Beautiful Place and really lovely staff
We had the most beautiful experience. This is an amazing hotel where staff like Elizabeth and Tiago really make you feel very welcome and are so helpful. We highly recommend this hotel for a very relaxed get away! It's located about 20 mins from the centre and has frequent public transport close by.

A Stunning Palace Experience in Lisbon
I had a wonderful stay at Pestana Palace Lisboa. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with an amazing and elegant design that truly makes you feel like you are staying in a palace. The atmosphere is luxurious and unique. The breakfast was great, with very good quality and excellent variety. The wines were also outstanding and among the best I have experienced at a hotel. Although the hotel is a little far from the city center, it is definitely worth staying there for the overall experience, comfort, and beauty of the property. Overall, a fantastic and memorable stay.

Beautiful hotel, great staff
This is a stunning hotel converted from a Palace. Beautiful setting with amazing décor and gardens. The room we had was amazing. It still has the feel and look of a palace. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had an early flight and they were so good to prepare breakfast and to have some prepared for us to take. While its not in the centre of Lisboa its convenient to get to with Tram, Train and taxi's are not expensive. Highly recommended.

Magical Property, Incredible Staff
The Pestana Palace Lisboa is a beautiful property. The palace proper is just stunning. The sitting rooms, the breakfast room, and the palace suites are especially magical. I had an issue due to a misunderstanding on my part. I spoke with the front desk manager, Ana Rita, who was incredibly kind and went out of her way to resolve my issue. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic stay. I am grateful for the staff's help and the wonderfully delicious, generous breakfast buffet.

Stunning palace hotel with wonderful staff
Beautiful hotel, Staffa re very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing room in the palace. Definitely recommend it. Food is really good and they take great care with allergies. Hotel is a little outside city centre but taxi fare is very good into city and public transport is convenient.
