I will appriciate a staff more accurate and helpful at the desk and during breakfast. The hotel is very clean but the standard room is too small for two people.

Best Location/chic hotel
2nd time staying at Ampersand..this time was mother/daughter trip... The best location! South Kensington is perfect area for no stress 3 night stay - nice tube station on a line that goes to all the classic sights to see, many good restaurants, adorable posh neighborhood -- all steps away from the hotel... Can walk to Harrods and museums... Also very quiet! Stylish room, comfy bed, and chic bathroom. Staff very helpful and friendly... Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience
Absolutely fantastic hotel. We were very impressed with the room, location and the staff. Cannot recommend it enough. Will absolutely stay again when in London. Staff was super friendly as were the bar/restaurant staff. The location was fantastic with plenty of local options and the South Kensington station right across the street. Were able to get everywhere we wanted with no hassle.

Fabulous hotel within easy walking distance to museums, Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park
2nd visit to the fabulous hotel. Although bijou it is extremely comfortable, well staffed and delivers great food. Not cheap, but this is South Kensington and actually great value when you look at London costs for 3 and 4 star hotels.

stay to be near Royal Brompton heart hospital
Lovely welcoming staff, spotless room and 10 mins walk from the hospital. Only thing that could be improved is a plug near a mirror to dry your hair - I had to stand in the wardrobe to have a mirror and a plug in easy reach
