Hotel genial, Spa super, Restaurant eine Katastrophe
Das Hotel, gebaut von Frank Gehry, liegt wunderschön eingebettet im Herzen des La Rioja. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, modern mit grossem Bad und der Zimmer Service ist hervorragend und aufmerksam. Der Spa ist super sauber, sehr freundliches Personal mit grossem Indoor Pool, Sauna und anderen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Wir haben am Abend im Gourmet Restaurant gegessen, welches auch im Stil von Frank Gehry eingerichtet war. Leider war das Essen und der Service inkl Sommelier eine Katastrophe. Zwar sehr nett und freundlich, aber komplett inkompetent. Der Service war viel zu schnell für ein Restaurant, welches das Menü für 175 €-210 € anbietet.

Es un hotel de lujo y el servicio es de lujo lo que no siempre es así El edificio y las habitaciones una maravilla y el spa muy bueno La gastronomía está a la altura de la categoría del hotel Si cuentas todo lo que recibes y las bonificaciones American express lo que recibes por lo que pagas es barato

Extraordinary Service/Beautiful Property
The hotel is beautiful with a great view of the Marques de Riscal vineyards, the Sierra and Elciego’s historic church. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the A/C worked perfectly ( we usually have problems in Europoean hotels even in 5 star hotels). The hotel is also conveniently located to visit by car the towns of Laguardia, Haro, Logroño, among others. The best part of the experience was the service. The staff is very dedicated, knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic. Kudos to them and their General Manager for being a great leader.

Simply upscale hotel with luxurious environment, wonderful and professional staff, luxurious and very comfortable rooms, wonderful and elegant food. Every need was fulfilled by the staff, gorgeous spa an pool. Do not miss dinner in one of the two excellent restaurants! Not to miss!

Espectacular
Es un hotel con un diseño arquitectónico maravilloso que encaja especialmente en el entorno. El personal es muy amable. Estuvimos alojados en una suite con terraza que nos ofrecía una vista espectacular del edificio principal. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y nos hicieron una prereserva de la visita a la bodega.
