From art installations to a poet in residence, the Andaz London Liverpool Street captures London's exuberantly creative spirit. This classic Victorian hotel turned hip urban retreat is "a style coup for designer Sir Terence Conran," raves Fodor's in August 2005. Bedrooms are chic and sleek at this Luxury Resorts affiliate, while dining is some of the best in the city at Aurora, shimmering beneath a stained glass dome, and the Fishmarket with its seductive Champagne bar.

I had such an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the team took such incredible care of me; it genuinely felt like they all really cared, which made a huge difference. What I loved most were the fun welcome amenities over Easter. Let’s just say I’ve had *far* too much chocolate… but absolutely no regrets! It was such a thoughtful and playful touch that really set the tone for the stay. And the buffet breakfast? Next level. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything like it in a hotel before. You could eat there every day for over a month and still never have the same thing—it was that good, and that varied. Every single member of staff went above and beyond, and it made the whole experience feel really special and personal. I will absolutely, definitely be back—and I truly couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

This was our second stay at the Andaz in the past year and it is our go to hotel when we stay in London. From the moment you walk into the Andaz you are greeted by friendly faces and staff who are ready to help you with everything that you need. The staff is so kind and considerate that they set the standard for how guests should be treated. Everyone who we interacted with at the fabulous breakfast buffet was so helpful and friendly. Always asking if there was anything else that you needed. Also loved the special sayings that they put on my wife’s coffee each morning. This was just another example of the Andaz taking something simple and making it memorable. The specialty treats that they left in our room for our family were amazing and so unexpected. This is what has been created at the Andaz; a culture of people who go above and beyond to make your experience fabulous. A big thank you to all the staff that we had the pleasure of interacting with. The manager Miriam has done an incredible job creating a place that we consider our “ home away from home.” We look forward to our next visit to the Andaz.

Lovely afternnon tea... Staff were really attentive asking if we needed any more tea, coffee or prosseco. Asked for a change of sandwiches before we got there and this wasn't an issue

We stayed 2 nights but wished it had been longer. Our travels had us staying at 4 different hotels and this was hands down the favorite. From the warm greeting we received by Michael when we first arrived jet lagged, the promptness AK took in alerting us as soon as our room was ready and the special care taken to make us feel welcome once we got to the room - there could have been no better experience. The room was clean, quiet and spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We ate at both Rake’s and the breakfast buffet and the food was really good. The hotel is in perfect location with the Tube station next door and direct line to the top tourist stops. Easy walking distance to the Tower of London and several markets. Lots to eat and shop right outside the hotel as well. We will definitely be back.

The service I received before, during and after my stay at the Andaz London Liverpool Street was among, if not the very best experience I have had during a hotel stay. It was absolutely world-class, and I have told every person I know how amazing my stay was. Firstly, Lorraine went above and beyond to begin my stay. The level of consideration and concern she showed me was absolutely fabulous. The fact that she sent me several emails with status updates for my early check-in request, exceeded my expectations. Then to receive a personal note with a bottle of wine and Lush bath and body products in my room from her was stunning! My room was perfect and all the amenities were such a treat. Being able to request a curling iron in advance is such a nice touch. I left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my room since I didn't need a room refresh or towels, thinking it would make me an easier guest for the housekeeping staff. After I arrived back from my room from a day out in London, I received a knock on my door. It was hotel security doing a wellness check, since I had the do-not-disturb still on my door for 48 hours. I was a little embarrassed to draw attention to myself, but appreciated the visit from them and knowing there is a hotel policy in place to help protect the guests is wonderful. As a solo female guest, knowing that the security protocol is on point behind the scenes is very comforting. On my last night at the Andaz, I decided to order room service for dinner. I had my heart set on fish and chips, since I had not had it during my trip. Room service called to let me know they didn't have the right cod or flounder but could make it with sea bass. I accepted and they brought it to me quickly. The gentleman who delivered it was so kind and told me he would check on me in 15 minutes to see how I liked it. Well, fish and chips are not made with sea bass for a reason, lol - so when he called to check on my meal, I told him it wasn't the best. He offered to bring me another entree and I was fine with eating the chips and a little fish, but he insisted. I choose the Chicken Tikka Masala, of course, since it is another quintessential London staple dish. It was so nice of him to be concerned about my dinner and ensuring that I was happy - and the Chicken Tikka was delicious. Another thing I enjoyed while staying at the Andaz was riding on the elevator. I am very anxious when having to ride an elevator, and am currently going through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help me relax, since elevators are a pretty common fact of life. For whatever reason, I felt so comfortable and safe riding in your hotel elevator. I think the lighting, informational flyers and the "woman's voice" who communicated what floor we were on and that the door was opening, etc...calmed my elevator anxiety. I thought I would share that 🙂 All of the staff I interacted with were professional and friendly. I appreciated the wine and beer hour, and the gentleman who poured me a glass of sparkling wine also gave me some advice for where to get a quick dinner in the hotel before meeting my friends in Soho. I will, without a doubt, stay at the Andaz London Liverpool Street the next time I visit London. The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful and the service is perfection. I truly appreciate all the care and consideration that was given to me during my stay because it made me feel seen and valued. Well done Andaz London Liverpool Street!
