Family vacation
A truly memorable family getaway with every detail handled with care. Mr. Gomes, the Guest Relations Manager went above and beyond—anticipating our needs, personalizing details, and checking in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. The hotel is exceptional, with plenty of dining, entertainment and relaxation options for the whole family, but it was the attentiveness that made our stay unforgettable. A special experience we’ll treasure as a family.

Fantastic! We had an amazing experience at "Cervejaria Liberdade Restaurant". Everything went so well. Also, I'd want to thank Rafaela for going above and beyond to ensure that our dinner experience was exceptional. Their sincere welcome and excellent service made all the difference. Definitely a hidden gem in the City.

Best Luxury hotel in Lisbon
An Impeccably presented property , we were so impressed from the moment we arrived - by our welcome , our beautiful room, and the stunning hotel interiors. We truly felt immersed in a luxury experience .Hotel staff and service were outstanding , nothing was too much trouble. The gym and spa and pool were surprisingly spacious for a city hotel too. We have stayed in many luxury hotels all over the world and this is in our top 5 ! First trip to Lisbon but when we return we will be coming home to The Tivoli. We cannot thank you enough .

Amazing Hotel
My husband and I have stayed at the Tivoli Avenida in Lisbon a few times. The service is simply outstanding every time. The central Avenida da Liberdade location is unbeatable. The service throughout was consistently caring and attentive. What really sets this hotel apart are the people. Thanks to Afonso, Rafael, and Pedro! Our stay felt personalized and unforgettable.
