Brown's Hotel

Truly amazed by the cleanliness of room and day service. Had a after dark live jazz experience with excellent taste of cocktail and Martini. A girl named Ranjata was very friendly and professional at the same time. One of the guy from Philippines even offered to take a picture in front of hotel…🙂 like seriously such a kind gesture 🤌. Such a luxurious experience and would love to visit again. xx

The hotel is really wonderful! Everything was perfect. The staff is wonderful and very friendly! This where I will stay from now on when I am in London. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. The food is very good. I used the spa, and the massage was great! I really can’t say enough about Browns.

Afternoon Tea at the Drawing Room (and drinks after at Donovan's) have become an absolute must tradition for my wife and I over the last several years. They have never failed to disappoint. This year was our 10th Anniversary, and the manager, Karol Kurowski, and the entire staff made our experience even more special than ever. We had an amazing Tea, an incredible bottle of Champagne, and to top it off, they secured us a very special space at Donovan's for afterwards. We cannot wait to see you next time we are in London!

A truly quintessential afternoon tea experience from beginning to end. ✨ From the moment we arrived at Brown’s, we were made to feel like royalty, and that feeling continued right through to the moment we left, when the doorman personally waved us off. Such a lovely touch, and one that perfectly summed up the level of service throughout our visit. The staff were exceptional , warm, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. We particularly enjoyed hearing about the fascinating history of the hotel and the stories that make Brown’s such an iconic part of London. And, of course, the afternoon tea itself did not disappoint. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious, and the selection of sweet pastries and patisserie was every bit as delightful. Everything felt beautifully presented and thoughtfully put together. Then there was the pianist, who made my birthday even more special by playing Happy Birthday. 🎶 It was such a thoughtful and memorable moment. I’m so happy I chose Brown’s to celebrate my birthday. The beautiful surroundings, impeccable service, wonderful history, delicious afternoon tea and those little personal touches made it an afternoon I won’t forget. Thank you to everyone at Brown’s Hotel for making my birthday feel truly special. ❤️

There is nothing to fault about the Drawing Room experience. It is my go to place for afternoon tea in London. It is a small space and therefore more intimate. I just love the original wood panelling and the decor. The pianist adds to the atmosphere too. The service is excellent. The waiter we had yesterday really made an effort to meet the needs of one of my guests who had specific dietary needs. The food is also of a very high standard. It is certainly the best I have had at any afternoon tea. All in all the perfect English afternoon tea experience.. a great place to meet up with friends..
