The Beaumont Mayfair

Everything about the Beaumont was terrific. The rooms, the service, the location, and especially the staff: Ned at Guest Relations, Yanna at the front desk, and the helpful Concierge staff. It's easy to see why the Beaumont is consistently rated as one of the very best hotels in London. We are already planning our return visit in 2027.

To all and any who plan a visit in this awesome city, the Beaumont Mayfair is THE place to stay. Mayfair being the plush area that it is, will cater to all of your needs. This beautiful and small privately owned hotel, is the perfect example of British knowhow and traditions, nestled on a quiet street, only one corner away from Bond street and Selfridges department store, quick walking distance to the Bond street tub and public transportation. Literally a short walk to emblematic Hyde park and important landmarks. We were my 2 adult sons and I on a bucket list adventure of mine. This trip has been a real gift for us 3, and The Beaumont has made it possible for us to make that dream come true. The welcome we’ve received was personal and so friendly, it felt like coming home. Our rooms were just perfect, airy and spotless, plushy and ever so quiet. The service has been top notch all the way through our 8 night stay. The decor, flower arrangements and always a pleasant odor floating in the air as you walked through the main areas. Please enjoy the bar and their signature cocktails….to die for! I could go on and on and still find more attributes to convince you that you should really be staying with the Beaumont family on your next visit to London, I would go back without any hesitation, the experience was magical!

Another great weekend stay where nothing is too much trouble. From the warm welcome on arrival to the final wave goodbye when leaving the level of service is 1st class. This is the second visit and hopefully not the last- rooms are clean, modern and light- turndown service is also an added level that now seems missing from many establishments. Food in both the restaurant Rosi and Gatsby room is award winning- attentive service assured. Home from home and a wonderful way to celebrate my daughter’s birthday weekend. Thanks to all the team - job well done!

Please do not go and invest your time and money in this hotel. The room was small and dirty. Carpet was filthy and the shower marble was old and stained. The restaurant has a fair buffet for breakfast but there was a MOUSE that was running around!!Finally, I asked the manager after they cleaned the carpet in my room and tried to take the black marks out of the marble shower. Please MOVE me the last two night of our vacation. They did move me to the renovated side which was much better. All around for the exuberate money we paid I Will NEVER Go BACK.By the way the chairs to sit in were terrible uncomfortable for my husband to read in,.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I had such a beautiful stay at The Beaumont Mayfair and I genuinely cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the service felt incredibly thoughtful and personal. The entire team goes above and beyond, but a special thank you to Catalin at the front desk who made everything seamless. He is truly exceptional and set the tone for the entire experience. The hotel itself is stunning. It has that classic, old-world London elegance while still feeling intimate and calm. It never felt overwhelming or overly busy, which I really appreciated. It was the perfect place to come back to and reset after long days in the city. The turndown service deserves its own moment because it was honestly one of the highlights of my stay. Every evening I would come back to a perfectly reset room, soft lighting, everything beautifully arranged, and just this overall feeling of care and attention to detail that you rarely see anymore. It made such a difference in how relaxed and taken care of I felt. I also loved the little touches throughout the stay. The staff remembered preferences, always greeted me warmly, and made everything feel effortless. That level of consistency is rare and it did not go unnoticed. Location wise, you really cannot do better. Being in Mayfair made everything feel easy, whether I was heading to breakfast, shopping, or exploring the city. Overall, this was one of those stays that just feels special from start to finish. Thoughtful service, beautiful atmosphere, and a team that truly cares. I will absolutely be back.
