The best hotel in London
Brown’s is my go-to hotel when I’m in London. I just had my fourth visit to the hotel and as always was treated extremely well by everyone from the front desk and the lobby bar to John the doorman. Excellent location, incredible history and amazing staff. Easily my favorite hotel in London.

Another Special Trip for our Special Occasion
It has become an annual tradition that we celebrate my wives birthday, and our anniversary, at Browns in Mayfair. I could not speak more highly about our stay, from the friendly welcome from the doorman, an excellent check in experience, wonderful room, and even a lovely gift from the hotel We enjoyed an hour listening to the Thursday jazz music, that was good quality and an ideal way to finish the day. Breakfast was superb, and my wife was made to feel very special, with help on her selection freely available. The location of Browns is ideal to enjoy the highlights of London. But what makes a good hotel is the people, and I could not complement the Browns team more highly. They are attentive but not intrusive, helpful but not pushy, and most importantly friendly and make you feel at home. We will be back next year.

A truly amazing experience.
We stayed at Brown’s Hotel my husband and myself, and the whole experience was absolutely amazing. On entering the hotel our suitcases were swiftly swept away and delivered to our room, reception staff were very friendly and helpful and took us up to our room and showed us our room and made sure we had everything we could possibly want. Our cocktails were excellent and I really recommend the Singapore Sling. Our dinner was truly first class along with our breakfast. All the staff went out of their way to make sure our experience was second to none. If you feel like indulging yourself in true luxury I highly recommend staying at the Brown’s - you will not be disappointed.

Spilling the tea
I book the afternoon tea at the Brown's Hotel. I was really looking forward to it; however, I was ignored by my waiter and need to ask another waiter for assistance. Given the cost of the experience, I felt slighted. To other tables, the same waiter was very attentive. I will never go again and would suggested the Ritz as a much better experience
