staff there! One of 3 hotels we stayed at for our honeymoon to experience the South of the island and its more natural/ tropical beauties. You can use the facilities of both Dinarobin and Paradis which is a bonus. Paradis seemed a bit more Modern but way busier with more kids. Dinarobin is spacious with plenty of pools by each crescent. We stayed in a fantastic junior beachfront room, a bit old school but always clean and the bed was super comfy. We were next to crescent 6 which is an adults only pool and had our adults area of the beach and a boutique bar serving fab cocktails. The views of the mountain and sea is stunning. One of cleanest and clearest of beaches I have ever seen. The spa was incredible, we had a couples yoga session, massage and scrub which was a an amazing experience. We were able to use the sauna and hamman (steam room) however neither was hot and was no ecalyuptus scent in the afternoon. I did raise this and was informed it would be checked ask but nothing happened so we left and didn’t make god use of these facilities. Plenty of activities to choose from including paddle board, glass bottom boat etc. the cardio room is fab however the weights room was closed for a refurb on the roof so wasn’t able to use. Evening entertainment was mixed. Really enjoyed the local sega dancing and chilled jazz nights however the DJ’s mixing wasn’t great and played cheesy music but aware the DJ was catering for all. The staff were very friendly. Service was good most of the time but we didn’t have the best experience on the first night at Pardis’ Blue Marlin fine dining. Little things such as serving a soup without a spoon which was a bit annoying. We were booked on the escape package which we thought was all inclusive however this was not the case. We could only chose around 40% of the main options and was forced to pay extra for the option we wanted but also was restricting ourselves. We had also booked Umami Japanese at Dinarobin but was told we could only have RS1400 credit each but couldn’t really give us the options we wanted so we cancelled and decided to eat at the buffet. If you’re paying that much then all options should be included. We informed the UK team about this and they agreed that we may have been mislead about the escape package. If we were made aware of how limited our options were before booking then we may not have booked the escape package. On the other hand, most drinks options are included on the escape package, cocktails were amazing and the themed buffet nights were great with plenty of options to choose from. La ravane at Paradis was stunning and the Mauritian food and service here was incredible. We were greeted by the food manager of Dinrobin whilst at La Ravane who apologised about the experience on our first night and wanted to make up for it was a specially arranged meal at Umami however it was too late as we were leaving the island the next day.

The Dinarobin is one of the most beautiful places in the world for my wife and me! After 10 years we have been here for the second time and it was unforgettable again! The hotel is located in a beautiful environment at the foot of Le Morne. All buildings and accommodations in the complex are very harmoniously embedded in the area, the entire complex is maintained daily and is in top condition. The rooms (we had Junior Suite Beachfront) are spacious and very tastefully furnished. The hotel is particularly characterized by a first-class service. All employees are very friendly, attentive, helpful and hospitable at all times, so you feel very welcome. Be it the team from the reception, the concierge, the team from the restaurants and the beach service or the team from the housekeeping, everyone knows how to make the stay very pleasant. All inquiries and wishes have always been fulfilled to the full satisfaction. The main restaurant should also be highlighted. The food is of first-class quality and every evening you will find a great selection of dishes. We particularly liked the offer of dessert, compliments to the kitchen. During my stay, I had a birthday, with a gift from the hotel, a reserved and beautifully decorated table in the evening and the special birthday cake from the kitchen made the day unforgettable. We would like to thank the entire Dinarobin team for the wonderful time, we will definitely come back again!
