I loved the Great Scotland Yard Hotel
I loved my stay at the Great Scotland Yard Hotel. They upgraded me to a larger room and it was lovely! I appreciated all the tea, espresso, bottled water and biscuits in my room. The hotel is very beautiful and the rooms are quiet, even though it is in such a busy part of Central London. I met Shirley, who was a concierge, and she was so cool and helpful. We chatted a few different times about things to do in London and she gave great recommendations. The housekeeping staff was also so great at keeping my room nice and stocked with those little extra touches. I would love if they could add a lighted make-up mirror in the bathroom, I didn’t think to ask if they might have had them on request. Lovely hotel and the location is amazing for some of the most famous sites in London.

In the heart of central London, is this treasure of a hotel. The building itself is beautiful and the rooms are wonderfully appointed and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and attentive. I could not have asked for more.

Perfect stay in London!
Incredible stay at Scotland Yard Hyatt. From check-in to checkout, the staff was absolutely lovely. Rooms are clean and QUIET despite the perfect location. It was my daughter's birthday, and they provided us with a beautiful cake. The restaurant staff, especially Leo, were always kind and cheerful and went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed. As we were checking out early, they provided us with box breakfasts for our trip home. The room was spotless. We have found our 'go-to' hotel in London. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Beautiful room with every amenity we could require. Comfortable bed and so quiet it's hard to believe you are in central London.
