Brown's Hotel

Exceptional luxury, lavish amenities, and impeccable personalized service. If we could give the Brown's Hotel a 10-star review, we would. Quite frankly, we were treated like British royalty. Our room was spacious and exquisitely furnished. A personalized handwritten note welcomed us, along with a gift of fresh apricots. When we praised the high quality of the fresh apricots (they were the best apricots we had ever tasted!), fresh apricots were delivered to our room daily. The hotel's breakfast was outstanding. The level of attentiveness to our needs was unsurpassed. Thank you to the Brown's Hotel for a 10-star hotel experience! We had an amazing time on our London vacation.

My son and I enjoyed the afternoon tea and it was one of the best I have ever had (I have tried various afternoon teas in London). The sandwiches were extremely fresh and tasty, the scones warm and flaky, the tea was excellent and the staff catered to our every need. Thank you Akshay and Lefter

Spent 3 days here visiting family in London. Was exemplary, from the personal quotes in the corridors, to the magnaminous amenities in the room, the smiling bar person to the efficient concierge team. The renovated room was pristine, large, sublime marble bathroom and I slept so well. From the moment we arrived at Browns, the staff were 100% committed to our every need. Valet parking, the doorman, concierge, reception team made for a fantastic start to our stay. Our suite certainly did not disappoint and all the little extras were so thoughtful. Drinks in Donovan’s and breakfast in Charlie’s could not be faulted. We only stayed one night but were provided with water and sweets for our journey. Every member of staff was so happy and helpful.

My recent stay at Brown's was absolute perfection with outstanding service and hospitality. The Concierge team was incredibly helpful with all my requests and Room Service was always exactly on time. The newly renovated rooms are spectacular with all the modern tech conveniences added that we all need while traveling. Brown’s is and always will be my home away from home in London.
