Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa

Despite being a Marriott Bonvoy Lifetime Titanium member, my status was not properly recognised during this stay. The service was far below the standard expected from a Sheraton, while the maintenance of the property and the quality of the food also left a great deal to be desired. Loyal guests should feel valued, especially at this level of status. Unfortunately, the overall experience reflected neither the Sheraton brand standards nor the recognition expected from Marriott Bonvoy.

I like coming to the Lisbon Sheraton Hotel and Spa. On my recent six-night stay in August 2026, a friendly young man at the front so thoughtfully checked me in. A couple of days later the enthusiastic lady at the concierge’s desk recommended Costa de Caparica as a beach option. I followed her recommendation and very much enjoyed the beach there. The ever-positive pool attendant, Nano, made my experience at the fabulous outdoor swimming pool all the better. I love the Sheraton outdoor pool, and with so many hotel guests always at the pool, it’s obvious they do too! And the lounge – what a great experience! I loved the evening food service there and the ever professional and friendly servers, and of course, the nightly live music there creates such a fun, lively vibe. I must mention the delicious morning breakfast in the restaurant and the great servers there, too. I had a lovely room with such a comfortable bed and outstanding air conditioning. And so, I love this hotel!

We enjoyed 4 nights at the Sheraton Lisbon Hotel & Spa; 7/25-7/29, before heading to Porto. What a fabulous stay! Wish our dates were longer! Highly recommend this as your stay when visiting Lisbon. The members of the hotel staff were so attentive. A shout out to Ines at the front desk, who greeted us with a smile and was so helpful during our time. We were fortunate to be given an unexpected, upgrade upon check-in, which is always a nice surprise. In your club lounge, huge kudos to the staff there. With attention to service right from the start; Larissa, Ismael, and Vitor. Fabulous! As each day took place Lisette and Margherida were alongside them, adding to the nightly attentiveness. We were met each evening with no need to even speak; our drinks simply appeared. Great apps in the lounge, and my shellfish allergy recognized each evening without reiterating. These great hotel staff members are a real asset to the Marriott community. Great job everyone! Definitely doing things right! We would love to come back again! Tom & Michele, Boston.

My wife & I went just for a spa day & it was without a doubt a fantastic experience, from the moment we met the lovely young lady on reception at 11am on 7th Aug (didn't get her name) she was welcoming & extremely helpful, my wife had a lovely lady as her masseur for a deep lymphatic massage who worked wonders & Numo our pool attendant was so welcoming & attentive without being OTT. I can highly recommend this hotel for a spa day.

I was reall torn over whether to stay at the sheraton and the intercontinental. I chose the Shetaton beccause of my high status with Marriott branded hotels like Sheratons. The Front Desk check in experience was stellar (Carolina!!! is amazing) but all went downhill from there. No Club Lounge. No quiet dedicated spacd for Marriott loyalists to work or enjoy a snack in peace and quiet, Instead, Elite members are herded into the bar area where threy are served cheap food not of their choice between 5 and seven pm. Pathetic!! Wines consist of a house rd and white. And ome sort of spartkiing wine between 5and 7 pm. On the other hand the Intercontinental has an actual champagne *champagne region of France" Their food offerings put the hedraton to shame, its my first night of four nights so hoping the expriencd improves
