Good Hotel London

Check in was quick and smooth. The staff were all very friendly during my stay. Only issue I had was housekeeping opening the door to my room at 9am whilst I was laying in bed. I was shocked given that check out is at 11am. I'm just glad I was clothed. The room was very small with no space to do much or store the luggage. The bathroom is uncomfortably small too. Being on my own, it was just about manageable. When entering the room, I noticed something on my bed and it waa a card with two small dolls. For personal reasons, I didnt like that at all. The rooms are all named after a child in Guatemala which is cute given the history, but I didn't like that they had a picture of the child in the room. Upon arrival, I went up to the rooftop bar to have a cocktail which was really good. It's a shame it closes at 9pm. Overall the stay was comfortable, just slightly underwhelming!

What a little gem of a hotel. We booked in for the weekend and what a surprise - not only is it a fantastic location with incredible views but it has a great outside terrace with sweeping views of the waterway and O2. We had a waterside room which was very quiet and private. Special mention goes to the lovely staff in the terrace bar and the super helpful night manage Raluca who really went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable. Will definitely be back for another stay.

Stayed one night as part of a ABBA Voyage break. The cheapest rooms are very small and the bathroom pokey with a glass frosted door which was not soundproof - not ideal when travelling with a friend. Breakfast was very disorganised running out of food, plates and cutlery which caused a long queue. Only 1 very slow small lift. The best part of the hotel was the roof terrace but as it shut at 9pm we didn’t have time to use it which was a real shame. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Great location, and very comfortable stay. Rooms are compact but well designed with a good bed and shower. Everything you need. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast selection.

Excellent location if you attend event in Excel. It is very close and there are a lot of benefits nearby. For example a few kinds of fast food, supermarket, restaurants and of course cable car. Rooms are very small. It is really not comfortable to move inside. I was constantly hitting myself. The view can be amazing and it is very well located. Rooms are clean and nice. However they need some attention already. But if it is a business trip for 2 days, it is a value for money. Breakfast is always the same, tasty but the same. Be ready. And it is cheaper to have breakfast outside. Atmosphere is really quiet. Personnel is amazing and really friendly.
