Wonderful break away
Wonderful break away! I treated myself to a 2 night stay at this stunning hotel, first time here and definitely did not disappoint. Spa was amazing and relaxing.. the staff were very attentive and helpful

Excellent Stay
We are currently staying at the hotel and our stay has been excellent.From checking in to the restaurant and bar staff to the housekeeping and doormen nothing is too much trouble and everyone has been helpful and pleasant.Obviously being a five star hotel it is not cheap but you are staying in an iconic building next to the history of London.This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I will definitely be returning again.

We Came for some drinks at the Rotunda and it was a great experience. The bartender Trey looked after us and made sure our experience was without any complaint! 5 stars

Even better than last time
Again a short 1-night stay but also again very welcoming and comfortable. Great location with lovely views, wonderful staff and rooms. Breakfast great as well, where as some find a à la carte breakfast a must for hotels like this I disagree. The buffet in combination with à la carte options is always the best for any luxury hotel. Unfortunately there was no restaurant option for the Sunday night but a new restaurant is coming as I heard. All in all a safe 5 star choice, espacially if the location in the City is where you want to be. Untill next time !
