Exceptional Service & Warm Hospitality! Altis Avenida Hotel truly came through when I had to change the venue for my husband’s celebration at the very last minute. From the moment I arrived, Sara Soares made me feel genuinely welcomed and supported. She was patient, accommodating, professional, and attentive to every detail. A special thank you to the entire team who was attentive, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire event and experience. Sara kept me informed and remained helpful throughout the evening. She is a tremendous asset to the team and represents Altis Avenida exceptionally well! Thanks to Sara and the entire staff, everything ran smoothly, the setting was perfect, and the celebration turned out beautifully. I am deeply grateful to the entire Altis Avenida team and highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

Wonderful hotel with exceptionally helpful staff

With a three side wraparound balcony furnished for sitting in three different areas, the Grandview suite really does have a grand view. Views over the square, the castle and the river in the distance do justice to the exceptionally high levels of service from a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was to a high standard and, thanks to the weather, was taken outside on the terrace. A nice feature is the fact that the rooftop Gastro bar is open for residents only on Mondays and Tuesdays, which means that you have access to one of the prime rooftop bars in Lisbon , without having to compete with everybody else. Most enjoyable. Overall, the location, style and in particular the staff make this a place I would certainly return to if ever in Lisbon again.

Wow! Just wow. Lovely hotel. Stellar service. (Thank you, Eva, and team!) Everyone took such great care of us. Don’t miss the 7th floor restaurant or the gorgeous 8th floor terrace in the afternoon or at sunset. Unmatched river and city views. Simply stunning. I wish we had stayed here every night of our trips to Lisbon. Book room 508 if you can. It faces the square. Love, love, love.
