Our recent family holiday at The St. Regis Mauritius was simply exceptional. Having travelled extensively and stayed at many luxury resorts around the world, we can honestly say that this was the best service we have ever experienced. The resort itself is breathtaking. Set beneath the iconic Le Morne mountain, with stunning white sandy beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters and beautifully maintained grounds, it is a little piece of paradise. Mauritius is also a spectacular island, offering incredible sightseeing, beautiful scenery and unforgettable experiences, making it the perfect destination for a family holiday. What made this trip so special, however, was the people. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The warmth, kindness, attention to detail and desire to make our stay perfect were evident in every interaction. A very special thank you must go to Benoit George, whose personal attention throughout our stay was extraordinary. Benoit was always visible, approachable and genuinely interested in ensuring our family was having the best possible experience. What impressed us most was how much he cared about the small details that make a big difference. He consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and his thoughtful gesture of arranging a day-use room on our final day before our evening flight perfectly demonstrated the exceptional level of hospitality that defines this resort. It made our departure so much more comfortable and allowed us to enjoy our last day in paradise right until the very end. We would also like to give special recognition to Manisha and Jessica, who became a huge part of what made our holiday so memorable. Their warmth, energy and genuine care were absolutely outstanding. Not only did they provide impeccable service every day, but they were also wonderful with our children. They took the time to get to know our family, always welcomed us with huge smiles, remembered our preferences and made our children feel incredibly special. Their kindness, patience and natural ability to connect with people transformed every meal into a highlight of our day. By the end of our holiday, they felt more like friends than members of staff, and our children were always excited to see them. They are an absolute credit to The St. Regis and are a major reason why our stay was so unforgettable. A thank you also to Lucinda, whose leadership helped create such a fantastic dining experience throughout our stay. The buggy team – Sylvestre, Arjan and Akash – were equally amazing. Whether transporting us around the resort, sharing a friendly conversation or helping us whenever we needed assistance, they consistently delivered service with a smile. They were always welcoming, professional, reliable and genuinely happy to help. Our heartfelt thanks also go to our wonderful butler team – Nousreen, William, Vishy and the wider team. Their service was genuinely world-class. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, handled every request seamlessly and consistently went above and beyond to make our family feel at home. Their attention to detail and personal care made a tremendous difference throughout our stay. What stands out most when reflecting on our holiday is not just the beauty of the resort or the island, but the people. Every member of the team made us feel valued, welcomed and genuinely cared for. The level of personalised service, warmth and attention we received far exceeded anything we have experienced elsewhere. As a family, we have been fortunate to visit many incredible destinations around the world, but The St. Regis Mauritius stands above them all. The combination of a spectacular location, beautiful surroundings, unforgettable experiences and the most outstanding hospitality we have ever received created memories that will stay with us forever. Words cannot describe how wonderful our stay was at the St Regis La Morne in Mauritius. First of all, the property is absolutely stunning with numerous amounts of activities complimentary both sporting and relaxing. The food was incredible, our room was magical and every day felt like we were in paradise. But what truly made our stay special was the staff. Starting with our butler Vishy, she made us feel so incredibly special and consistently went above and beyond for us, if you ever go, you must ask for her by name as she will make you feel like family and make sure whatever the occasion is, you are going to remember it forever. The daily serving staff at breakfast and the beach bars were incredible, Charlotte, Harris, Adi, Akshay and Duan always served us with warmth that you would expect from a family member. There was no request too trivial and was always delivered with haste and the best attitude you could ask. Last but not least we want to thank Zahra, who literally became my wife’s best friend in 2 days, guided us, helped us and made our honeymoon the most unforgettable experience of our lives. The entire staff, nay the entire family of St Regis will make sure and will not rest until you have had the most amazing and heavenly experience of your life. We cannot wait to go back and see all our friends there again.

Our stay at the St. Regis was absolutely wonderful. The service provided by the staff is outstanding, and we felt comfortable and truly welcome at all times. A very special thank you goes to our butler, Gary, who took exceptional care of his guests – thank you so much for your kindness and dedication. The food at the Japanese and Asian restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the hotel's location right on the wide sandy beach is simply beautiful.

We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday at The St. Regis Mauritius, and it was truly one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt exceptional, but what stood out most was the incredible staff who were striving to make the whole experience perfect! A special mention to our butler, Avish, who went above and beyond to make this milestone celebration extra special for us. His attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference—if you’re staying here, definitely ask for him. We’re also very grateful to Daliana, Kevin, and Ayman, who were always so responsive, kind, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The St. Regis has truly set a new benchmark for us—you’ve spoiled us for all future holidays. We can’t wait to return.

The hotel is sooo family friendly.. special thanks to the night duty manager Ashok I think for his care and Jameel for looking after us in the emergency. The tepanyaki by our nepal chef was soo good. Loved the screenings of the fifa2026 in their cinematic theater. The location of the hotle with the amazing view of the mountain is soo good
