Great staff, clean comfortable rooms great location
Chesterfield Mayfair hotel is wonderful. Every staff member is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel and our rooms were clean, and extremely comfortable. Clearly up to date and well run. The mattress and bedding were great. Loved our location. We looked at many hotels before selecting this one and for the money this was perfect .looking forward to returning to London and staying at the chesterfield Mayfair.

Amazing experience
Our time at Chesterfield Mayfair was wonderful. From the moment we arrived the staff was warm and welcoming! Our room was very comfortable the dining at Butlers was always great, we enjoyed the tea room and Sem’s as well. We always had exceptional service no matter what time of day or what restaurant we were dining in. Thank you to everyone who made our time in London and celebrating our anniversary memorable! We will always recommend your hotel and hope to come back to visit many times.

Stayed for our wedding
We stayed here for our wedding next door at Dartmouth House. The staff were all incredibly warm and accommodating, even leaving some flowers and a small congratulations gift for us on our wedding night. They all knew we were getting married next door and it was so lovely to be congratulated the next day. A true example of how you should feel when you stay at a hotel - the service is amazing. Thank you to the team for accommodating our guests at the bar, in our room to get ready and giving us an excellent breakfast to recover!!

Great staff and experience
Absolutely loved the staff and atmosphere of the Chesterfield Mayfair. The food was great. The staff made you feel at home. I would stay there any time I was in London.

One of the best in London
Excellent afternoon tea with or without children. Great setting with the conservatory and sem illustrations and sweet shop. The topping was a candy selection to take with. Delicious cakes, scones and sandwiches.

We just returned from London and a three-night stay at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The hotel is lovely and perfectly located for touring the city. In our room we enjoyed quality amenities—linens, décor and lighting are all exceptional. The staff are friendly, gracious, and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. Our expectations were exceeded.
