In fact, the level of service we received surpassed even some of the most renowned luxury hotels, including Cheval Blanc Paris. 45 Park Lane is 100% your spot. It honestly feels less like a massive hotel and more like the world’s most sophisticated private residence. I loved that it’s a smaller boutique hotel because it actually has a personality. While its "mother" property across the street is all about classic British tradition, 45 Park Lane is sleek, art-focused, and just feels vibrant. The staff are the real stars here—they manage to be incredibly attentive without being overbearing or stuffy. You get that top-tier service where they know your name, but the vibe is relaxed enough that you can actually kick back and breathe. The spa is a total hidden gem, too. For a boutique place, the facilities are surprisingly huge. There is a stunning 20-meter swimming pool that feels like an underground sanctuary, and since it’s open from 08:00 to 20:00, it’s perfect for a pre-breakfast lap or a wind-down swim after a long day. It’s peaceful, sparkling clean, and never felt crowded.

First time staying and OMG, it’s stunning. From the moment you pull up, the service is faultless. Checking in was easy and our suite was perfection. The spa area is next level and the champagne just added to the top end feeling. This hotel is 10/10.

The hotels is amazing, but I want to mention that the butler team was exceptional especially Hamza he was very helping and always checking on us. All the staff was amazing
