At this exclusive enclave just a short stroll from Bond Street, you'll feel right at home with its club-like ambience, classic Regency styling and traditionally elegant accommodations. My wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in London for a week. The Chesterfield Mayfair was an ideal choice as it is near shopping with many restaurant choices nearby as well. The staff was wonderful and added immeasurably to our stay at every turn.

I have stayed at or dined many many fine restaurants over the years but this experience was absolutely first class. We enjoyed their award winning afternoon cream team, the food was absolutely fantastic, the cakes had a real wow factor, numerous different sorts of exotic teas and the service from each and every person, namely Tenzin, Sakib, Eliane, Tun and then Anoushka in the bar upstairs afterwards was absolutely exemplary. (The hugely talented pastry chef should also be given a big pat on the back too!) I told them all that I would recommend the owners give them all pay rises. They really should. An outstanding little 3-hour visit! (And they gave me a surprise little birthday treat)

My husband and I had a short stay in London at the end of February. The Chesterfield is in the heart of Mayfair short walk from Bond Street. We were greeted warmly on arrival and despite being early our rooms were ready for us. Rooms are small, but very pleasant . Our King size bed was extremely comfortable with lovely bed linen. We had both an excellent lunch on arrival and breakfast the following morning in the hotel and at all times the staff were simultaneously professional, and friendly. Our experience was most pleasant and we will definitely return.

My 11 year old daughter and I recently stayed at The Chesterfield Mayfair for two nights as part of a special daddy and daughter birthday trip to London, including a visit to the Harry Potter Studio Tour. Ahead of our arrival the hotel sent a detailed pre stay questionnaire, which I completed with some background about the trip. My daughter is on the autism spectrum, so I mentioned a few small things that might help make the stay more comfortable for her. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the team had genuinely taken the time to read and understand this. What followed was one of the most thoughtful and carefully executed hotel experiences I have ever had. There was a wonderful Harry Potter themed birthday surprise waiting in the room, which immediately set the tone for the stay. Throughout the visit, the staff consistently went above and beyond in small but meaningful ways that made a real difference. For example, whenever we dined in the restaurant we were always seated at calm, quiet tables. It may seem like a small detail, but for a child on the autism spectrum this kind of consideration can completely change the experience. The team showed real awareness, kindness and sensitivity in how they interacted with us. My daughter quickly felt comfortable and at home in the hotel, which as any parent of a neurodivergent child will know is not something you ever take for granted when travelling. The level of service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The staff were warm, professional and clearly very well trained, but what stood out most was their genuine thoughtfulness and care. It turned what was already a special birthday trip into something truly memorable for both of us. I left feeling enormously grateful for the experience the team at The Chesterfield created. I would happily recommend the hotel, as well as the dining experiences in the restaurant and bars, to anyone visiting London. Thank you to everyone involved in making our stay so special.

I stayed for the first time at The Chesterfield for one night earlier this week, and I can safely say that I have found 'my place'. It felt as though I was overnighting at a lovely old house, rather than a corporate setting. The staff were delightful, with special mentions for Israel at Reception and Paolo, the concierge. Everyone made me feel so welcome from the start, and throughout my stay, nothing was too much trouble. My room was 'The Studio' , a superior king, and I felt as if I were an Edwardian lady, with the plush blue velvet curtains, antique side chairs and beautiful bed linen. I slept very well, not least because the temperature was easily adjustable to my preference. Breakfast was just lovely with fantastic service at table, instead of the buffet approach, of which I am not a fan. I had scrambled eggs on toast, and it was beautifully cooked and served. I was also so happy with the coffee, properly strong as I requested, none of those awful nespresso machines. I had dinner with a friend in the hotel restaurant, which was excellent, and drinks in the lovely relaxed bar. On departure, with a civilised check out time of midday, I was able to leave my suitcase securely until departure later that afternoon. All in all, not forgetting the help I received with booking when I rang the hotel, my experience was outstanding and this is where I will stay on all my future trips to London.

We stayed at Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel in London and we were very pleased with the service of the hotel staff. Also we appreciated the service at the restaurant and the perfect menu-proposal by Mr. Brandt.
