The Dilly was everything we hoped for and more. The location was perfect, the staff were impeccable, our room was beautiful, with a fantastic bathroom. Welcome from the moment we walked in the door. All amenities were generous and high quality.

The location is perfect. The atmosphere is great. Rooms are big and nice. But above all, what makes the stay truly exceptional is Mr. Slim Atias. His care, kindness, and genuine concern make the vacation outstanding

We went for afternoon tea - which is served on a London bus stand so it looks very impressive and great fun. The cakes are also London themed. Sandwiches were okay (egg mayo / smoked salmon / pastrami / beetroot & feta). Scones were nice (one plain / one fruit) and served warm. The best part of the experience was our lovely server. She was an absolute delight. Overall - it was okay, overpriced for what you receive (no refills on sandwiches as you get at other hotels) and I've defo had better in and out of London however the fun bus stand was definitely the major pull and it was okay. Would I go again? Yes, for lunch but not for afternoon tea. Too many other places to try.
