Incredible stay! I want to shout out both Vytas and Sameer—They went above and beyond to get rice to fix my wife’s phone! I had to tip them in private because they both wouldn’t accept a tip for going above and beyond. They both exemplify hospitality and I will come back to this hotel to stay because of them both!

The best hotel in London for service and keeeping tradition. Dont like recommending places, but it is the best and deserves recognition. From the minute you enter you feel welcome and no request is too much. My loyalty to The Chesterfield is unquestionable. They are also dog friendly and when I lived in the UK, my loyal companion would stay as well, they also bought him a special dog bed. Go to The Chesterfield Mayfair and you will not regret. Ward

Attentive staff
We had a fantastic weekend stay, made all the better by the friendly and attentive staff in the lobby, bars and dining area. In fact, all over. The rooms were bright and comfortable and the breakfasts were superb. Loved the setting. A great hotel in a very nice part of London.

Outstanding hotel..
This was our second time staying at The Chesterfield Hotel and we have booked again to stay next year. It is such a beautiful hotel and the staff are very welcoming, professional and attentive. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting London. From the moment we arrived at the Hotel until we departed we couldnt fault anything. The cocktails in the bar were outstanding and the food in the Restaurant absolutley beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting London. 10/10

We just returned from London and a three-night stay at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The hotel is lovely and perfectly located for touring the city. In our room we enjoyed quality amenities—linens, décor and lighting are all exceptional. The staff are friendly, gracious, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. Our expectations were exceeded.
