Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel

Excellent location for sight seeing and exploring the city, we walked everywhere! Very upscale, sophisticated hotel! We did a high noon experience here as well- it was excellent! Highly recommend!

Already couple times I was sleeping in this wonderful hotel But this time I was really disappointed! We was waiting 2 hours for our rooms to be ready and even after this two hours room was still dirty! Windows was terrible, bathroom also and room was have bad smell !

I had wonderful stay at J W Marriot Grosvenor place. The location is fantastic, its well connected to bus, tube etc. Hyde park is just across the road and you can go for run or walk there. Oxford Street is also walking distance There is no breakfast provided and you have to separately pay for it, but you have options around the hotel. Overall a very comfortable stay. At times noise level could get high but it was far and few between.

For one of Londons best hotels, they have a major rat problem. Attended an event in the huge hall downstairs, after dinner once the lights were on we saw at least a dozen rats running around darting under the tables where the table cloths meet the floor. I am glad we never saw them in the dark! I must add, I skipped breakfast!

Beautiful decor inside. Very big with plenty of space for events. Staff were very helpful. Nice location too on park lane
