We had a two night stay at Browns with our dog. The room we had was a standard room but beautifully decorated. It was a lovely touch to have the extras for our dog which included a coat, toy, and shampoo. They also left us a gift of some tea. It was nice to have a personalised welcome message on the TV. The downside to the room was it didn't have a view and the layout meant when we had room service we could only eat one at a time or one sitting on the bed. I would of loved a bath but the bathroom was lovely and the shower great, again with all the amenities you'd expect. The room was very clean. We had a lovely high bed and slept well. We didn't use any hotel facilities only room service. It was timely and the food we ordered was nice. As a dog friendly hotel it was great to see a dog menu and our dog loved her meals. I think the portion sizes and prices need looking at, we ordered some pasta dishes which were like snacks size but it didn't say that on the menu, our dog had better portion sizes. The staff that came to our room for room service were friendly and we had a great welcome on arrival and shown to our room. I think some of the staff could do a better job at acknowledging you in the hotel. The main problem we had which resulted in us complaining was there was redecorating happening in a room down the hall which went on past 10pm. We had to raise this issue more than once. They were apologetic and gave us some money off our bill but I don't think it should of happened in the first place. Also because of the noise they were making caused anxiety to our dog. I think they also should of told us on arrival about the redecorating.

From the Doormen greeting us by name upon arrival to check-in to entering our room, Brown’s was noticeably impressive. We were given a room exactly liked we asked for when reserving. We wanted several specific attributes . We had a Deluxe King Room, very nice size with large floor to ceiling windows, very quiet from both outside/street noise as well as interior noise. Shower had very good water pressure which is a serious criteria for us. Hotel is perfect size to get in and out quickly, provided a personable feel. Location of Hotel is excellent to walk pretty much anywhere. Will stay here next time in London.

lovely cozy feels like home hotel in a great location in the same time it’s not crowded lobby like the big hotels in London. All of the stuff from all of the departments are friendly.. starting from the arrival experience of the door man’s to the bill boys up to the front office & conciarge. Also, the house keeping lady's & rooms service gents are great. Paulo the bill boys team was great person and he is very helpful to be recognized The rooms noice isolation need to be improved as I do hear sometimes the people on the street & the cars f Passing as well as the floor is wonky which the owners need to fix to have a full great experience for the guests in the rooms. We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Brown’s Hotel. The hotel itself is attractive, classy, and classic, but with no hint of pretentiousness. Every staff member we dealt with was approachable, warm, and helpful. Service was prompt, and the attention to detail was impeccable yet non-intrusive. The room was extremely high quality; the meals in our room and in the restaurant were excellent; and the tea room was welcoming and enjoyable (even for a first-timer). And the location is great. We would definitely stay there again (and again).

Loved Brown’s! Great room on the fifth floor. Quiet save for a bar across the street open late at night. The service was stellar. The bar and dining very nice. We are picky and this hotel delivered.
