Excellent hotel. The whole hotel has been beautifully styled and decorated to an extremely high standard. Our room was luxurious and our bed was enormous, at least 8 foot wide! Staff were very attentive and they have clearly been trained to provide a service second to none. The honesty bar was well stocked but they are charged in an odd way, we enjoyed 2 large gins each (4 measures in total) but due to the measures they provided we were charged for 5, be mindful. Fabulous menu with lots of choice. We loved our stay and we look forward to visiting Charlotte Street again.

A huge thank you to the staff of the hotel who made our Christmas stay so enjoyable! From check-in till departure... Great location, literally a few steps from the major action areas. great restaurants in the same street (very convenient) The room, decor, cleanliness, bedding... all 10/10. It might not be everybody's taste, of course, but we loved that colorful cosy ambiance. Great breakfast with lots of a la carte choice. Nice bar area with a great selection of drinks. We weren't looking for a bargain as it was a special Christmas treat, but the 'long stay' offer did help us save a bit of money. Our room was very quiet especially as it wasn't facing Charlotte Street, though as it's an old building occasionally we could hear some steps and squeaks, but it was more charming than annoying. We would definitely return and are looking forward to staying at other properties the Firmdale group.

Wonderful from arrival to departure. The hotel building and facilities we found to be exceptional, beautifull decor throughout. Fabulous room , with lounge area, fab bathroom including large walk in shower and large bath with T.V.; dual sink; with bath robes and essential luxury toiletries; coffee machine ( no tea bags though); all facilities as described; beautifully decorated. All personnel professional and very welcoming. Dinner and breakfast spot on. Would definitely recommend without hesitation. Great location, on the edge of Soho, the theatres etc… Thank you to all who made our stay a special treat…

Walking into the warm, beautiful and stylish Charlotte Street Hotel is like walking into a Bloomsbury Group painting. If you don't know what I am referring to, by the end of your stay, you will. Every single space in this hotel is full of color and joy. The rooms are delightful and the bathrooms are really luxurious. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable about the city. A very special shoutout to Wsam who was so gracious each and every time we walked into or out of the building. Breakfast was included in our rate. The coffee is fantastic and the food so fresh and delicious (there was not a coffee or Nespresso machine in our room - just mentioning this for those who like a quick coffee in the morning). Located in the Bloomsbury/Fitzrovia neighborhood, the Charlotte is close to excellent shopping, art and dining. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was such a treat.
