Sheraton Lisboa Hotel & Spa

The Sheraton Lisboa is a solid choice for value, comfort, and overall experience in Lisbon. It’s my second time staying here. If you have Bonvoy platinum status or above, make sure to get a club level floor, floors 21-24. In addition to having great city views, the club level floor opens a lot of doors. You will have access to a daily happy hour from 5-7 PM. You can get house wine or beer, as well as very small tapas- upon request. They have live entertainment in the lobby bar most nights. We really enjoyed seeing the different performers. The fitness room is excellent too. There are plenty of machines and weights, as well as an area to do yoga or stretches. The fitness center is connected to the spa, with an outdoor pool (not heated), indoor sauna, and hot tub area. You can book massages here as well. The buffet breakfast is fantastic, with plenty of egg and meat choices, as well as catering to tourists from the UK (beans and scrambled eggs), and Germany with German bread. The service is very formal, and honestly it’s been my favorite breakfast so far on this trip. Another thing to note is that you can take the Metro from the airport. Red line to yellow line and get off at Picoas. The hotel is directly across the street from the Metro station, Picoas. The only reason this hotel didn’t get 5-stars from me is the maintenance. Some of the areas are showing their age, and could really use updating. All in all though, this is a solid choice in Lisbon!

was a bit sceptical of booking this I originally had a Great 5 star hotel booked but as I was coming of a silver sea cruise and wanted early checkin thought I would book here. to my surprise received a nice room at 1030 am.the staff were great at checkin and it got better every person I engaged with went above and beyond, I felt like I was still on Silversea! it was a 10 min. walk to le Cortez. was really over food so opted for just a club at night ,probably the best I have had in 25 years and I rate a hotel on the club! late checkout was no problem an the breakfast was great including fresh squeezed orange juice! Ill be back.

Excellent property in a good location. Above average fitness center. Superb staff. Room was real dark and quiet and well appointed. Very big lounge/restaraunt that was great for food and drinks and had live music on a weeknight which is impressive. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Well this was by far the best Sheraton I have ever stayed in. What a pleasant surprise and a great way to end a long vacation. What made this hotel so special? Well the staff, from the porter, to the check-in desk to the personnel working the lounge, all were noteworthy for how pleasant, helpful, competent and warm spirited they all were. The hotel rooms were really nice, comfortable and our room had a beautiful view of downtown/the bay area. The hotel rooftop/highest floor provided a stunning view of Lisbon, the water, bridge, sunset etc. The area was also comfortable, provided swinging chairs and coffee/water. There is a spa service at the hotel as well as a hamman, jaccuzi and steam room. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to try any of these but others were raving about how good it was. The lounge was definitely a highlight, with free flowing wines and good food, which the staff will bring to you. The only thing better than this first class lounge experience and its exceptional staff was the lounge singer performing that night. She goes by the name of Lada (perhaps Lada de Assys.). Lada has an angelic voice, that covers many ranges....literally she crushes really hard songs and is willing to take chances and sing requested songs that she has never performed before. Her voice is so beautiful you swear she was an angel and she can easily bring you to tears of happiness with the songs her voice is able to make...sheer beauty...it was so good/inspiring, you are left wondering how is she not singing at major concert venues??? Anyhow if you are lucky to hear her sing, which I think happens on Monday, Wednesday or Friday, consider yourself fortunate....thank you Lada and thank you Lounge staff for an exceptional evening. Oh I almost forgot to add....we ordered octopus from the restaurant which was served to us in the lounge....it literally melted in your mouth....we had just come from vacationing in Spain for two weeks and ate a lot of octopus there/which we loved....this octopus was at another level....amazing Breakfast was very good with a number of option. If we ever get a chance to stay in Lisbon, this is the hotel where we would want to stay. This was an amazing hotel....world class Sheraton I highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is the most welcoming one we’ve ever enjoyed in Europe!! So many special touches that make this above and beyond! At check in, friendly staff and… a box of local pastries!!! Every night, a complimentary happy hour and a plate of incredible tapas. And the breakfast, included, is amazing! The orange juice is my shout - out!! They have a giant machine that makes it fresh all morning long!! Wow!’ Complimentary waters and a bottle of Portuguese in your room. All served with smiles and kindness. I’ll hope to stay here again - it’s a fabulous experience!
