Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago, near the end of September and was downright astonished how amazing the service was. From trying to learn as much Portuguese as we could (Thank you all teachers on staff) to just relaxing at the bar every night. Speaking of the bar staff: We send many wishes of gratitude your way, as you were friendly, helpful, and we enjoyed your company. I did not get a chance to get names, yet we were their every night for 5 days, because it was such a relaxing place, with really great service. We will definitely stay here again when next in Lisbon, if anything, just to say hello to the incredibly warm staff. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Ismael is one of the kindest warmest man working in the breakfast buffet ever! The man working the pool also had so much energy so overall I think the moral here at this hotel is so good and it radiates ultimately to the guests

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to metro and bus lines. The center of Lisbon and tourist attractions are a brisk 15-20 minute walk. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with views of Lisbon. The spa and pool area is a highlight and an ideal place to relax after a day sightseeing. The spa/pool staff are very helpful, friendly and kind. The hotel restaurant provides a brilliant atmosphere and excellent food. The nightly singer are exceptional especially the Sunday evening modern music with a jazz element.

We had an excellent experience at the Sheraton Lisboa. The room was lovely, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional, and the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet was extensive and varied, with an egg station. Our restaurant meal and the happy hour at the Sheraton Lounge were delicious. My husband enjoyed the regular and the hot pool. And to top it off, the hotel was less than a block from the metro station. I would happily return any time!!

We had exceptional service and terrific Bonvoy amenities. I had been leery of booking a Sheraton but this was the best option using Bonvoy points and the website promised a 5 star experience. This is the first Sheraton we have patronized that truly delivers on that promise. It’s not the Four Seasons, but I would stay again given the opportunity. It began with a warm reception and a very kind, accommodating bellman. The club level room was clean and well appointed. The amenities in the room and the towels far exceed the New York Marriott Marquis, where we stayed last week. The fitness center is large, clean, and offers all you need for a good workout. Instead of a private executive lounge, they use the Lobby Bar which offers each Bonvoy elite guest a complimentary, generous tray of tapas along with beer or house wine while you listen to live entertainment. We have never encountered such a warm reception and quality offerings in an executive lounge or M Club and we travel extensively. Highly recommend this property.
