Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel

We stayed in a beautiful suite looking onto Hyde Park. Rather spectacular. Rita the house keeping manager took excellent care of us and the attention to detail every day including turn-down was wonderful. Great location with easy access to excellent restaurants and shops. The underground and buses were very close by. We enjoyed the Club lounge but there are some management issues needed to bring the service up to the level we see in similar hotels. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The Jw Marriott Grosvenor House was excellent it had everything you needed they had very helpful staff, their cafe was always ready to open and serve in the morning or early evening. Their tea room was excellent especially for some late night cravings and they treated you so nicely. They were helpful on where to go for trains and bellhop service was very nice. Overall this was the best hotel in London!!

Our stay at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London was truly exceptional. The service was excellent, the restaurants and room service were delicious, and the hotel is beautifully preserved. The location on Park Lane couldn't be better. We will definitely be back!

She runs the lounge flawlessly—her team is highly professional, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is always warm and inviting. Anna truly goes above and beyond. Her kindness and attention to detail make every guest feel special. She surprised us with a lovely wedding anniversary gift and even prepared biscuits and tea for our trip to the airport—such thoughtful touches made all the difference.
