Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa

Treated us like royalty Our stay could not have been better. I have stayed at the Memmo which is sometimes rated as best hotel in Lisbon, I was treated much better at the Sheraton. EVERYONE went out of their way for us. Can’t say enough good things.

Stayed here last Spring while touring Spain and Portugal. Check in was efficient; room was an upgrade , spacious, comfortable, quiet, and generally had all the amenities one needed; access to the lounge was a plus; self parking was convenient and reasonably priced; location was central to everything. Overall, a pleasant stay and would return.

Nice area to stay in Lisbon, Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast spread was amazing, the spa is perfect and massage heavenly with a reasonable price. Pool is clean and quiet.

I’ve read alot of confusing information about this hotel - here’s the scoop: This is a big full service hotel with a revolving front door and solid staff that you’d expect from a big metro area hotel. My wife and I stayed here in mid Nov ‘25 and were pleased. We had a club level room that was very comfortable with a great view. If you are a top tier Bonvoy member, this hotel is worth the few extra points in my view. It was built in the early 70s , but has been renovated and well maintained. They have eliminated the space for a dedicated concierge lounge and relocated it to the large main lobby rather smartly. Beer, wine , and sparkling wine is all complimentary, as is food AND live entertainment in the evening . There is an enthusiastic waitstaff that keeps you well fed and your wine or beer glass full. They also provide a complimentary breakfast that has everything you could want . Hot food, cold food , fresh pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice, cappuccino machine, it’s excellent. We’ve been treated graciously and would stay again.

I really appreciated the early check in subject to availability for gold Bonvoy members. One all day dining restaurant in the hotel. They need more stsff on reception front desk to avoid queues.
