The Beaumont Mayfair

The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, offering a blend of elegance and comfort, but it was the staff and their exceptional service that truly elevated the experience. We left feeling genuinely cared for and can’t wait to return. The concierge deserves particular praise. From securing last-minute restaurant reservations to arranging seamless airport transfers, every recommendation and arrangement was flawless.

Our first stay at the Beaumont Mayfair and I must say not our last. Before arriving we received an welcome email asking how they could make our stay more memorable and personal. Diane greeted us upon check in and made us feel right at home. We selected the location because it's near Oxford street shopping but tucked away from the traffic and crowds. The breakfast was great and the new restaurant is beautiful. The Beaumo has everything a five star hotel would offer and beyond but the wonderful staff at the Mayfair makes us want to return.

A very attractive and comfortable hotel. Room was on the back side which annoyed me at first but got over myself once I realized we didn’t have traffic passing under our windows! And the bed/bath were contemporary versions. Very comfortable indeed! Only noise we heard was a gathering of cocktail partiers on a nearby terrace - felt we had found our friends!! The staff top to bottom were marvellous and welcoming! The Main floor Bar was very attractive . Lunch delicious too. Dinner in the main floor dining room was delectable. And a lovely room to be surrounded by amazing art. This handsome spot was close walking distance from Marks & Spencer so food shopping for the visitor to London is all set. And well priced clothing will be purchased shortly after one’s arrival! Local transportation is easily come by. Just ask the Head valet/porter at the front door. They will provide amazing drivers who will take you to wherever you command via the most astounding streets - better than any tour guide will give you. Count your self lucky to be staying in a lovely hotel. If you are even more fortunate, you might be offered a candle upon your departure, with the most divine perfume that I walk by everyday now we are home! Memories return! ……Heavenly! I had a wonderful stay at The Beaumont Mayfair. The location is excellent—just steps from the tube and Oxford Street, yet tucked away enough to be surprisingly quiet. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, making the whole experience feel special. As I was traveling seven months pregnant, I had asked in advance for some extra pillows. To my delight, they went above and beyond, not only providing what I asked for but also adding a maternity pillow and even a thoughtful little keepsake for our baby. That level of care really stood out. The hotel itself is impeccable—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and with a calming atmosphere that I truly appreciated. Combined with the kindness of the staff, it made for a perfect stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to London.

This hotel is truly exceptional. Everything from the staff to the rooms are simply outstanding. The location is absolutely perfect. I loved the toiletries in the bathroom, the bedding, rooms were pristine. I’ll definitely stay there again next time I’m in London.
