I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton in Lisboa. My room was upgraded upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise, and I was given a welcome gift of pasteis de nata, and the reception staff were exceptional – too many names to remember, but each of them made me feel very welcome. A special thanks to Carlita at breakfast, who was so attentive and thoughtful, even remembering my knee needs, which I greatly appreciated. At the pool, Nuno the barman, along with Ali, were outstanding – attentive, kind, and always checking in on guests to make sure we were comfortable. I would also like to thank the spa staff for their kindness and professionalism. The room itself was spotless, very comfortable, with excellent amenities, I especially loved the Ghilchrist and Soames toiletries. The hotel’s location was perfect. Overall, everyone at the hotel contributed to a truly memorable experience, clearing shoring their live for their job. I would definitely stay here again. Obrigada!

We stayed here for four nights, from August 29 to September 1. Check-in was smooth, and the lady at the front desk was very kind. As a welcome, reception offered us two natas, which was a nice touch. The room was a good size, with a bathtub/shower combination and a separate toilet in the same area. Beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have coffee, tea, and complimentary water provided daily. Breakfast was fine — not the best we had on this trip, but not the worst either. The hotel has a nice pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, and there’s also a spa offering massages and facials for an extra fee (we didn’t use the spa). Overall, the hotel feels modern and pleasant. The only thing I didn’t really like was the brown carpet in the dining areas, hallways, and room — it made everything feel dark and a bit drab. Ceramic flooring or a lighter carpet would make a big difference. Because of that, I’m not sure I’d choose to stay here again.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The service, rooms, food, and location are all very impressive. Stay here when you are in Lisbon!

Very nice hotel perfect for holidays solo, as a couple or families. Great breakfast selection with gluten free options as well. Pet friendly which was perfect as we were traveling with our French bulldog and the staff are very friendly and accomodating.

Exactly what you’d expect from an American chain hotel. Five star decor but lacking any character as in a tower block. Staff were super helpful and friendly, couldn’t fault them. Probably wouldn’t go back as situated a little way out of the main city in the business district and we were on a family trip.
