The Capital Hotel, Apartments & Townhouse

This wasn’t my first time staying here, and once again everything was excellent. The location is ideal for getting around London, yet the hotel still feels calm and relaxing inside. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, with a great night’s sleep. What really makes the difference is the team — consistently professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you to everyone for the wonderful hospitality and for making my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning again.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing perfect for exploring the area and enjoying everything nearby. I had such a wonderful stay at The Capital! The location is incredibly strategic ,everything is just a short walk away, which made my trip so much easier and enjoyable. A special thanks to Miguel and Ali for their outstanding service. They were genuinely kind, very attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. It was a genuinely lovely experience. I actually found the hotel through ChatGPT, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The place has a classic vibe, it’s clean, quiet, and perfect for a solo traveler like me. service was great, the atmosphere felt cozy and homey, and the staff were incredibly kind. The location is also a big plus, close to Hardee’s, shops, a supermarket, and a pharmacy, which made everything super convenient. My room on the fourth floor was wonderful, and I could see a beautifully renovated room nearby. Next time, I’m hoping to stay in the fifth or sixth floor. A special shoutout to Estella at the reception, she was amazing. Her presence made me feel genuinely welcomed.

Great hotel- fab location in Knightsbridge- right by tube and Harrods but in a street that seemed very quiet. Easy walk to royal Albert hall and natural history museum both of which we were visiting. Enjoyed lunch from Harrods rotisserie in Hyde park. . We had an upgrade to an executive room which was lovely with some interesting art and very quiet. Breakfast was very good - great coffee and had scrambled eggs- both often hard to find in a hotel. Staff were super helpful especially as arrived too early for check in but needed an iron- they sorted it for me. Bar staff very friendly and enjoyed nightcap and some bar nibbles
