Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square

Luxury by the Tower!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We travel to London quite often to see family, do some work and enjoy the city. We’ve stayed in a number of the 5 star hotels and the Four Seasons is right at the top of our list. We were upgraded to one of the residences so we had extra room with a sitting room, kitchen and a small balcony. The hotel is very modern and quite well appointed. The bathroom was very spacious and had lovely character. The room was wonderful and enabled work and relaxation. The gym was well configured and I used it daily. We always walk a lot in London and enjoy going by the Thames and also seeing the Tower. It was well located for our activities. We also had a wonderful dinner at the Asian restaurant. All in all it was a fabulous stay and we’ll be back.

Disappointing – Average at Best

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Stayed recently and overall the experience was average. The room was fine and location great next to the Tube, but that’s where the positives ended. The restaurant was very weak – I ate there several times (including breakfast) and the staff felt completely untrained. Service was poor almost every time. What really soured my stay was being refused a simple late checkout (just 60–90 minutes) unless I paid half a night’s rate, even though the hotel was more than half empty. For a Four Seasons, that’s unacceptable. As a Marriott Ambassador and frequent guest at St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental, this property felt far below that standard. Sadly, I won’t be returning — loyalty is earned, and this hotel didn’t make the effort.

Lovely hotel at Trinity Square

Lovely hotel at Trinity Square. Although it's a grand building, the lobby/reception area feels like a motel, only one tiny desk. Staff were mostly all wonderful, receptionist lady was not very welcoming. Afternoon tea was delicious. Room was spacious and elegant. Spa was great too. All in all, great stay and great hotel.

A perfect staycation at Tower Bridge

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

I stayed one night at the Four Seasons Tower Bridge and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The afternoon tea by Lily Vanilli at the Rotunda Bar & Lounge was a real highlight - beautifully presented, full of flavour and a refreshing modern twist on the traditional set-up. Service throughout was faultless, with Julian and Michal being especially attentive, and Victoria going out of her way to make me feel welcome, sharing stories of her recent culinary trip to China with the head chef of Mei Ume. My executive room was spacious by London standards, very modern and comfortable. The spa and gym were also excellent - large, well equipped and pleasantly uncrowded, making it easy to relax. Overall, the hotel blends contemporary style with genuine warmth. I would be delighted to return in the future with my family.

Not worth the money

Poor stay food is really bad we had dinner in the Auditorium restaurant it was cold and had to be sent back twice. Similarly breakfast is also served in the Auditorium and again was cold and tasteless. While we were eating they were also hovering around us! This in a supposedly five star hotel costing £1250 a night.
