Great birthday celebration.
Great food and atmosphere. Staff especially Clara were very helpful with the menu and my intolerances. Celebrating my son’s birthday and they brought out a desert with a candle for him as a surprise. Lovely visit all round.

Outstanding stay in every way. Amazing staff from the doormen, the concierge team, restaurant staff, sommelier, housekeeping… just wonderful. Rooms are so comfortable, best beds ever. Breakfast and Charlie’s restaurant were 10/10. Cocktails in Donovan’s were fabulous too. Just cant’t wait to return.

High tea at Brown’s Hotel last week was one of the highlights of our London trip. Food, service and setting were perfect and the hospitality was so lovely to experience. The staff were especially kind to our granddaughters, 8 and 6. We were last there thirty years ago and this experience was as wonderful as the last.

What a fantastic stay at Browns, all the staff were friendly, attentive and professional, we had a great afternoon tea followed by a one night stay. We were upgraded to the Clementi Suite which just added to a wonderful stay
