BEYOND FIVE STAR!! This Hotel and Spa set a new standard in what it means to be a 5 or 6 star location. Exceptional.
Attention to detail.First class spa.Staff were very attentive & always ready to assist.Hotel is fresh and modern excellent location and facilities. The breakfast buffet was outstanding so to the dinner/ restaurant. We cannot fault anything about this hotel. It sets a new standard that other Hotel/Spas should try to emulate. Nothing was left to chance from welcome drink to farewell drink. Greeting us at reception with a smile. The Spa is one of the best experiences available with saunas, steam rooms, Kneipp Path and hydrotherapy pools and showers, Himalayan salt cave and even a living moss room. This has now made us realize how much other locations including Lefay in Lake Garda need to pick up their attention to detail. Five stars is not enough!

Wonderful stay ! A dream !
We spent a wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Victoria ! Everyone at the hotel was incredibly attentive and made sure our stay was perfect from beginning to end! We will definitely be back. Thank you again, it was fabulous!

a little piece of heaven in lake como
Blown away by this hotel. The staff were wonderful. The spa was amazing! The room was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast was incredible. We will definitely be back!

Extremely friendly and opulent service
Location is nice by the lake although there is a road between the lake and hotel premises. Check-in is quick and efficient, and all service very friendly, nearly overwhelmed. Modern spa building is behind the “old” hotel, and some of the rooms is there. Our room was spacious, big bathroom with an excellent shower and very wide and good bed. Lights and curtains were centrally remote controlled. Valet parking was included in the room price. They also had a recharger for an electronic vehicle, but I was not asked whether I would have wanted it to be recharged. Otherwise this hotel should be rated 5 stars, but unfortunately the dinner was not very good. It was not bad either, but not at the level I would have expected of 5 star hotel. Breakfast was quite standard.

Amazing Staff and Hotel
We chose this hotel for its location and mix of modern and classical aspects. The staff were truly incredible and the rooms a decently sized. The Spa is truly next level, we travel often and have never seen a spa that big. While we had terrific weather, the Spa is a Terran advantage compared to other nearby hotels to provide a rainy day activity.
