I live locally and decided on a last-minute staycation—and I’m so glad I did! I loved every moment of my two-night stay. The front desk staff were quick to accommodate me with a beautiful room, and the service throughout was excellent. The room itself was lovely and wonderfully decorated : soft towels, a wonderfully comfortable bed, and a great shower with high-quality soaps and lotions. The building is absolutely beautiful and full of charm. There are some sounds you can hear of people walking above you, but it was minimal and part of the buildings historical charm. On my first night, I ordered some small bites from the bar and enjoyed them at one of the front porch tables. The bartender is a true mixologist, and the rest of the waitstaff were friendly and attentive. Lexington is such a green, vibrant town with a lot to offer—walking paths, open green spaces, and a charming downtown filled with shops and restaurants. In the summer, they host live music on the green every Friday evening, which adds to the town’s appeal. I truly loved my stay at the inn and can’t wait for my next little staycation!

The Comfort of the Seating and the well-appointed interior walls and furnishings made Great food into a "lovely" dining pleasure. The Scallop roll was made just right and the chocolate dessert was worth all the calories.

This is the most amazing stay at a hotel/inn I have ever had and will return. The staff is amazing, friendly and was understanding of my child with special needs. I never felt judged and only met with compassion and help. I was traveling alone with my 2 girls to visit family. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the food is amazing. Suggest booking in advance! We got lucky and found the 1 room that was left. Well worth the money. Eileen at the restaurant is the absolute best. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and better employees.

Every thing about the Inn is wonderful. We’ve stayed in Boston and Cambridge about 1-2x/year for the last 25 years, but never west of those areas, so this was our first stay at the Inn. Both the people, the room, the food, and the inn’s surroundings were just great.

Amazing, Bed & Breakfast tucked away in the beautiful suburban town of Lexington, MA. The charm of the Inn speaks to both the old and new world charming decor. Rooms are generous enough in space, yet reflecting the intimacy of boutique accommodations. Upon our arrival, we were noticed, greeted, and welcomed by all of the inns staff. The hostess of the night was attentive immediately to our questions regarding the area and made us feel right at home. We were escorted with assistance with our luggage to our room, #30. We shortly went for dinner, but at our return noticed turn-down service and complementary dark-mint chocolates were provided. The bedding, linens, and bath towels were amazingly soft and comfortable. The continental breakfast is included with the stay and did not disappoint. Fresh local fruit, homemade pastries, jam, and homemade yogurt were filling. The menu added additional hot items from omelets, pancakes, oats, and eggs your way. We chose the omelets and they were delicious! Not to mention the wonderful homefries. We ate breakfast there every morning Dinner was outstanding! From the restaurants recor embracing a clean, simple yet modern-day take on the past, it was well complimented on the overall theme of the inn. Wait staff were friendly, engaging, and accommodating and served with pleasure. The food was a dance on the pallet of clean, healthy, deliciousness, on a plate. Nothing was missing with the temperature, which was maintained throughout the meal and seasoned perfectly. We each enjoyed our meals: Hastings Birger, Roasted Chicken, Hanger steak, and Lamb chop, cooked to perfection, with perfect pairings of starch & veggies. We chose the strawberry shortcake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream every nite. It was delicious! Our last evening there, we were able to speak with the inns owner, Tricia, who has the most beautiful spirit. It was such a pleasure speaking with her. We definitely will be returning for future respite and will definitely spread the news about this New England gem. Thanks for a wonderful stay! The Hammond's(Ron & Steph) We definitely will be returning
