Pousada de Lisboa - Praca do Comercio

The rooms are quite large and have great amenities. We were facing a small street at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. The staff everywhere in the hote are excellent. The included breakfasts are quite good with a broad selection of food items plus a la carte options. Decent location. Howerver we did find that Bolt/Uber cars would not pickup / dropoff in front of the hotel. It seems traffic is limited to taxis and similar vehicles. We just set the pickup/dropoff location to the street behind the hotel which is a one minute walk.

We stayed in this hotel in January. The hotel is in a great location, right on the square, although it was not good weather it was still full of life in the square and many restaurants surrounding the area. The hotel itself was tasteful, cozy and calm. All the staff we came across were helpful and happy to help. Breakfast was delicious with many different options - buffet or cooked. We ate in the attached restaurant which was delicious and Carmona was so very attentive. The room was hilarious as the bathroom was glass - not for everyone - but had a curtain. It was so comfortable and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. We had a swim in the very small pool, but it was empty and good enough to relax in.

Luxury, courtesy and beauty in this grand traditional hotel just steps away from the River Tagus. Amazing breakfast buffet beautifully laid out with gracious table service. They accommodated our early arrival and made us feel very much at home. Bottled water provided daily and a housekeeping supervisor came to check on us. We stayed two nights before setting out on a longer trip; it was a great place to pause and adjust. Easy walking to our favorite places helped.

Stayed here for 3 nights. It was excellent. The staff was amazing and the food/drinks were also very good. My little one had a splash in the pool. Finally....the location of the hotel. Right in the middle of everything. Short walk to Alfama or take the tram that is right outside the hotel to Belem. You also get the tuk-tuks in case you want one.

This is the perfect hotel from which to see all of Lisbon! The Pousada de Lisboa is a gorgeous hotel right on the waterfront with beautiful rooms, amazing staff and an even better breakfast! This is our first time in Lisbon so we had no idea what to expect. When we arrived, the staff was nice enough to let us check in at 8am so we dropped our bags and found out how prefect this location is to see all the historic parts of Lisbon and to access all the shopping and restaurants. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon!
