Great Afternoon Tea
Emmie was amazing ! Great service , excellent food and Prosecco. The house tea blend Emelynes blend was suberb , as was the Earl Grey and lapsang Souchong. Free flow Prosecco was great value and kept coming. Had an amazing time , thoroughly recommend

Great location & atmosphere. Beautifully appointed & spotlessly clean rooms Worth every penny. Exceptional customer service and focus. Special mention to Ana - Guest services, Mr G, Haytam, Rahman & Matt from Concierge. They are all a credit to the Athenaeum. We look forward to coming back.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Athenaeum Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Everyone was kind, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. A special thank you to Gideon, the manager, who was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and generous throughout my stay. His support and attention made a real difference and made me feel truly looked after. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, excellent service, and a very warm energy. It honestly felt like the best hotel experience I’ve had in London. I’m very grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely recommend The Athenaeum to anyone visiting the city.
