Four Seasons London at Park Lane

Welcoming and friendly staff. We enjoyed our five nights stay at this hotel. The front desk manager was very attentive, professional, and kind. I recommend this hotel for a fine and enjoyable stay in London. We also enjoyed the fabulous hotel car ride to the neighboring shopping area.

I am at Four Seasons Park Lane now. I came solo to celebrate my upcoming 70th birthday. I am having a wonderful time here in London! This hotel has to be the best hotel in the world! The location is in the midst of everything London has to offer. The staff here are the most thoughtful, kindest I have ever met. They go above and beyond to see to it you are comfortable and cared about. They remember your name and nothing is too much to ask for. You can tell they enjoy working here. The whole hotel is totally spotless. Housekeeping will keep your room organized. They do this twice a day! The bed and linens will have you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. The food here at both restaurants is so elevated and creative. I enjoyed being able to watch the chefs in action. The concierge team spent so much time helping me plan activities to Windsor Castle including securing tickets and transportation. I’m excited to see Westminster Abbey tomorrow. The doormen are friendly and welcoming. They even have a house car for short trips within 1-2 miles of the hotel. It means alot when you are my age that you are in a safe environment with people that truly care. A special thank you to Nathan Jeffreys, hotel manager for making this a most memorable vacation!

In London for the London Marathon in 2 days. I have traveled all over the world this past year running the 6 now 7 Abbott marathon majors. The Four Seasons Park Lane is the very best hotel in the world! As a physician, I am incredibly picky about cleanliness. This hotel has superceded all of my expectations! The hotel staff at the front desk, in the restaurant and housekeeping truly go above and beyond to make certain that you are 100 percent comfortable and have everything that you need for your stay. Front lobby has these amazingly big and fresh floral displays that just really put me in a great mood every single moment of every day. Staff greats you so warmly whenever you enter the hotel. The doormen are delightful, too! The hotel smells clean and is absolutely clean everywhere. I accidentally dropped the top of my moisturizer on the floor to the side of my bathroom sink. When I went to pick it up there was not a single spec of dust on it!😊 Gosh I love this place! I requested a feather free room due to asthma. Housekeeping had my bed changed in under 30 minutes after my request. Best, most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in my 56 years! I left my room for dinner and when I came back my toiletries had been neatly organized in my bathroom and a lovely linen mat with slippers had been placed next to my bed….pillows fluffed! If you want to do something very special for yourself and/or the one you love, stay at the Four Seasons Park Lane in London. The hotel itself along with the staff is absolutely excellent and the location is perfect to local restaurants and shops. I’m writing this and I haven’t even been in this hotel for 24 hrs yet! It’s THAT good.😉 Can’t wait to visit the Spa and workout room tomorrow!

From the moment we checked in until the day of our departure, we were truly impressed by the impeccable service provided by your dedicated staff members. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed and made our stay truly memorable.

Went with friends to celebrate a retirement and what a treat this was. It was a White Lotus themed afternoon tea with a Thai influence. It was different than the usual afternoon teas you get elsewhere - we loved it all but the savoury selection was unique with incredible flavours. The sweet offerings again were well thought out and were not sickly sweet but taste sensations each one. The service was attentive but discrete and all the staff were lovely. An extra Congratulations cake was presented too. Highly recommended for a special treat in London. Thanks to all.
