FRIENDLY AND FLAWLESS!
This is a small hotel which means that service is personal and dedicated to the needs of each guest. Our room had a view of Brompton Oratory in this lovely part of London. Despite the central location it was utterly silent.Staff had no problem in finding the right pillow and generally pandering to every need. The concierge was willing and charming.A glorious find.Recommended unequivocally.

Chic and friendly hotel
Stayed 2 nights, the deluxe room with king bed was very comfortable and beautifully decorated! Well located close to sth Kensington, King's Road and Knightsbridge. Tasty breakfast and dinner in the Russo restaurant. Staff all friendly. Special thanks to Sophia on Reception for sorting out a problem we experienced with disturbed sleep due to night time noise coming from Brompton Road.

A totally satisfying experience- to be repeated.
This is our first stay at The Franklin, and it has been impressive. We are experienced travellers and appreciate not being taken for granted. We have used it as a base for two family gatherings for prolonged lunches, and both were spectacularly well accommodated. We gathered in our spacious luxurious room, moved on to relaxing and delicious lunch with multiple amuse bouches and other tasty and visually creative extras throughout. The seating was carefully prepared. By the second one, the staff became participants. Gift, one of our servers, remembered details from the previous event, and made everyone feel welcome. All service was attentive, friendly and very professional. This is a fine hotel, stylish comfortable and unpretentious. We have had pretension, and prefer this. The location is convenient, and in spite of being in a busy part of the city it is very quiet.

Pre Christmas dinner with friends
We had an amazing dinner at the Franklin last night. Bravo to the entire team from the amazing drinks in the bar to roberto the head chef and his stunning food.

We been in London the end of October, it was my third time in this hotel . The room was wonderful and the location is optimal. We enjoyed the stay as always. Thank you!!
