One of our favourite London hotels - newly refurbished rooms are lovely, very modern but don’t lose the history of the hotel Guest services (especially Heather) are great and always happy to help Would definitely recommend and will be back soon

A lovely stay in a calm, relaxed hotel where we were made to feel very welcome. The bed was beautifully decorated on our arrival and we were given a lovely dessert plate to enjoy. The bed was comfy and facilities in the room very good. At breakfast, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Jasvita, in particular, was very accommodating to my partner who is coeliac and helped her to feel confident that necessary precautions were being taken to avoid food being contaminated with gluten. Excellent service, thank you. All of the staff in this hotel have been a delight.

Amazing hotel in the heart of London. Walking distance from Covent Garden, China Town, Soho, Regent Street, Oxford Street, St James’ Park, Buckingham Palace and Leicester Square. You wouldn’t need to get the tube to visit these areas. The staff are really friendly and well looked after which you can always tell when checking in and using the facilities. They all go the extra mile, including adding extras at no stress to the person staying. We absolutely loved our night. We had an exclusive king room which was plenty for myself and my son. They’d especially decorated the room and we had water and all the things you’d expect in a hotel room. The swimming pool is a wonderful addition and my son loved having a swim on a hot day. No need to book. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. With anything you like buffet breakfast in the beautiful Terrace. We had a great time there.
