Excellent hotel, cozy rooms, creative interior design
The hotel's location is excellent, and the price is high, but each room has its own unique concept. For example, you can overlook Liverpool train station from one of the rooms. Breakfast is varied, and you can watch a match in the pub.

Amazing property and location! Right off the Liverpool street station and service was top tier. We loved the rooms and the cleanliness of everything. Staff was super helpful from when we arrived and it was a great start to our trip. We love London so much we plan on visiting every year and staying at the andaz. I hope everything stays the same and nothing changes.

Great location a bit outside of Heathrow
Great hotel room with great food and walkable distance to the London tower and Tower Bridge. However it’s far from Heathrow airport. Taxi does not want to go. Other than that great location. Restaurants to check out. Duck and waffles and Dishoom.

Good stay apart from the heating.
Just a one night stay in this trendy style hotel close to the station .Large double room was clean , nicely decorated but cold! It took three visits to get the heating going and then a good two hours to get to the desired temperature. I was working in the room at the time and also had supper in there. Room service was fine as was the bottle of Rose . On check out the reception kindly deducted the food and wine charge as compensation.
