Altis Avenida Hotel

Fabulous hotel, in the heart of Lisbon. The staff were amazing, attentive and so helpful, will go back next time we are in Lisbon

Stayed for a week with a family of five. Visit started with a receptionist named Julia spending literally 45 minutes walking me from room to room to show me the rooms and the views to help decide which one I preferred, not even at my request, she just did that on her own. And the tone was set from there. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful, the location is perfect, the breakfast Buffett and rooftop bar are on the same space with lovely views and good food. I learned from an ex hotel employee who now runs cooking classes that we took that the manager is very strict and runs a very tight shop and it shows. They need to change their mattresses as the mattresses are very firm and uncomfortable, but everything else about this place is wonderful and was so good I ignored the bedding. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful service and a fabulous roof top bar, We will hopefully have another opportunity to return :)

An absolutely gem of a hotel, great and friendly service. We travel with our dog and he was very welcomed everywhere.
