Our stay at Pousada de Lisboa was truly exceptional. This beautiful boutique luxury hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lisbon, making it the ideal base for exploring the city while enjoying a peaceful and elegant retreat. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Katarina for making our check-in experience so welcoming and seamless—her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail set the tone for our entire stay. We were also fortunate to have incredible views overlooking the Lisbon stadium, which gave us the perfect spot to enjoy the lively World Cup watch parties and experience the excitement of the city from the comfort of our room. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional, providing genuine hospitality that went far beyond our expectations. The food, service, and attention to detail were outstanding, creating a truly memorable experience. We also greatly appreciated the hotel’s gracious flexibility in accommodating our late check-out request, which made our final hours in Lisbon even more enjoyable. Pousada de Lisboa is a true gem and the perfect choice for travelers looking for luxury, comfort, and authentic Portuguese hospitality in an unbeatable central location.

Pousada de Lisboa ranks as one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Location is perfect for access to everything for a visitor to Lisbon; the building is historic with many artifacts, almost like a museum; rooms are well appointed with premium amenities and are meticulously cleaned every day on a timely basis; it’s hard to beat the large breakfast buffet; the staff are well trained, professional and friendly. The staff noted my gluten free diet and provided specially prepared bread and pastry items for me at breakfast each day, without any fuss (see pic). My wife and I couldn’t have been treated any better anywhere else … many thanks, Pousada!

A wonderful hotel in every way. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything and perfect for exploring the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved it, the room was quite small but that was expected. Top notch service and breakfast. If we come again to Lisboa we will stay here again. Great location.
