Where traditional virtues and ultimate contemporary conveniences meet, The Chesterfield Mayfair - A Red Carnation Hotel offers an ideal location in the heart of London. At this exclusive enclave just a short stroll from Bond Street, you'll feel right at home with its club-like ambience, classic Regency styling and traditionally elegant accommodations. Here, at the former home of the Earl of Chesterfield, "…the service is warm and the hotel suitably upscale," raves Fodor's in September 2005.

The Chesterfield Mayfair is a fantastic hotel where my daughter and I stayed while visiting London, Aug 26th to Aug 30th, 2025. An elegant, beautifully appointed, comfortable location with a wonderful staff, especially Jozsef and Mustafa! Their welcoming greetings and assistance in answering any questions we had helped make our visit to London a smooth, enjoyable experience! The location was perfect for the area(s) we wanted to visit, which we found easy to access using the tube or walking. The restaurant, lounge, and tea room were all excellent, serving delicious food in lovely settings. Our visit to London was a success and the Chesterfield Mayfair was the perfect place to stay while we were there!

My wife and I just spent two glorious weeks at The Chesterfield Mayfair. The Chesterfield is a wonderful property on a quiet street in the Mayfair area of London. The rooms are sufficiently spacious and well appointed. You are within walking distance of the Green Park Underground station, marvelous shopping on Oxford and Regent streets, and West End theatres. Equally, if not more important, the entire staff is simply awesome in so many respects: professional, helpful and very, very friendly. Given the location and "5 star rooms and staff" this hotel delivers great value for your money. Dennis D. Gray

This is a jewel!!! The service is top notch and cannot be compared to other hotels. Absolutely a step above all others. So professional and classic. All of the staff are dressed in classic attire and welcome you so warmly. The restaurant and high tea staff are second to none. Yes, the rooms are small but this pales given the rest of the hotel. It is spotless and well cared for. The neighborhood is wonderful and it is conveniently located to get anywhere in the city. The bar and live music every night is lovely. If we come back to London, this is DEFINITELY where we will stay.

My teenage daughter and I had afternoon tea here. It was a great experience! Our server, Jade, was very lovely. The tea was delicious, even if you don't like tea and finger sandwiches. A must do in London.

We stayed at Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel in London and we were very pleased with the service of the hotel staff. Also we appreciated the service at the restaurant and the perfect menu-proposal by Mr. Brandt.

We just returned from London and a three-night stay at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The hotel is lovely and perfectly located for touring the city. In our room we enjoyed quality amenities—linens, décor and lighting are all exceptional. The staff are friendly, gracious, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. Our expectations were exceeded.
