About the Hotel

From art installations to a poet in residence, the Andaz London Liverpool Street captures London's exuberantly creative spirit. This classic Victorian hotel turned hip urban retreat is "a style coup for designer Sir Terence Conran," raves Fodor's in August 2005. Bedrooms are chic and sleek at this Luxury Resorts affiliate, while dining is some of the best in the city at Aurora, shimmering beneath a stained glass dome, and the Fishmarket with its seductive Champagne bar.

Excellent Hotel

Had the most fabulous stay. As soon as I walked into the hotel, was attended to and was treated exceptionally from all staff … doorman, reception, bar lounge, breakfast staff etc. Big plus having Liverpool Street Station at close proximity. Will stay again in future.

Excellent Location, Great Service and a Very Enjoyable Stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Overall, I had a very good experience at Andaz London Liverpool Street. The location is excellent, with extremely convenient access to both the Underground and trains. It’s also very easy to get to and from Heathrow Airport, taking only about 40 minutes by direct train. The service was very good throughout my stay, from check-in to check-out, and the staff were always helpful with any requests. The room was very nice as well. I especially liked the slippers—they were stylish and came in a distinctive pink color, which I believe is a nod to the history of the original Andaz. The main area that could be improved is the air conditioning. It didn’t seem to cool the room effectively. Even when I set the thermostat to 20°C, the room temperature would not go below around 24–24.5°C. This made the room warmer than I would have preferred, particularly during the summer. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, with a great location, comfortable room, and excellent service. Improving the air conditioning would make the experience even better.

Great stay and experience

Great stay. Spacious room. Modern facilities and amenities in a historic building. Location is perfect. Right next to the train station, within walking distance to Spitalfields market and some famous landmarks, and just a few stops to the West End. What stood out was the fantastic service. We were pleasantly surprised to find a gift in our room accompanied by a sweet handwritten note to make up for a minor inconvenience during check-in which was not the fault of the hotel.

Great Experience

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

It was our first time in London. This trip was for my husband’s birthday celebration. There are so many hotels in London to choose from but Im glad we chose Andaz Liverpool. I was worried that it was not close to the main attractions but the train/subway was just a few minutes walk from the hotel so it was very easy to go to all the places we planned to visit. We arrived late and we were surprised to see the size of the rooms. I booked 2 king connecting guestrooms but Im globalist and they were able to upgrade 1 room to a suite which made our stay very comfortable. They stacked the fridge with drinks everyday and have chips and treats to enjoy. Rooms were cleaned nicely and the staff were very receptive to our requests. Buffet breakfast is from 6:30-10:30 which have great selections of pastries, hot items, made to order pancakes. If you wake up a bit later, no problems because they have another restaurant that offers a la carte breakfast items and they serve it i think until 11:30. My kids also loved the cute Andaz bears that were waiting for them when we first arrived and became part of their souvenirs from London. We would definitely stay in this property the next time we visit.
