Our family loved every single thing about this hotel. To start the location is ideal. There are countless tourists spots in easy walking distance. The variety of great restaurants are also nearby. Plus the bustling theatre district is just one block away. Each morning we started off with breakfast at the hotel, a buffet is available if you are short on time or cooked to order breakfast which all was tasty. The staff at this hotel are some of the best people you will ever encounter. Warm, friendly, inviting is what first comes to mind. TEN stars to the concierge staff recommending not only some of the best restaurants we have dined in but the VARIETY of food. We went to a nearby steakhouse that was incredible. A Japanese restaurant that was an experience like no other. A pizzeria that was better than any American pizza we had. And a fine dining restaurant that was divine. The property is very quiet at night and mornings. Our room faced the street but never heard a peep. The same for interior noise. We are planning to return to London soon and the Charlotte St Hotel is where we will stay again.

The wheelchair access here is great, the doormen at the front entrance were so nice. They helped me to get my wheelchair (Invacare Bora, so it’s quite a large model) up the front steps using ramps and they also helped me to access the disabled loos. Also this hotel has a lift. Plus a lovely ambience in the hotel bar for drinks! I haven’t stayed here but highly recommend for the attitude of the staff and access.

Wonderful boutiqish hotel, excellent location, friendly staff. Lux room very comfortable albeit with the smallest shower imaginable. Room was definitely missing a coffee machine and kettle for us early risers. Only stayed 1 night but would definitely recommend & will go back.

Still loving this hotel, its location, its staff, its rooms and the care that the reception staff take to ensure your stay is lovely. I had an issue with noise on our first night from a banging door ( obviously husband slept through it) but they resolved the issue the next day and moved us to a nicer ( quieter room) We have been times over the years for our kids birthdays and it just feels so special when we arrive. I love the view from the windows of the little restaurants and pubs, I really like the restaurant in the hotel ( fish cakes , a glass of rose and a pudding are the perfect start to the weekend ) Just lovely and we appreciate the escape from the busy city after wandering the shops or galleries for hours .

The Charlotte Street Hotel was magnificent! I loved it from the moment we checked in. The staff was kind and helpful upon arrival and allowed for an early check-in after an overnight flight. The room was decorated flawlessly! I loved every bit of it! The location was perfect-situated on a quiet street off of many busier streets. The cafe in the hotel was delicious as well and they even had a dedicated gluten free fryer so that I was able to enjoy French fries. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone traveling to London!
