Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa

Mixed feelings - not 5 stars The entire infrastructure is outdated. The pics are claiming this is a rooftop bar/pool hotel - but it isn't. The pool is at level 1 and there is no rooftop. The hotel premises are outdated, but partly renovated. The only reason for 3 points are the great gym and staff like Nuno at the pool.

We spent a few days at this wonderful hotel, conveniently located in Lisbon’s business district, just a short and easy metro ride from the historic city center. The rooms were spacious, with excellent air conditioning, incredibly comfortable beds, and blackout curtains that made for a peaceful night’s sleep. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Mrs. Isabel Zorro, Enzo, and Ana Isabel for their kindness and for offering fantastic recommendations that helped us make the most of our time in Lisbon. We loved the breakfast selection, and the ambiance during happy hour was simply perfect. We’re already looking forward to returning to this fantastic hotel!

Rooms excellent. Good facilities. Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Impeccable service. Great Spa albeit the music is a bit loud in the 'relaxation area???'. It's in the business district so more relaxing with easy access on the metro to the tourist parts but near some beautiful parks and places of interest and some great restaurants.

Best 5* hotel-excellent service from BellHops Tiago and Paulo, to front desk, Enzo, who gave me great tips on restaurants & tour info, and Ylla at the Spa. Bedding was very comfortable. I wish my stay was longer so that I can enjoy the hotel more. Rooftop lounge also had amazing views! Worth every penny!

This was my second stay at the Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa in the past 18 months, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The consistency in cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality is truly commendable. What impressed me on my first visit, the remarkable staff, was just as evident this time. It is clear that this culture of excellence starts with strong leadership. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Thierry Henrot, the General Manager, who exemplifies MBWA (Managing by Walking Around). His presence and attentiveness are reflected in his team, who are clearly well-trained and happy to be there. From Paulo, originally from the Azores, whose pure joy for his work is contagious, to Jao at the front desk who greeted us with genuine warmth, to Ana Sofia, the concierge, who offered thoughtful guidance on the city she clearly loves… everyone we interacted with left a lasting impression. Ana Sofia even went above and beyond by helping us book a hard-to-reach restaurant in Évora for later in our trip, and provided great insight on the Freedom Day festivities during our stay. The daily breakfast buffet was phenomenal… so much so that I rarely had an appetite for lunch. And unlike my last visit, I made time to use the spa. I’m glad I did. The steam room and sauna were expansive and impeccably clean. The whirlpool and swimming pool were equally impressive. This spa is the real deal. For all future visits to Lisbon, there is only one choice for me and that will be the Sheraton Lisboa. ⸻
