IFrom the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch; the entire staff is incredibly attentive and they truly excel at anticipating your every need. That proactive service was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. I don't usually ask for names because everyone—even the doormen—was so kind and welcoming, but in this case, I must give a special shout-out to Sergio Alcantara, Jordans, and Alejandra—they were absolutely top-tier! The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is perfect, featuring a jacuzzi and a separate shower. A huge plus is that the rooms are 100% soundproof, which allowed for a deep, restful sleep. The swimming pools—both the heated indoor one and the garden pool—are fantastic, and being right next to the bar means you can have a cocktail in your hand in seconds! The gym is fully equipped with everything you need, including a professional trainer available at all times to help with your routine. I also highly recommend the massages at Specchi (pro tip: look for discounts on Bigbox!). The breakfast buffet is impressively varied. Beyond the classics like bread, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, tamales, and chicharron, they even serve traditional Peruvian dishes like Aji de Gallina and international options like Thai Chicken. To top it all off, they have a golf simulation court for an additional fee, which really completed the whole experience (I recommend booking it in advance or as soon as you check in). 100% recommended for anyone visiting Lima, especially since the location is very central and in one of the safest districts in the city!

Best rooms are away from the elevator. I enjoyed the pool area, which is great for kids. Also the location is terrific, close to the financial district in the real center of Lima.

This is a beautiful hotel in the San Isidro district of Lima. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The location was safe, clean and accessible to other neighborhoods. The staff was fantastic, particularly in the restaurants and bar. I’m not ordinarily a luxury hotel person but this was absolutely worth it!

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, adequate working space and bathroom with all amenities. It is well situated. Dinner in the restaurant is very good, breakfast is stupenduous, and the staff is as professional and attentive as you can find. It may appear as a busness hotel, but we found it equally romantic, classy and restful.

The staff was amazing - very kind, attentive, and also professional. The room, restaurants, and gym were all first-rate. The location is excellent. Prices for Peru were high, but you get what you pay for. You know the staff is five star when, after the first day, they know your name and habits.
