Sofitel Lisbon Liberdade

Back to My Favourite Address in Lisbon After my first stay at Sofitel Lisbon, I enjoyed it enough to return, this time bringing my sister here during her very first trip to Europe. It felt nice to introduce her to Lisbon while staying at one of my favourite addresses in the city. Another lovely stay, with an excellent location that makes exploring Lisbon very convenient. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection and quality. The one area that could make the experience even better would be the service. While everything was handled efficiently, a little more warmth, personalisation and genuine engagement would have elevated the stay, particularly for returning guests. Still an address I enjoy and one we will certainly come back to again.

Location of the hotel is great, u can walk almost everywhere. There are a lot of restaurants and bars close to it. Service, reception and concierge were great. We had suite, nice view, specious room and comfortable bed. Room was old style but nice. There is kids corner in hotel, quite nice.

The location was perfect, all staff very gentle and efficient. The breakfast was the best! Rooms very comfortable. André from the front door was amazing. We had a great time in Lisbon!

I had a weekend at the hotel just recently. The location is great. Prime location. Car parking is in a secure underground location. The reception and door staff were extremely helpful, and nothing was a problem. Thanks to Vyktoria. My room was very clean and looked after every day and there was turndown service. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of bread, pastries, fruit, yoghurt. Hot options were omelettes etc and some cold meats. There was also an a la carte option. Service at breakfast was very responsive. For somewhere on a main street, I wasn't aware of any traffic noise although my room did overlook the courtyard. I would definitely stay here again, whether for business, work or leisure. Taxi from the airport is best as the metro would mean you would have to change once or twice, and Bolt is easy to get a ride with.

Perfectly located, nice room, great breakfast and Andre the concierge was very helpful with reservations and tips for a great experience in Lisbon.
