Great location,friendly staff,pool, and gym . What about the rooms , you are so far off the mark for a 5 star. Premiere inn rooms are better. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, thread bear carpets, dirty air conditioning unit, holes in the bed sheets, windows that haven’t seen a paint brush since they were made . Very very poor for over £300 a night I would expect way more than this . Would not recommend at all go to a premium inn instead..

I enjoyed my single night stay at The Dilly. As a female sole traveller the staff made me feel very welcome and were professional. Hossein on front desk was especially understanding with an issue I had with the room and handled it correctly and to my satisfaction. I would love to stay again .

Incredible stay. Wish the stay was longer as we checked in late but still had a great time in the room. Wonderful lunch in the glass restaurant, with fantastic service from Iryna. Thank you Dilly.
