It was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. The service was exceptional. Every encounter with the service personnel was super friendly and warm. We especially want to recognise Manisha from the service staff for being such a wonderful host. Also, the gym staff Sandrina, Ashley and Yogi were amazing. We’ve enjoyed our private session with Ash. We‘ll come back for sure!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The St. Regis Le Morne as a family and felt very well looked after from the very beginning. A very special thank you goes to our Butler Avish, who made our stay even more memorable. He was always incredibly friendly, attentive, professional and helpful. Whenever we needed something, Avish was there for us and always made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. What we appreciated most was not only the excellent service, but also his warm and genuine personality. He took great care of our whole family and especially made our son feel very welcome. By the end of our stay, he had become much more than just our Butler – he was an important part of our Mauritius experience. The St. Regis is a beautiful resort in an incredible location, but it is people like Avish who really make a luxury hotel stay special and unforgettable. Thank you again, Avish, for everything you did for us. We truly hope to see you again one day when we return to Mauritius. Highly recommended – 5 stars from our whole family!

To Sylvestre, thank you for your incredible level of customer service during every transfer around the resort. Your professionalism and warm smile never went unnoticed. A special thank you to Fadi, whose constant availability and fascinating knowledge of the House of Astor made us feel not just like guests, but truly at home. To Christa, thank you for the impeccable housekeeping and for maintaining our room with such care and discretion. Incredible relaxing vacation! Everything was extremely smooth thanks to our butlers: Tej, Sharmila, Gracia, Keertisha, and Orphelie! Service was incredibly attentive, the team went above and beyond to anticipate our every need with genuine warmth and professionalism. They also got us super cute gifts at the end if our stay and organized a 3AM breakfast for our early morning flight! Also want to mention one of the admins Zahra, and ALL of the restaurant staff that was assisting and serving us the room 491/492. Def coming backkkk
