Wonderful luxury Hotel. We fell across this Hotel as we just wanted a cup of tea in a nice environment after feeling exhausted walking around London. Beautifully appointed High Teas and the Bar is fabulous . We could never afford to stay but it was stunning to enjoy their incredible hospitality. Staff were outstanding .

Lefter and Akshay were brilliant and made us feel very welcome. Excellent service as you would expect! We came to Browns to celebrate my mum’s birthday, and they made every effort to accommodate us and all our dietary restrictions. They also had a wheelchair available which was very helpful for my mother who has mobility issues. Thank you!

I love a historic hotel. I was upgraded to a lovely spacious room with a large clean bathroom. Nice room amenities and great housekeeping. Breakfast was delicious in a beautiful dining room, and we really enjoyed the classic bar, too. We were one street over from Bond Street, which would be great if you were here for luxury shopping. We walked most places from the hotel, but the doorman was helpful in getting cabs and Uber was easy, too. The one criticism I have is there isn’t really a lobby to speak of ( you either in the reception area or in a dining/ bar area and expected to be ordering something).
