About the Hotel

From art installations to a poet in residence, the Andaz London Liverpool Street captures London's exuberantly creative spirit. This classic Victorian hotel turned hip urban retreat is "a style coup for designer Sir Terence Conran," raves Fodor's in August 2005. Bedrooms are chic and sleek at this Luxury Resorts affiliate, while dining is some of the best in the city at Aurora, shimmering beneath a stained glass dome, and the Fishmarket with its seductive Champagne bar.

Lovely City Hotel

Very convenient hotel located right above Liverpool Street Station. Lovely staff, and great breakfast. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side as expected and the daily water refill is a great touch.

We had a wonderful stay. It was my first time traveling alone with my children - let alone to another country! We were all exhausted after an overnight flight but when we arrived at the Andaz, we were met with the kindest, most attentive, most accommodating staff members which was a relief. Throughout the week we stayed with you, you all met our every need - so crucially important since I have the three young children. We found our rooms (connecting rooms) to be large and spacious, as well as well-equipped. Breakfast was so terrific - a high point of every day. The hotel was conveniently located near the underground station, which made transport so easy for us. And last but not least - bringing us the child-sized robes, slippers and Andaz teddy bears was just the perfect touch. We are so grateful, thank you and we will be staying with you again quite soon.

Exceptional Family Stay at Andaz Liverpool

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Our family of five—including two young daughters and a grandparent—had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Andaz Liverpool in June 2025. Even before we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with thoughtful communication and attention to our needs. A special thank you to one of the guest relations team members who truly made our stay unforgettable. They worked tirelessly to accommodate our multi-generational group in the best possible way, and their warmth, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on all of us. We felt genuinely cared for—not just as guests, but as people. We also want to recognize one of the servers at the Eastway Brasserie. Their service was nothing short of outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional. They made our meals feel special and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Truly a star team member! The Andaz Liverpool is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, but it’s the people who made our experience exceptional. We can’t wait to return!

ANDAZ...We will be back THANK YOU !!!

The welcome the facilities and the vibe FABULOUS We went for dinner friday evening at the Andaz and what a great treat it was the staff on duty was so polite so welcoming and really interested in us as people. On duty was general manager Miriam Varoli who was so so welcoming and attentive to our every need also 'AK' on the reception was very professional cool, and interested in us. The hotel itself has so so many facets ...its graceful, interesting, beautiful, and elegant all rolled into one. My daughters were celebrating an overnight stay and breakfast and myself and my wife met them for Dinner on friday. Welcomed by AK in reception we had a complimentary drink in the very social and cool bar...you could literally be anywhere in the world Singapore, London, Beiljing..etc The resturant has Japanese restaurants, Brasserie (Rake) where we ate, also a British style homely pub...that could be straight out of Eastenders, Coronation street or Emmerdale, but with a cool vibe to it. A DJ in the lobby playing soulful house music and 70s chill was ideal for us,....he was gooood In the rakes bar the staff were welcoming and more than attentive to our needs, allergies etc. Starters were plentiful no fault only beauty and tastiness in our Chirizo Croquettes, Mushroom Bruschetta, Squid, and Cauliflower balls. Of course we sampled each others ...not a poor dish among them...Would of been happy with any. The cocktails of the day were new and welcome on a hot Friday evening. Mains were plentiful and again lovely on the eyes and palate Chicken Buttermilk Burger, Sweet Potato Fries, a Tower 'hangover' burger like Full English in a bun ! Also, Chicken Gyros ...was plenty plenty big and tasty....We were in the 'med' so nice sadly too full for dessert even though I had already eyed the Rhubarb dish, and Cheesecake. Wine was great house Rose, and the setting itself was a cool vibe that you could go for any occasion ....and with anyone family, or a date night. A wonderful interest place rooms were beautifully kitted out....yes we had a look in our daughters room. Air con, lovely hideaway shower, big tv, and a bed and pillows to sink into...We left them settling in for a night in, and they reported a fantastic nights sleep, and super breakfast in Rakes, service of the. highest standard continued into the morning and it is definitely a re-visit for us....A great base if you live in London, or are visiting or want a night out. A top class hotel, with really great interiors so much to see and talk about.

Hotel is very well located, next to the train station and many bus stops. There are some supermarkets and restaurants that arw within a few minutes walk. Excellent breakfast at Eatway Brasserie. The pancakes are the fluffiest that I have ever eaten.
