Reviews for Corinthia London

The Hotel Dreams Are Made Of

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 5 days ago

My sister and I stayed at the Corinthia and honestly didn’t want to leave. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! It’s so luxurious and really welcoming. Every single staff member made us feel like royalty. They couldn’t do enough for us! The bed was out of this world (like sleeping on a cloud), and the twice-a-day housekeeping made us feel completely spoiled. We felt so looked after the whole time. Hands down the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Already booked a return stay!

This is what a hotel should strive to achieve

Staying overnight to see Oasis, we decided to treat ourselves and stay at the Corinthia (again). Every occasion we have indulged ourselves, the Corinthia have not failed in any department. As you arrive, you are warmly welcomed, doors opened, check in a breeze, staff polite and courteous. The word ‘no’ does not exist in their vocabulary. At every level the members of staff couldn’t have been more helpful friendly and polite. The rooms are lovely. So well appointed, lots of space and beautifully designed. We stayed for breakfast on this occasion which is currently in Kerridges yet the level of quality and service has not changed in any way. If anything, it’s even better! The spa. What could I say about the spa. Amazing, pure quality and indulgence included in our package. Lots of facilities and treatments. All in all we cannot wait to return and fingers crossed stay for longer, and experience afternoon tea once again in the Crystal moon lounge or evening dinner in one of the restaurants. Finally I would like to pick out Roberto on the front desk. He welcomed us and checked us in with another lady, sorry did not get her name, and then was so kind to message me in the evening to hope we were having a great time at Oasis, and also to make a time to ask again in the morning. I was lucky enough to speak to Charlotte Weatherall the new GM before we left. I wasn’t stalking her, but have a keen interest in who had taken over since Thomas Kochs had left, and to also say how The Corinthia under her management was still as good if not better since her arrival. Thank you Charlotte for giving up your time to speak to me. Enjoy

Excellent! Worth the high price tag. A cut above on service and interior design. Pure luxury.

A real treat for a special London visit

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Quality and service exude in every area of this superb hotel. Excellent amenities in room and outstanding spa facilities which I greatly enjoyed. Amazing ensuite bathroom with tv, best (and highest) deluge shower ever (in London??) also with hand-held attachment! Down point was that the sliding bathroom doors wouldn’t stay open or shut unless a shoe was wedged against them! Velvet bar was lovely with great cocktails, service and super friendly welcome. Kerridge’s Bar and Grill is busy and noisy. Delicious food however and vibrant service. Superb but costly room service breakfast. On check out, lobby was extremely busy. Seemingly with early arrivals at 12:15?! Pianist in the foyer area was fantastic and I stayed for an extra hour just to relax and listen to him. He was also super friendly.
