Such a peaceful weekend! The resort is so beautiful, quiet, clean. I wish I could live there! I had the most amazing massage I’ve ever had. Also received room upgrade which was really nice.

My second stay at Miraval Berkshires was extremely disappointing. When I walked into my room at check-in, I found an opioid pill on the floor. My husband is in recovery, so I see firsthand how hard the battle is every day—this could have devastating consequences for someone vulnerable. For a wellness resort that hosts AA meetings and promotes recovery, this is completely unacceptable. When I raised the issue, staff and a supervisor spoke about me in the back office, apparently thinking I couldn’t hear them—but I did. Their behavior was condescending, snarky, and felt like gaslighting. Cleanliness throughout the property was unacceptable. Tables all over the resort were left unclean. In the women’s spa, two bathrooms were out of order, one stall door was ripped off its hinges, and lockers contained trash from the previous day. Dirty towels were overflowing, and there weren’t enough clean ones to use. Waitstaff were aggressive and inattentive. I also spoke with multiple returning guests who all agreed the property has declined drastically in both service and quality. At a property that averages $1,200–$2,000 per night, this is not a luxury experience. If Miraval wants to even pretend to be a luxury resort, they need to replace the front desk staff and completely rethink their approach to guest service. I have no concerns beyond my experience—I simply will not be returning. As a travel advisor, I would never recommend Miraval Berkshires to any clients, friends or family. Positives- The airport shuttle staff, and spending time with my sister and cousins.

Excellent, relaxing stay with a friend. LOVE the all inclusive/gratuity included vibe because it allows you to fully relax without thinking about any of that/worrying about having cash on me, etc. Staff is beyond accommodating, food is excellent with great variety and spaces were focused on relaxation. The rooms are very ordinary.. nice but more like a nice hotel room vs a "cottage" but you spend most of the time outside of the room anyhow. The bedding is SO comfortable and amazing so sleep is excellent. Overall great stay, highly recommend.

I am a Hyatt Explorist and thru my many work of Hyat stays I have earned free nights. I went on the Hyattsite and it shows I can use my complimentary night at the Miraval resort. But upon booking with availability I went to book the stay but unfortunately the online portal would not complete the booking. So I call the Hyatt customer service which in turn said I had to contact the property. When I explained this to the property representative they said they could not do it and would not accept the reservation. A total scam, I read the web site carefully and I definitely am entitled to book this stay. I am very disappointed and don’t know when anybody should be a dedicated Hyatt brand client. What is the reason for a loyality relationship program if they do not honor what they advertise? Debbie

We came last minute for a couple day's to celebrate my fiance's new job. We packed in the "included" activities -- lots of yoga and mobility type classes because we both were dealing with cranky backs and I was training for a road race. The spa is gorgeous and relaxing and the body services were excellent. I enjoyed the Vasudhara (in-water / floating massage experience). Beds are super cushy.
