Superb, clean & friendly.
Nothing is too much for the wonderful staff who ensure your stay is most enjoyable. In particular Nelisha, who on discovering it was my wife’s birthday, not only decorated the room, but ensured that cakes and champagne were sent to the room shortly after we arrived. We will certainly return again soon.

Best birthday meal

Absolute star of a Hotel
My wife booked here to celebrate our birthdays. We were a little apprehensive about the stay after reading a few reviews regarding the renovation works that were going on but the staff assured us all would be well. We arrived to a complimentary room upgrade and we were treated like VIP’s throughout. Yes there is some building work noise in Reception but once inside the Hotel restaurant etc you never heard anything. We were on the seventh floor and it was peaceful. The housekeeping really pulled out all the stops and my wife and I are truly grateful. We had lunch and breakfast here too, both superb. The fitness centre and Pool were also top class. We will certainly be recommending the Hotel to everyone that we meet and would 100% return. Five star review for a five star hotel.

Honeymoon couple review
Great hotel and staff. Abdulhamid was very welcoming and knew how to deal with customers and special thanks to Nelisa and Abdulhamid for giving us honeymoon touches which elevated our experience a ton. I’ll be back in my next visit !
