Aparthotel Adagio London Brentford

Very Disappointing – Standards Have Dropped We had a poor experience at Adagio Aparthotel Brentford. Despite requesting an upper-floor flat weeks in advance, we were given a first-floor room. The room was unclean, with dirty bedsheets and an unprepared sofa bed – very disappointing, especially with kids in tow. Halfway through our stay, a toilet issue made the room unliveable due to the smell. Only then were we moved to an upper-floor room (our original request), but we had to pack and move everything ourselves – no help offered. We’ve stayed here before and had a better experience, but this time the standards were far below expectations. Not worth the price. Hope the management takes action to improve.

We stayed with our two dogs for 3 nights. The apartment had everything we needed - very clean with soft bedding, good storage, lovely rain-shower, excellent kitchen facilities and the huge private balcony was fabulous! Everything was soundproofed too so we all slept very well. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Special thanks to Heena on reception who sorted parking for us, extended our departure time and watered our dogs! We loved every minute and didn't want to leave.

We recently stayed at the Adagio Aparthotel in Brentford and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The cleanliness standards were shockingly low. We found greasy dirt on the bathroom floor and in the shower corners with black mould. To make matters worse, there was a dirty piece of toilet paper stuck to the bathroom ceiling, which was both disgusting and unacceptable. If you arrive by car, run run run, tou have 15 minutes to check-in and provide the license plate otherwise they will automatixally issue a 100 pounds fine (PCN). The hotel charges a deposit fee, something l've never encountered in my travels before. We also paid for early check-in, but it wasn't granted, and we had to request a refund. The Smart TV in the room was practically useless, with all its functionalities disabled, leaving us with only local channels and no option to connect personal devices. While the reception desk staff were polite and helpful, the poor cleanliness and lack of basic amenities reflect a management issue. Additionally, room cleaning is only available for stays of 8 days or more. For shorter stays, even replacing towels incurs an extra charge-what a joke! Overall, this location does not deliver on cost-benefit. We've stayed in other Adagio Aparthotels with much better quality and service. Sadly, we cannot recommend this one.

This hotel is not nicely located (20 min walk to the closest Tube station + 40 min on the subway to the central suburbs) but anyway, I knew it and it was my choice. But the worst was we could hear the noise of the busy viaduct next to us even with the glass door of the balcony totally shut. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean with a functional kitchenette, although the old dishwasher was not washing the dishes properly. We also had a Nespresso machine which was nice. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower excellent. The heated towel rack was a great touch in the bathroom. The breakfast was average. And we were really annoyed that in the 2 first mornings we arrived at the breakfast room and they couldn’t find our room number on the list of paid breakfast, even though the check in staff had noticed the mistake and fixed it. Well, at least they should have fixed it. This was not well organized. Also when I requested a couple of fresh towels in my third night (stay of 6 nights) the receptionist wanted to charge me for that and I had to argue. Shocking! Mostly if compared to other great Adagio hotels we stayed in this long trip. Some staff members were friendly and helpful but not everyone.

Really spacious and excellent place to stay. Absolutely love the balcony and winter garden which let a lot of light in on gloomy days. I had a stay at a central London hotel recently and for the same price and I got a tiny room vs an entire apartment at this place Staff was absolutely fantastic as well. I have requested a change of room because I wanted a room at a higher floor and they were kind enough to check if any other room was available and changed it for me. Transport links are still pretty good. Although no tube station nearby, the bus stop is super convenient and there's a train station within walking distance as well.
