Our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every detail reflected the signature excellence that defines the Four Seasons — flawless service, warmth, and genuine care in every interaction. The concierge team was outstanding — attentive, intuitive, and always one step ahead. The spa was absolutely breathtaking, without question the most beautiful we have ever seen. The private members’ club on-site, rich with history and understated elegance, added such a sense of depth and exclusivity to the experience. The location could not be more perfect — steps from Borough Market, Tower Bridge, and the Thames. It offered that rare mix of convenience, safety, and local character, surrounded by world-class dining and design. What made this visit truly special, however, was the warmth of the staff. This was a family trip, and they made us feel like family from beginning to end — thoughtful, kind, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. As frequent travelers in the world of luxury design and hospitality, we can say without hesitation that the Four Seasons London at Tower Bridge stands among the very best. We are endlessly grateful for such a remarkable experience — and we simply wouldn’t stay anywhere else in London.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. It was a birthday celebration for my spouse, and the staff were absolutely amazing — they thought of every detail to make our stay memorable. We received an early check-in and a room upgrade, and they surprised us with champagne and a birthday cake. Every single moment here was truly enjoyable. The wellness area is beautiful, the building is historic, and the location is perfect. I can’t wait to come back!

Located in one of London's best locations with on easy reach of central London this hotel was second to none. From the great welcome once we arrived, to great room service and excellent recommendations from the concierge service.

We travel to London quite often to see family, do some work and enjoy the city. We’ve stayed in a number of the 5 star hotels and the Four Seasons is right at the top of our list. We were upgraded to one of the residences so we had extra room with a sitting room, kitchen and a small balcony. The hotel is very modern and quite well appointed. The bathroom was very spacious and had lovely character. The room was wonderful and enabled work and relaxation. The gym was well configured and I used it daily. We always walk a lot in London and enjoy going by the Thames and also seeing the Tower. It was well located for our activities. We also had a wonderful dinner at the Asian restaurant. All in all it was a fabulous stay and we’ll be back.

Stayed recently and overall the experience was average. The room was fine and location great next to the Tube, but that’s where the positives ended. The restaurant was very weak – I ate there several times (including breakfast) and the staff felt completely untrained. Service was poor almost every time. What really soured my stay was being refused a simple late checkout (just 60–90 minutes) unless I paid half a night’s rate, even though the hotel was more than half empty. For a Four Seasons, that’s unacceptable. As a Marriott Ambassador and frequent guest at St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental, this property felt far below that standard. Sadly, I won’t be returning — loyalty is earned, and this hotel didn’t make the effort.
