This refined boutique property, which occupies four stately Victorian houses, maintains a very English and understated style in traditional wood-paneled guestrooms hung with oil paintings and furnished with antiques. Here you'll cross into a unique atmosphere, where a butler discreetly meets you at the door, and instead of registering, you're invited to sign a leather-bound visitors' book.

Another blissful stay at 11 Cadogan Gardens.
I traveled solo from the U.S. to meet up with English friends who came up to "London Town" for a fun-filled few days. I love this hotel so much. The staff are simply the best - The entire Management Team, Housekeeping, the wonderfully warm and generous Footmen who go out of their way at all times to keep you comfortable, safe, and catered to, and James, the best Concierge in London. The proximity to dining, shopping, sight seeing, strolling and simply soaking up Chelsea along with the comfortable digs, excellent bar, and convenient on site restaurant (with quick and delicious room service!) make this my home away from home when I'm in London. I recommend it without any hesitation whatsoever. It's not just a place to stay, it's an experience to enjoy.

An Exceptional Stay
We had an excellent stay and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our experience. The service was consistently warm, professional and attentive. The atmosphere of the hotel was both elegant and welcoming. The care shown by the staff truly stood out. Wonderful stay
A wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made the experience special was the team, especially Adli, Maria and Joao. Their attentiveness and warmth made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was superb, as well as the afternoon tea!

Loved our stay even better than last year. Staff warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our apartment was like home from home. Christmas lunch was absolutely delicious.
