Had a really great experience and stay. My room was upgraded to Deluxe to accomodate my kids. We had to switch rooms and it was all seamlessly taken care of for me!

From the moment we arrived until we left this was a great experience. Prosecco on arrival, early check-in, water and tea when we got back to the hotel in the evening and water, tea,coffee, biscuits in the room all complimentary these touches made us feel at home. The team are so helpful and friendly and this gives such a lovely vibe to the hotel. The rooms have everything you need with comfortable beds, robes, modern bathroom and very quiet. We tried the a la cart breakfast which was first class. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Right next to train station - easy ride to LHR. Nice gym. Plenty of complementary snacks in room and at the lobby. However, service was lacking - restaurant service was slow and they weren’t even busy. Food was mediocre. They also don’t do much to acknowledge WoH Globalists. Front desk was junior and clueless and needed permission from their manager Lorraine for everything. Apparently they send Lorraine messages. She never speaks to any one the guests herself.
