Kenny, the Delfines concierge, was above and beyond in his patience and thoughtful attention to our needs. He arranged tours , suggested restaurants, got cars for us, and more. His kind smile and cheerful greetings every day truly added to our travel experience.

Modern rooms, very clean. Very good bar and restaurant food. Staff always courteous and able to joke along. Always felt I could ask anything and they would be able to help. Very professional concierge Luis always on hand

Great hotel ! Service was great and beds are comfortable! Rooms are clean! Breakfast buffet is good value for money! Shoutout to the door boys and luggage service helpers! They were very kind and friendly!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Delfin hotel as part of my participation for Team USA at the PAN AMERICAN VETERANS AND YOUTH FENCING CHAMPIONSHIPS. The hotel breakfasts were well worth the effort to get up early. The entire hotel staff was attentive and very friendly. Special kudos go to gianfranco and the ladies at the front desk for all that they did to make my steak comfortable and enjoyable. I really felt welcomed. The area around the hotel was beautiful and felt very safe. I definitely would stay at this hotel again if I travel to lima peru.
