Four Seasons London at Park Lane

As a regular traveler, been to many four seasons hotels around the world (Taormina, Budapest, Marrakesh, the 2 of dubai, Moscow, Lisbon…) and naturally decided to pick this one for my stay in London Never been so disappointed by this brand Booked a park view premier room, paid full amount in advance, expecting a park view (as per their website photos) Discovered at check in that the view was not guaranteed (check photos) and that the premier room has the same size as the deluxe. Only the view is different, but look at this view… waking up to a full building covering any park view So how does four seasons allow this misleading behavior? You’re selling a park view? The photo on your website shows a park view? You’re selling the room at a premium? Then waiting for guests to complain or not before offering them something else? Which happened… As every traveler, I hate facing these kind of situations, where you need to complain to get what’s due to you. Four seasons is a brand meant to anticipate your expectations and your wellbeing, that’s why we pay a serious premium to stay there Instead, four seasons park lane London sold us a non compliant room with no view, recognized it was misleading and then tried to fix the situation. But too late, the harm is made, the experience is disrupted l and the confidence in the brand is destroyed If you plan to stay there, beware what you are booking, or go elsewhere

I simply love Four Seasons hotels. You never go wrong with them! Staff is extremely polite, accommodating and prepared in all departments: from Reservations, to Housekeeping, to room service, Reception and Breakfast hosts. Everybody seems genuinely interested in making sure your stay is pleasant, so well done! The view from the last floor, where the Spa is located, surely represent the “wow factor” of this hotel, as you can work out while enjoying the most perfect London Skyline, with all its famous landmark.(picture attached). This was my first time in Park Lane, but surely not the last.

Loved almost everything about this place. The hospitality was perfect and the service is what makes FS always stand out. I would only change a couple of things about it - one would be the breakfast. I feel like there needs to be more variety for guests who stay longer than 3 days and the coffee wasn’t too good (the Nespresso in the room was sadly better!) and second, the house car was always unavailable whenever we asked for it. But no worries, would love to stay here again and again!

The Four Seasons Park Lane has become our absolute favorite home base whenever we travel to Europe. It’s always our first and last stop on the journey, and every time we stay, it only gets better. The rooms are stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. With their recent remodel, the entire property feels refreshed and modern while still maintaining that classic Four Seasons elegance. The new restaurant is absolutely phenomenal. Every dish we tried was a standout, and we’re still dreaming about the meals we had there. Huge compliments to the new Chef Benjamin—what a talent! The service, as always, was top-tier. A special shout-out to Peter, Ricardo, Antonio, Connor and Catalina (among many others!) who made our dining and bar experience unforgettable. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made every moment special. The bar area is a perfect place to wind down, with an excellent selection of wines, spirits, and cigars—enjoyed best on the cozy patio. This hotel is a true treat and continues to set the gold standard for luxury hospitality. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had an exceptional stay at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. From start to finish, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The gentleman who checked us in was absolutely wonderful—so welcoming and helpful (I wish I could remember his name!). The hotel had our room ready upon arrival, which was a lifesaver after a long overnight flight with jet lag setting in fast. Dale, the concierge, was also incredibly kind and attentive, and the entire staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. Traveling with kids, we especially appreciated how family-friendly the hotel was. They arranged an amazing babysitter, Amy, who our children adored. Our room was spectacular, with a large private garden terrace where we could enjoy room service in the fresh air and take in the beautiful London sunshine. The hotel seamlessly handled all of our dinner, afternoon tea, sightseeing reservations, and transportation needs. The food was outstanding—the full English breakfast was a highlight, and the eggs were next level. They also kindly accommodated a late checkout, which made our departure day so much smoother. We’ve stayed at Four Seasons properties around the world, but this was by far the very best. If you’re planning a visit to London—especially with children—this hotel is truly unbeatable.
