Beautiful stay at The Emory. Loved the delicious pastries from Cedric Grolet in the rooms, the fitness classes at Surrene, and many meals at abc kitchens. The rooms were exceptionally well appointed and the team was super responsive and helpful over text. The pool and sauna / steam made it even better.

This is absolutely the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The entrance was decorated for Christmas and looked beautiful. Every single member of staff was so friendly and helpful. Carlos the butler was amazing. The room was lovely with a view over Hyde Park and the complementary mini bar was brilliant. We had dinner and cocktails in the roof top bar followed by a cigar in the cigar room both of which we enjoyed immensely. Breakfast was delicious. I so wished we had stayed for longer than one night however we are already planning our next trip

Honestly, one of the most stunning hotels we’ve ever stayed in — luxury done right. 💫

I had a very pleasant stay at The Emory. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around the city, and the service throughout was consistently warm and attentive. The team made me feel welcome and well looked after, which added to the overall comfort of my visit.

I stayed at The Emory recently with a friend and we absolutely loved it, but the real highlight for us was the spa, Surrenne. The staff were just incredible, so kind, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The whole place was spotless and so beautifully kept, it instantly made us feel relaxed. One small thing that really stood out was when I mentioned to the café team that I wasn’t feeling 100%, they surprised me with a fresh ginger, carrot and apple juice to help, such a simple gesture but it really made my day. It’s rare to come across a team that make you feel so well looked after. We left feeling completely cared for and can’t wait to go back.
