Overall we had an absolutely perfect stay and can very warmly recommend this place!!
We had a very cosy little room and didn‘t miss anything, the atmoshere was so fantastically decorated with christmas tree and items, the breakfast was so awsome and all the employees extremely kind and friendly. I would especially like to mention Joselito, who made the greatest effort to organize a cooked breakfast for us, although we were late due to closure at 10 p.m. instead of 11 p.m. on weekends, we were overwhelmed!!

Wonderful and welcoming experience at Chesterfield Mayfair!
This past August, my son and I stayed at the Chesterfield Mayfair, and we couldn't be more pleased with our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome, and, our check in experience was so personal - with a handwritten note delivered to our room giving us pointers and suggestions based on a brief conversation at check-in. Each day when we returned to our room - we had a little treat - chocolate, cookies, candy - such a nice touch. The service at this little gem of a property is top notch - every member of the team is helpful and kind. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel, along with one night's dinner - don't miss the fish and chips. We were fortunate to be there for the soft opening of the new rooftop bar - it is beautiful! Additionally - hotel is in a great location - we walked almost everywhere to take in the main attractions in London. Happy to recommend this property and looking forward to our next visit.

Spectacular Stay!
The property has so much charm and character! The Christmas decorations were lovely! However, the service is what made the stay perfect!! Everyone, especially Jake, Paulo, and Jade went out of their way to help!

60th birthday celebration
We spent the night here to celebrate my 60th birthday. Upon checking in, we were advised that we had upgraded from our double room to a suite.... and very nice it was too! Even nicer was being presented with a birthday cake and two complimentary glasses of champagne to celebrate! Erin on reception was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.

We just returned from London and a three-night stay at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The hotel is lovely and perfectly located for touring the city. In our room we enjoyed quality amenities—linens, décor and lighting are all exceptional. The staff are friendly, gracious, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. Our expectations were exceeded.
