Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa

Pet friendly resort!! We travelled with a cat and dog and they were super accommodating. The food was great, the service was stupendous, the music in the lounge during happy hour was a nice touch. Very clean room. They even cleaned our room at a moments notice so we could take the pets out of the room with us to the Lounge.

Possibly the best experience we’ve ever had at a Marriott property. The staff at this hotel is top notch, every single person that we came in contact with was amazing. The front desk staff and concierge were so helpful, the restaurant and bar staff were so friendly and remembered us each day. I wish I could name them all individually, but every single staff member that we encountered was fantastic. The breakfast bar offered a great selection of foods, everything we tried was delicious! Housekeeping did an amazing job with our room daily and always restocked our coffee! My husband is a lifetime Titanium Elite member so we travel often, Sheraton Lisbon does customer service right! If our travels bring us back to Lisbon, we would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely time at this hotel. It was our first time in Lisbon and it was easy to walk to a lot of different things. The staff was great and Rodney was very helpful with showing us around our room and helping with whatever we need. We will definitely be back again! Breakfast buffet was delicious. And the staff in the bar area were amazing as well so friendly and accommodating!

They do a very good job of taking care of their guests. It is a modern hotel with all of the services you might need, plus a great happy hour and great bar singer. The breakfast is full and very good. Very comfortable place, and the tallest building in Lisbon. Very good location in the middle of a lot of restaurants and near the tourist sites.

Fantastic service, clean, I never use the hotel dining room but this hotel is the exception. Very quiet room with a beautiful view of the city, elevators were efficient given the size of the hotel. The Location was a walk away from shops, metro, museums. Spa and Gym were well equipped. Any questions asked about the room and it was taken care of immediately and efficiently. When in Lisbon, I would happily return.
