The Athenaeum Hotel & Residences

Great Hotel in great location in the middle of it all. definitely would stay again if price is reasonable . This Hotel is expensive as pretty much everything in London .

I had an amazing time at The Athenaeum. The staff was so attentive. Not only were they helpful but also so kind. I will definitely be back!

Mayfair is awash with quality restaurants some placing style over substance and charging Michelin star monies for medium quality food. So having been bought a gift of dinner at the Atheneum we arrived with mixed expectations. But we shouldn’t have. Excellently mixed cocktails, great wine list (though at little on the higher priced range - why does nobody offer a decently priced house white/red these days) and the food was absolutely great. Even though this was a gift, a glance at the menu showed what spectacular value for money this venue is. Great service from Max and his team made this a perfect all-round offering. Only downside is that it was not that busy. Given the offering it absolutely should be. Definitely recommend it to food lovers who appreciate fantastic value. So don’t walk past - walk in

Had a wonderful stay at the Athenaeum. The hotel is in a fantastic location which is walking distance to great shops, restaurants and attractions in London. Rooms were on the small side, but on par for London hotels. Nicely appointed with amazing beds. The pillow menu choices also helped make for a very good night's sleep. Nice choice of Molton Brown products in the bathroom, with the only drawback being a bath/shower combo rather than a walk-in shower, however that is personal preference. Room service food was great with nice cocktails in the bar (and also a few complimentary snacks in the bar, which was delicious). Did not try the restaurant or breakfast. The staff were wonderful and helpful throughout our stay and really made the stay memorable. Will definitely not hesitate to stay again when in London.

Just came back from a week long stay at the Athenaeum. My girlfriend and I found this to be the perfect hotel for us and plan to stay here on future visits. For us the location of the hotel is perfect, with two parks in close walking distance. Additionally, you are right between two tube lines, a short walk away. This was perfect for us to get around London The hotel and rooms are spotless. The reason we plan to stay here on furfure visits comes down to the team. They were professional, kind, and very attentive. Our interactions with Daniel, Mariusz, William, Grace, Livio, and Amira all felt like there was a personal touch...special call outs to Daniel, Mariusz, and William for all the recommendations as we explored London! Highly Recommend!
