Fantastic Hotel and Fantastic People
Having just returned to Browns for the weekend with my family I ought to leave a review . From the moment we arrived until the minute we left the attention to detail and the caring nature of all staff was just so incredible . Undoubtably one of the best hotels in London . What made it so special Well that’s easy ! The atmosphere The rooms and most importantly the people and the service they give . They just make you feel at home and have a way of making your stay special and relaxed . Would highly recommend

Fantastic Valentines Weekend
I had requested an early check in with the hope of getting into the room an hour or two early. We arrived at the hotel just before 10am to discover that not only was our room ready but had also been given a complementary upgrade. The hotel is beautiful inside and very intimate. Wonderful staff and excellent food. The Donovan Bar is pure class. Thank you all at Browns for a fantastic stay.
