The Capital Hotel, with its elegant appointments and reputation for hosting the Royal Family, is a delightful place to find yourself while in London. With a long list of accolades, including being touted among the "Best Hotels in the World" by Travel + Leisure, The Capital Hotel's envious Knightsbridge location cannot be beat. Beneath its lavish roof are just 49 rooms including a handful of suites adorned in fabrics created at the hands of Ralph Lauren and Nina Campbell, with antique furnishings thoughtfully placed. The marble baths are magnificent with invigorating showers and ample-sized tubs.

Everything was wonderful and we were very satisfied with our stay. However, there were two things we were especially impressed by: 1. The location 2. The staff The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful — I would honestly come back just because of them! Stella, Valerica, Hana, and Dino were all so cheerful and kind, and Paulo was also extremely friendly and helpful. He guided us and assisted us in many situations when we needed help. Thank you so much for such a great hotel experience!

Ive been traveling for the past 3 weeks on my honeymoon with my wife. 5 hotels later i can honestly say this is one of the best ive stayed in, on arrival we were welcomed with such warm staff and an upgrade even though we did not ask for one, the room was mind blowing, the location is one of the safest and cleanest areas in london. And the staff is absolutely amazing and made us feel at home. Stella specially who was amazing in everything she has done. She even gave us a complementary bottle of champagne to celebrate with. When im coming back to London, this is the only place i am staying in. I even became a Warwick chain member so i can use the rewards which are very easy to get.

This is my 3rd time this year staying at this property and it won't be the last! I always feel so welcomed and it's such a pleasure seeing the faces you are familiar with for some time now. The first time was I think 3 years ago and ever since I keep coming back. They know you and more importantly make you feel special. I did not get my upgraded room as I hoped as the hotel was very busy. Stella at the Front Desk did try but I didn't want to have to move rooms the next day. I was able to avail of my drink after a lovely show at the Westend and Andre made sure I got what I wished. He does make the best Cosmopolitan in London! The guys at the Front Desk that late evening were familiar faces again and were as welcoming. Sorry I forget their names. At checkout Dino was very helpful and so were Matthew & Jose who tried very hard to find me a cab the evening prior. Thank you once again for a lovely stay and see you next time.

This has been our London home from home for a number of years and has never disappointed. I have never previously bothered to write a review of it, but, having recommended it to a number of Canadian friends who have enjoyed it and thanked me for the recommendation, I thought I should share this with the rest of your community. The location is absolutely unbeatable in London, the rooms are a good size by West End standards, the staff friendly and knowledgeable, and the overall atmosphere that of, as stated above, a home from home. You will not be disappointed and will want to come back.

A very happy experience with this hotel. The location is excellent and the staff are top notch especially Alejandro who helped me with a request. The Junior suite is a good size with a large bathroom. Housekeeping incredibly efficient and the breakfast is very pleasant. The tube is 2 minutes walk away.
