Weekend getaway
I had a wonderful stay! The decor is absolutely stunning, with beautiful attention to detail that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly lovely, friendly, and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Delightful
Have just enjoyed a delicious evening supper in the restaurant of blue lobster and veggie spaghetti. The service was perfect and Rui and his lovely team are so kind and pleasant to talk to. The decor is astoundingly grand and makes you very aware that you are in a former palace. Thank you to all for a wonderful experience.

A rare experience
The place is amazing. Like staying in a palace. Very quiet, you don't even know you have neighbors. The service and the staff are simply awesome, at all levels from reception, bellboy, breakfast...The breakfast ...Cannot describe as it is so good and so generous! In short, an unforgettable experience and definitely the one and only hotel for me from now on in Lisbon!

The best hotel ever!
We had an incredible stay at the Pestana Palace. The staff and service were incredible. Special call outs for AnnaRita who gave our child a princess tiara and a teddy bear. We hope to return again as the hotel property was just magical. An oasis of calm and opulence
