The Beaumont Mayfair

Please do not go and invest your time and money in this hotel. The room was small and dirty. Carpet was filthy and the shower marble was old and stained. The restaurant has a fair buffet for breakfast but there was a MOUSE that was running around!!Finally, I asked the manager after they cleaned the carpet in my room and tried to take the black marks out of the marble shower. Please MOVE me the last two night of our vacation. They did move me to the renovated side which was much better. All around for the exuberate money we paid I Will NEVER Go BACK.By the way the chairs to sit in were terrible uncomfortable for my husband to read in,.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I had such a beautiful stay at The Beaumont Mayfair and I genuinely cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the service felt incredibly thoughtful and personal. The entire team goes above and beyond, but a special thank you to Catalin at the front desk who made everything seamless. He is truly exceptional and set the tone for the entire experience. The hotel itself is stunning. It has that classic, old-world London elegance while still feeling intimate and calm. It never felt overwhelming or overly busy, which I really appreciated. It was the perfect place to come back to and reset after long days in the city. The turndown service deserves its own moment because it was honestly one of the highlights of my stay. Every evening I would come back to a perfectly reset room, soft lighting, everything beautifully arranged, and just this overall feeling of care and attention to detail that you rarely see anymore. It made such a difference in how relaxed and taken care of I felt. I also loved the little touches throughout the stay. The staff remembered preferences, always greeted me warmly, and made everything feel effortless. That level of consistency is rare and it did not go unnoticed. Location wise, you really cannot do better. Being in Mayfair made everything feel easy, whether I was heading to breakfast, shopping, or exploring the city. Overall, this was one of those stays that just feels special from start to finish. Thoughtful service, beautiful atmosphere, and a team that truly cares. I will absolutely be back.

A delightful spot in Mayfair. The rooms and public spaces were beautifully appointed. The staff was truly outstanding. They anticipated and accommodated our every need. Really going above and beyond. We’ll be back!

My wife and I were treated to a fabulous Sunday lunch at The Beaumont Mayfair by our very dear friends to celebrate our milestone birthday's. What can I say "Fantastic Company....Fantastic Food....Fantastic Service" We all had a wonderful time and look forward to another fabulous visit when we are in London and maybe we will also book our stay there!!!
