Stunning property in lush gardens, excellent food and lovely staff.
Stunning palace hotel with super friendly staff. Special shout out to the mixologist at the bar-Joao Xavier who made the most amazing cocktails. Excellent breakfast presentation and club sandwich!

Excellent experience at the Pastana Palace Hotel, Lisbon
We would just like to say how much we enjoyed our stay at the Pestana Place Hotel. The hotel & setting is wonderful. The saff are very helpful & friendly, The breakfast each morning was excellent and the finishing touches of the “upgrade” All made our stay for very memorable. Especially Maria @ front desk, her kindness was very much appreciated. We will definitely recommend you & your hotel, & hopefully come back again.

If anyone really wants to know the truth / let’s suffice to say this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Non chal ant disdainful pathetic and arrogant behaviour. Hotel in terrible condition. My mom and sister both fell from unmarked steps and no one came to help.

A Museum not a LHW worth its Salt!!
Museum not a Hotel worth its Salt! First of all, be careful when you enter the lobby.. just look down. Both my mom and I fell. The staff instead of helping just looked ahead blankly like they are blind!! Room keys did not work for 3 Rooms’s and we were expected to go down to the lobby and collect it which we ultimately did. For a leading hotel, luggage took 40 mins to come. Phone in the room does not work so if you have a medical emergency, pray to God! My sister called for new keys, as it was not working.. they had the audacity to say that how come you are in your room. Duh! Your attendant ( same one who had a blank stare when I fell down ) was with us and opened the room with master key. My family and I have travelled the world, stayed in LHW properties but never faced such a lacklustre blah staff and service. This by the way is the experience within one a me a half hours of the walking in. Seriously?? 2 star hotels give better service and hospitality. All the Best to maintain your LHW tag and to get any good reviews. Or maybe you have an attitude as we are of Asian descent. Then also adds to yet another tag of being a rascist!!

My trip combined a couple of days staying for a business trip and a few days following with my partner. The experience for the whole stay was fabulous. The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful and the food and facilities were exceptional.
