The Dilly

I went to the bar solo and had a very fun time with Tomas, the bar man. Very professional yet friendly. I was greeted well. I ordered one of their house cocktails with Rum which I loved. Thank you so much for the service and making my evening a memorable one.

Our stay at the Dilly Hotel exceeded all expectations. Having experienced many five-star hotels worldwide, I can confidently say this one is my favorite. The staff was attentive and welcoming, but I must highlight Paul, the doorman. He consistently checked in to see if we needed assistance and was both friendly and knowledgeable—he truly deserves special recognition. The room was immaculate, and breakfast was organized flawlessly. I will certainly recommend this hotel to everyone I encounter. Thank you for all the support during our stay; it made our experience even more enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future and sharing more wonderful memories at the Dilly Hotel.

This hotel feels like home. Super comfy, great staff, delicious food and one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had in hotels in Europe. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is a walk away every central sites in London and also located near a metro station.

The good: perfect location, clean and cozy room, comfortable bed, linens made daily, great view and interior design, friendly staff. The bad: the bar has a rodent problem; on 2 different days we saw a mouse running across the area. We alerted the staff- the first time we were comped for the drinks, but the next time - they just shrugged off as if "this is what it is". The bar is adjacent to the restaurant, so I would be wary of mice and food. The indoor pool was great and warm, albeit a bit outdated. A strange young man exposed himself - we alerted the security and left the area. A few minutes later a woman run out of the women's dressing room yelling that there was a dude there. Maybe this all was the first and only time such things happened at the hotel, but it left us a bit disappointed. .
