Great stay overall
Overall the property is excellent and provides for a great location, good quality rooms and friendly staff.

Great location. Very small rooms
The hotel is a perfect location. The room was meant to be a deluxe room which was very disappointing.A very small room when we booked the the next size up.The bed was uncomfortable and gave us both a bad back after one night. The cost for one night albeit Christmas was bad value. We were told the mini bar was complimentary. It had 2 small bottles of coke and a water !!! The staff however on reception and bar were all very accomodating and if it wasnt for the staff, the hotel would be very poor value.

Magnificent cocktails!!
This was o e of the most wonderful experiences I have ever had. Kazi was an exceptional instructor throughout this hands on class. We had an exceptional evening and would recommend this class to anyone interested in finessing their cocktail skills.

Lovely
We had a couple massage and afternoon tea. Good location close to most public transport. Lovely atmosphere; very warm welcome by all staff even though we were running late. We got this on a deal so very good value for money. Afternoon tea was good. Lots of choices and courses. Attentive service. Would recommend on a deal for sure. Only down side was the size of the changing room for the spa. It was doable but a little narrow for the amount of women in there and my partner said similar for the mens. Otherwise it was a lovely Christmas present for him. Facials were lovely.
