Wonderful Elemis Spa experience!
My review is for the Spa. While visiting Portugal, I found the Lapa Palace Spa provided Elemis facials. I communicated with Teresa about two weeks ahead of time and booked it. I love Elemis. And I loved my time with Teresa. She's an expert at her craft and made me feel welcomed and extra special. I highly recommend you give it a try. All other staff I came in contact with at this hotel were professional and courteous. A very fine establishment.

Just want to go back!
We both absolutely loved this hotel. Cannot fault it. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. Lovely pool. Bar area and Terrace with views over the city so lovely to sit in. Food top quality. The hotel itself is spotless. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a clean hotel! Aaron was beautiful. Very spacious with a large bathroom which had double sink bath shower and b-day. Again all spotless. The staff are beyond helpful and always smiling. Highly recommend this hotel. It suited us very much because it was about a 30 minute walk outside the hustle and bustle of Lisbon itself. Or you could always get an Uber in to town which was around five or €6 and took 10 minutes. So this hotel is not situated in the centre of Lisbon. It is actually situated in an area where the embassies are so it is quiet and residential. Lisbon itself is very loud and buzzy so to have the hotel to come back to for peace and quiet suited us down to the ground.

A wonderful hotel with the best staff. The grounds are well kept, the breakfast is good and the service throughout is first class. Lisbon is beautiful and this hotel was the icing on the Lisbon cake. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Spectacular
The Palace is an amazing place. It is gorgeous and beautiful but with all the right modern facilities. The service is impeccable. It is a place of quiet and feels so special after schlepping around the city. The bar is fabulous, the pool amazing and the rooms delightful.
