This hotel is truly exceptional. Everything from the staff to the rooms are simply outstanding. The location is absolutely perfect. I loved the toiletries in the bathroom, the bedding, rooms were pristine. I’ll definitely stay there again next time I’m in London.

Beautiful hotel with absolutely impeccable service!

The Beaumont Mayfair is an exceptional hotel and I cannot wait to go back. Our room was lovely and appointed with so many thoughtful amenities. The bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel, it was heavenly! The location is fantastic. But probably the most impressive thing about the hotel is the staff, the whole team is wonderful and very welcoming. In particular, I want to thank Adrianna, the kind angel who with grace and humor helped a mortified lady who accidentally locked herself out of her room when placing a room service cart outside her door (barefoot while wearing a bathrobe). ;)

Elegance in London

From the moment of our arrival we knew we were in the best! Luxurious atmosphere, expertly coached staff, thoughtfully appointed and very quiet rooms. I looked forward to starting the day being swiftly greeted in the morning for the breakfast offerings. Always delicious meal with an eye to presentation. Great coffee! A short cab ride to main tourist attractions and one can easily walk to Hyde park for some relaxation on the rental chairs by the water to unwind. Selfridges is across Oxford Street. Doorman had cabs appear almost instantly. Interesting artwork throughout the property. Gleaming floors! I had a nice surprise at the end. After a comment that I appreciated a piece of art in the room the guest relations manager personally emailed me with contact information for the art curator! She reached out same day and offered her services! Overall highly impressed on all levels!

Home away from home

An amazing hotel from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. The hotel itself is beautiful, immaculate, quiet, and comfortable and well-located close to busy Oxford Street and two tube stations. The staff is top notch and made our stay very special. I travelled with my daughter to London for a mother-daughter trip. This was her first trip to London and my first in over 30 years. We were met by the wonderful hotel staff. Our room was waiting for us when we arrived early in the day after flying overnight from NYC. Our bags were taken from us and bought to our room. Check in was efficient and easy. The room was located on the third floor facing the front of the hotel. We were celebrating my daughter's 25th birthday and a wonderful piece of chocolate cake awaited her upon arrival to the room with a personalized hand written note from the hotel staff. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The bed and pillows were wonderful. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful. The towels were plentiful and the bath products were so lovely. They even provided bath salts for the bath which were much appreciated after a long day of walking and touring around London. Everything was perfect. Our hotel stay included breakfast. This was the only area where the hotel could improve. While they had all the basics on the buffet table with eggs available for order, the offerings could have been a bit more plentiful. The buffet offerings did not compare to what is found at larger hotels. However, whatever you asked for was provided so we certainly did not feel as though we missed out on anything. Also, their tea selection is amazing. We tried a different tea each day. I had the opportunity to use the spa and get a pedicure. It was wonderful and relaxing. The staff was very safety conscience which I appreciated as we were two women travelling together. I felt very safe at all times at this hotel. The highlight of the stay was riding in the hotel Bentley. They provide service within one mile of the hotel in the Bentley. It was so luxurious and convenient. We arrived in style for our dinner plans. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff made this part of our stay in London very special and one we will not soon forget. The staff should be commended for their attention to detail and for making guests feel like this is their home away from home when travelling. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone booking a stay in London.
