Tivoli s roof garden is the most amazing place in Lisbon. You can see almost the whole city and it s breathtaking. Must visit place

Pedro Ferreira, one of the concierges is particularly of note as he is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and went overboard in helping us. Although we had booked tours and guides - he went out of his way to recommend and get reservations at restaurants. He is personable and very professional. A seafood restaurant that he wanted us to go to was completely booked for our 4 night stay. He suggested going there at 6pm and we would probably get in - that is exactly what we did and we had a wonderful experience. We noted that he attended to every guest as though they were the only person in the hotel. He really has a gift and we wish him continued success in his field and happiness in his life.

Top-notch hotel

Very conveniently located on the Avenida, the Tivoli is a lovely hotel. Karim at the door is so friendly and helpful. They provided complimentary port and dessert delivered to us in our room. That was a very nice touch. Comfortable and well laid out room and closet.

It‘s okay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

It‘s was okay. Value for money was poor. The bathroom was tiny and the bathroom fittings were loose. The rest of the room was nice. Breakfast was also okay. Skybar was really nice. Even for a five star Hotel food and drinks at the pool were expensive e.g. 8€ for a small beer…geez Overall…I would not go there again

Stay away...noise, smells and unresponsive management

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

My husband, daughter and I stayed in a suite at the Tivoli before leaving from Lisbon airport in the morning. We were so impressed with the look of the hotel when we walked in but unfortunately had a terrible night’s stay in suite 804. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant on the 9th floor which probably explains our experience. We woke up before midnight to what sounded like furniture moving and dropping constantly. Even ear plugs and white noise didn’t drown it out. It ended around 2 and then new sounds started pretty promptly at 4 AM. None of us got more than two straight hours of sleep. On top of that, the smell of smoke came into the room through the vent intermittently and there was a strange sewage smell coming from the shower. I typically don't write negative reviews...if you have nothing good to share and all that... but after several attempts to contact the manager with no response at all, I felt compelled to warn people away from this hotel.
