The Oberoi Beach Resort, Lombok

This was the start of our three week trip around Lombok and Bali. In all honesty not sure how we can top this. Setting was beautiful, food was delicious and staff could not do enough. Had a fabulous day visiting the gilis and swimming with turtles. Would return in a heartbeat! Thankyou

Our family had an unforgettable stay at this hotel, and everything about it was simply outstanding. From the warm welcome at reception to the thoughtful attention throughout our stay, we felt truly cared for. The food was excellent, with a wide variety that pleased both adults and children. The service was impeccable – always friendly, attentive, and professional. We were also impressed by the spa, which provided a relaxing escape, while the kids enjoyed the fun and well-organized activities designed especially for them. Another highlight was the diving center, which offered a fantastic experience and made our trip even more memorable. The combination of comfort, outstanding facilities, and genuine hospitality made our family holiday perfect in every way. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for relaxation, adventure, and excellent service. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely hotel. Yes it’s out on a limb a bit but for the first time ever we just decided to relax and enjoy being there. Staff are all wonderful and professional. Food delicious although we both fell ill so lost a bit of faith in ithe salads as a result. Setting can’t be faulted, although can be hard to get a really shady sunbed: it was towels out occupying the best slots

Head and shoulders above competitors. My comparison with Oberoi Mauritius is unsurprisingly the same - first class (platinum?) welcome, food excellent, room unsurpassed in design and quality, staff from gardeners, wood carver, reception, boutique manager, drivers, waiters, beach club staff, catering supremos, really tasteful entertainment to bar staff all clearly benefit from unique and significantly personal/customer focused parent company training. Bravo - from 5 year old twins to old 67 year old grandpa. A memorable and magical break with memories to last all of us a lifetime. Thank you.
