A jewel in London
Wow what an experience! We have stayed in many 5 star hotels throughout the world & this one is a jewel. From the minute my husband & I arrived we were made to feel like V.I.P’s an extremely warm welcome from the doormen with a welcome glass of champagne to our in room check in that made us feel instantly at home. All the staff were so friendly & all called us by our names (how they all knew us by name is still a mystery but a lovely personal touch.) Even down to our suite (room 416) having our pillows embroidered with our initials on was a fantastic surprise (which we got to keep ) which led to a wonderful restful sleep. A free mini bar (yes free alcohol) was such a surprise. With a handwritten welcome card from the manager & champagne was a lovely personal touch. Christmas decorations so beautiful & tastefully done put us both in the mood for Christmas The in room dining of a club sandwich for lunch was speedy & superb served with a warm smile from our waiter. Meeting a friend in for a drink in Donovan’s bar was cozy & chic. Dinner & breakfast in Charlie’s restaurant was of the highest quality & service & we finished our trip with a festive afternoon tea before we left & was a lovely way to end our stay. We wished we could have stayed an extra night but we definitely will be returning keep on doing what your doing your fabulous

Exceptional service and location
The stay was pleasant as can be, with immaculate service, good F&B options and always available concierge. Particularly Givi who goes to extra lengths for customers. Well done.

Fantastic Hotel
We have just returned from a night at this wonderful hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The staff go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as they can, and as you walk through the door after the hustle and bustle of the city, you are surrounded by a relaxing and calming atmosphere. All our food was absolutely delicious and my husband especially enjoyed a cocktail or two in the bar!! I hope that we are able to return very soon

Staff is top notch!
Browns staff = responsive, attentive, kind. The doormen, Givi & Niel took good care of us - graciously calling cabs & making sure we always had what we needed (directions, umbrella) for the day!
