Great dinner and service
I visited for a spa day and dinner to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was wonderful. Kazi was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to cater to my every need, was incredibly polite and attentive, and even arranged a lovely birthday dessert for me. His thoughtfulness and excellent service made my birthday celebration extra special. Thank you, Kazi!

Second visit and still as excellent
This was our second visit to the hotel and was as excellent as our first we had two rooms in the townhouse which were really nice. Clean, really nice bathrooms and spacious Breakfast was included. Top notch. Again, as with our first visit, what makes the difference is the staff. From the man checking us in (didn’t get his name) to the door man, staff in the bar, everyone is so pleasant, friendly and welcoming Again a big shout out to Emmie who remembered us from May and Olivier, the breakfast manager. So nice and very amusing! Can’t recommend the hotel more

A fantastic experience we will be back
We booked this hotel as a group whilst attending an awards evening. What a fantastic experience from the moment we approached the building the staff could not have done more if they tried. Everyone we spoke to was so helpful and happy it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. If you visit you will not be disappointed we will be back next year

Amazing spa experience
Went for a spa package with cream tea and it was lovely. During the cream tea, Emmie was fabulous! Will definitely be coming back
