Poor stay food is really bad we had dinner in the Auditorium restaurant it was cold and had to be sent back twice. Similarly breakfast is also served in the Auditorium and again was cold and tasteless. While we were eating they were also hovering around us! This in a supposedly five star hotel costing £1250 a night.

An impromptu break and another wonderful stay at one of my favourite hotels. Where everything just works and is as described. We had two connecting executive rooms here, and these remain my favourite rooms although we have stayed in the fantastic Heritage suites as well. Lovely bathrooms and great rooms. Breakfast in the Rotunda has improved and food quality is excellent, although service tends to be slow, 40 minutes is too long for a coffee. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the tube and Thames Clipper.

Five star accommodation! Room is pristine, bathroom is superb...Breakfast is excellent. The Tower of London/Tower Bridge is just across the street. The Tower tube is also a few steps away so very convenient if you want to take the train. From Heathrow, I took the Elizabeth line and got off at Liverpool Street station and then was about a 10 minute walk, easy.

Excellent hotel with attentive staff and easy Tube access. My wife and I stayed one night at this property upon arrival in London for an extended trip in Switzerland. We scheduled an airport transfer from Heathrow to the hotel - While convenient, ride took over 1.5 hours for a 25 mile trip and would consider the Heathrow Express next time. We were upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment which was incredible. Only real downside at the hotel was that the service at the lobby bar and restaurant (especially at breakfast the next morning) was very, very slow and chaotic.

I stayed at the Four Seasons for a week-end in May 2025. I did not want to go back home. My stay was simply perfect. I was upgraded to a very nice Heritage Suite (heritage suite 1) which was absolutely stunning. The suite was big, clean and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was the highlight as it was simply stunning. The staff is beyond incredible. A level of professionalism that only Four Seasons knows how to deliver. From reception, to turn-down service: the staff was simply amazing. Always kind, discreet and efficient. The breakfast was extraordinary. I had the buffet and also went for a portion of their famous French Toast (which was OUT of this world - can you please thank the kitchen on my behalf? They deserve an award for the French Toast). Oh my God, it was lovely. I had a facil at the spa which was heaven. The therapist was so kind and so knowledgeable. All in all, this is a fautless stay and I cannot wait to come back.
