I had a wonderful afternoon tea at Browns on Saturday with three friends. The room was beautifully set, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. The service was exceptional—Akshay, in particular, went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a mix of sandwiches from both menus, which I really appreciated. I was especially impressed by the staff’s knowledge of the wide variety of teas available. Every item we tried was delicious, but the sandwiches truly stood out—they might just be my favourite of all the afternoon teas I’ve had in London!

This is really a superior hotel and a historic building and owned by an Italian company so it has all the modern jazziness and good taste that you would expect. Every room is different so you really never know what you’re getting. The staff is extremely cooperative and dedicated to making sure that your stay is pleasant. The concierge‘s whirl class always able to get you theater tickets. I love their coat hanger so much. I ordered 100 of them to be shippedto my castle so now I have Brown’s coat hangers for all of my suits.

Every time our family visits, London, afternoon tea at Brown’s hotel in Mayfair is at the top of our list. The old world, charm and classic London ambience, make it a truly special experience every single time. The drawing room is elegant and peaceful – like stepping into another era. On our most recent visit, we were served by Letter and Maria, who were both gracious and attentive, offering service with a warm and welcoming touch. From the extensive tea selection to the delicious scones and beautifully presented pastries, everything was perfect. If you’re in London, looking for the quintessential afternoon tea, The Drawing Room at Brown’s Hotel is simply the best.
