Location near the centre of Piccadilly Circus The hotel is perfectly located for shopping on Regent ST and Oxford ST and surrounding area. The Dilly has an impressive lobby and restaurant. But some poits at the bedroom furniture needs changing and the bathroom needs fully renovating. When we walk under the carpet, we hear the noise of the wood every time, and even in the upper room we hear the noise from the upper room, the silent room, the noise next door open and close every time.. This is not in a 5 star hotel. But I'm stay here for 4 nights my room 5fl with the window of Regent St. The Concierge is my guid line for tours day by day.

Liked · We were in room 505 and had asked for an upgrade before we arrived. Told that we could have an upgrade the following day. The room was just the right size so we decided to stay there. The twin beds were great and very comfortable. Decent outlook over the glass roofed breakfast room and onto the main road. No noise. The staff were, again, excellent and because we had to leave very early in the morning they made up a takeaway breakfast in very sophisticated carrybags. I wanted to use the smashing looking pool but was too knackered. The breakfast area was very busy but the variety was tops and they made omelettes to order. The position of the hotel is great but we really don't think it should be a 5 star but certainly a 4 star. Slightly bad things The carpet in room 505 had a wee stain right in front of the ensuite and also a gouge out of it which looked as if a dog was a bit hungry. The tellie kept turning itself on during the night. We didn't mention it to the staff but probably should have as the next people will have the same problem.

We had the best experience at Madhu's! I was there for 4 nights with several friends, we had drinks every night and dinner. Our server Alex was exceptional! He was extremely attentive to us, and always friendly with a smile! Best service and food!

I stayed in this hotel in May 2025 and I was very impressed. Back again in September 2025 for three nights and still as impressed. The hotel staff are the most helpful people imaginable and so pleasant and friendly. The room is great, I have a mobility issue and the shower is perfect, one of the best ever. The breakfast is also lovely and once again helpful staff. I cannot recommend enough. Well done The Dilly - you have earned every one of your five stars.
