NYE Weekend in London

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

The Four Seasons never disappoints, and the Tower Bridge property is no exception. From the moment we arrived, the experience was warm and welcoming. The valets welcomed us and escorted us to the reception area. Since we had arrived early from Chicago and our room wasn’t ready, the staff offered us the opportunity to upgrade to the Grand Heritage Suite for an additional $600 per night. They even took us on a tour of the two different suites that were available before accepting. While the suite was being prepared, they treated us to a complimentary bottle of champagne. The Grand Heritage Suite was one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The craftsmanship was surreal, with intricate plasterwork, hand carved wood details, and high ceilings that gave the suite a truly historic and luxurious feel. If you’re looking to splurge it’s absolutely worth it. The only risk is that you might not want to leave the room. Before arriving, we were slightly concerned that the Tower Bridge location might feel too far from West London. In reality, it was incredibly convenient. With the Tube station just steps from the hotel, getting anywhere in London was quick and easy. We also came to appreciate that the area is quieter and more relaxing than some of the city’s busier neighborhoods, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing while still being close to everything. Also, I recommend getting a service at the spa and enjoy the sauna and steam room. Overall, this is an outstanding hotel with impeccable service, amazing accommodations, and a memorable guest experience. I hope I have the privilege to stay here again.

Top quality, stylish and sophisticated - convenient to the tube, Thames and sightseeing. Fave London hotel yet!

I stayed at the Four Seasons at Tower Bridge for a three day long weekend in an Executive Room, and was incredibly impressed with this property, from check in until check out. Everything was up to and beyond the Four Seasons standards. In fact, I was surprised to find that I much preferred this Four Seasons property to their Park Lane location in Mayfair - it's actually more convenient to the tube, and I found the staff to be even more welcoming! Everything about this hotel felt new and fresh - the lobby, the room, the restaurants. I stayed in an Executive room, and it felt HUGE by London standards. The bathroom was excellent, and the walk in closet was convenient. The signature bed and bedding, as in all Four Seasons, were a dream! The room also felt very relaxing with the sitting area, lots of space to spread out. The view was interior towards the central courtyard, which isn't anything to write home about - but it at least it helped keep the room very quiet with no street noise. The team at this location were just great and made us really feel at home and welcome; and I noticed that they seemed warmer and friendlier than the team at the Four Seasons Park Lane. The front door people made sure to ask us if we needed umbrellas; when we were checked in, the front desk crew offered us water and were incredibly kind; our servers at both the lobby bar and Coopers Cut restaurant for breakfast were personable and convivial; and when we were checking out early, the staff at the restaurant even helped me with a box of pastries to go before they were officially open. A1 team! The most surprising thing about my stay was that the location was above and beyond my expectations in terms of its convenience! I was a bit nervous to stay so far on the east side of London - but the hotel is really convenient to sights near Tower Bridge and scenic walks on the Thames - and it's only a block away from the tube station for the Circle and District lines, which get you to almost all of the sightseeing areas in London easily and quickly. We also used the tube to get back to Heathrow and it was faster than taking a cab on the wait in. Hugely recommend this property, and I hope to stay again the next time I'm in London!!!

Great visit at the Rotunda Bar; Trey is exceptional!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

The experience at Four Seasons has been great each time I’ve visited. Trey, who works at the Rotunda Bar, is an absolute delight! He is very professional, friendly, and is such a joy to be around. He is very welcoming and he makes you feel so at ease, which is a quality trait. He is certainly an expert at making drinks; he never fails to recommend or make me a cocktail that tastes just right based on what I’m feeling for. He is such a valuable asset to the Four Seasons because each time I’ve visited, he has made my experiences the best of what they are, and for that, I want to say thank you!

Pure luxury with amazing service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

We had an amazing although short stay at The Four Seasons Tower Bridge. A luxurious hotel with an absolutely amazing spa. There are many luxury hotels in London, but this is certainly at the top of the class. We were particularly impressed with the personalized service after a late arrival and the front desk was able to ask the kitchen to stay open just a little bit longer to prepare a meal in the restaurant for us. Certainly made for a much nicer experience than simply ordering room service. ( sadly forgotten her name, but I know it began with S.. at the front desk -thank you again!) Definitely will be back. Highly suggested for a luxurious stay in the centre of London.
