one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in
I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel! The welcome was impeccable when I arrived: the staff were always helpful, friendly and ready to assist with a smile. My room was large, well-furnished and really comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. One of the things that struck me the most was the breathtaking view from the window of the room, which made every morning even more special. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a few steps from the center, which makes it extremely convenient for exploring the area. Also, the valet parking service was a real nice touch, which made everything even easier. The spa is truly huge, with a variety of services that go far beyond expectations - a truly unique experience! And don't forget to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, it's definitely worth it. I will definitely come back and choose this hotel again every time I visit Lake Como.

Wow! Just Wow!
I just got back from an overnight stay at the Grand Hotel Victoria, and my only regret is not staying longer. From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs. Choosing this hotel was definitely the right call! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was modern, sleek, and beautifully appointed. The restaurant served delicious food with top-notch service, and the spa experience was simply outstanding. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel Victoria and can't wait to return!

Outstanding experience!
Service, ambience, rooms (heated bathroom floors) view and the spa….so cool. The manager at check in was the best. Greeting us by name every time we returned to the hotel. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Only small complaint were the 30 euro cocktails. Very stingy pour as well.

A “Grand” Experience
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Everyone working there was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are updated and have lots of modern amenities. The spa was exceptional and a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We can’t wait to return!
