Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Lisboa

I was a single woman traveling alone for the first time. And this was my first trip to Portugal. I had an amazing experience at the Trivoli. I began and ended my 12 day trip at this hotel, traveling all along the coast in the interim. Ana Paula, the duty manager, took great care of me. I had a few minor problems on arrival and she solved them. She greeted me by name every time she saw me and remembered my personal story. I had lovely amenities in my room and thoroughly enjoyed the spa. Thank you Ana. You made me feel special. The front desk, bellmen and concierge were very knowledgeable and helpful. I also want to acknowledge Pedro Ferreira, guest relations ambassador, for his care and attention. I used the hotel car service to and from the airport and highly recommend it. I look forward to staying here again the next time I am in Lisbon.

Hotel was recommended on my Chase travel as an “edit” hotel , which is a solid recommendation. I read the reviews raving about the staff . I had a few glitches with the front desk staff but the dining room , concierge and housekeeping were five star. Pedro Ferreira ‘s thoughtfulness was above and beyond anything I have experienced. I will miss our conversations, thank you for a lovely and personal parting gift! The hotel breakfast was outstanding , huge variety of choices and made to order. The dinner absolutely superb as well. Seen bar has such a lovely ambiance and view. Hotel is centrally located so you can walk everywhere but also much less crowded than further down the avenue.

We had a wonderful dinner at Tivoli. The menu is extensive and the food very well presented and prepared. The wine list is extensive with a range of options by the glass. Our sommelier was very helpful in the selection of Portuguese wine options. The restaurant atmosphere is elegant yet friendly and welcoming. Location is very central Service, particularly by Armondo was excellent, professional, knowledgeable, friendly….yet not intrusive. If looking for a special night or an excellent mean I would thoroughly recommend Tivoli.

Very delicious lunch on our first day in Lisbon! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service from the waiters and waitresses was excellent. A special mention to Laylana for her fabulous food recommendation and exceptional customer service— it truly made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!
