Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa

Nice area to stay in Lisbon, Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast spread was amazing, the spa is perfect and massage heavenly with a reasonable price. Pool is clean and quiet.

Marriott Lifetime Titanium member reporting on the Sheraton Lisboa Hotel. I’ve read alot of confusing information about this hotel - here’s the scoop: This is a big full service hotel with a revolving front door and solid staff that you’d expect from a big metro area hotel. My wife and I stayed here in mid Nov ‘25 and were pleased. We had a club level room that was very comfortable with a great view. If you are a top tier Bonvoy member, this hotel is worth the few extra points in my view. It was built in the early 70s , but has been renovated and well maintained. They have eliminated the space for a dedicated concierge lounge and relocated it to the large main lobby rather smartly. Beer, wine , and sparkling wine is all complimentary, as is food AND live entertainment in the evening . There is an enthusiastic waitstaff that keeps you well fed and your wine or beer glass full. They also provide a complimentary breakfast that has everything you could want . Hot food, cold food , fresh pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice, cappuccino machine, it’s excellent. We’ve been treated graciously and would stay again.

I really appreciated the early check in subject to availability for gold Bonvoy members. One all day dining restaurant in the hotel. They need more stsff on reception front desk to avoid queues.

We stayed at the Sheraton Lisboa Hotel for 4 nights at the end of October. It is centrally located within walking distance to many of Lisbon's sights and tour buses. Our room was on a high club floor (23rd floor) with a nice view outside, except the windows were dirty and needed to be cleaned. The room was quiet and comfortable. After long days exploring Lisbon, we enjoyed Happy Hour each evening in the main lounge area. Service was warm and friendly with good live music.

This hotel is in a great location downtown with walking distance to a local park and tour buses. The rooms look updated and clean with adequate amenities. The breakfast was plentiful with a great variety to choose but the coffee is strong, although they have choices. The roof top pool looked inviting with a large hot tub. Sun tanning is a choice. A fantastic visit.
