The Capital Hotel, Apartments & Townhouse

Good location in Knighsbridge but room was far too hot with old fashioned, very noisy 'air conditioning' unit. Opening the windows was not really an option as room overlooked an even noisier service yard. Only way to sleep was with A/C on and ear plugs in. Room's decor also quite faded. Not what I expected from a 5-star hotel. Staff were very nice.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect for shopping and dining within walking distance. The room was clean, the kitchen was convenient for our family, and it was quiet and safe at night. The staff was always helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay again!

A character hotel, just down a quieter pedestrian street from Harrod's and steps from the Knightsbridge Underground station. We walk Hyde Park and Green park daily. An easy walk through a park to Piccadilly. Nottingham Hill or the Palace. High end area with shops and cars to match but in turn, cleaner, quieter and seems safer. After theatre and the madness of the crowds it is a 15 minute direct shot from Piccadilly. Joining the free Warwick rewards program is worthwhile and offers better rates, especially in advance. It is a smaller hotel and you do feel welcomed. Little things these days like answering the phone and helping with requests instantly are appreciatted

My recent stay at the Capital in London was absolutely delightful. The room and all its amenities were incredibly comfortable. All the staff were always going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. A special thank you to the two ladies at the front desk Stella and Valerica, who made our stay feel like home. I would highly recommend the Capital Hotel to anyone visiting London and look forward to staying there again.

Amazing location next to Harrods ! All staff members were very helpful ! Stella in the reception team was exceptionally good she found solutions every time ! The rooms were very spacious and very clean. They also do the best omelette best breakfast ever !
