Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel

Gorgeous hotel, friendly attentive staff, spacious room, great location. Outstanding customer service by Amber (front desk), Leah (high tea) and Francesco (Red Room) who made our stay extra special. We will definitely return on our next visit to London.

The best description of this hotel is "classy" in the best tradition of a central London hotel. The east end of Hyde Park is just across the road. Our rate included breakfast which was wonderful. Rooms are well-appointed and spotlessly clean. Staff are attentive without being intrusive. Front desk personnel are especially kind. Doormen and bellmen take good care of you at all times. Rather than busy Park Lane, the best way in and out of the hotel is actually the "back doors" on Park Street where there are black cabs always waiting.

I think this is a fabulous hotel in a very ritzy part of London. I think the rooms are spacious for Europe, they are the size of American hotel rooms. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. The hotel is close to Hyde Park, restaurants, and shopping venues. The other hotels in this neighborhood are twice the price. I feel like you get a great value at this hotel. I am not sure why there are negative reviews

Was here for business. Customer service needs a bit of work. Extremely rude door staff. Not a very welcoming experience. Would not recommend.

Excellent location for sight seeing and exploring the city, we walked everywhere! Very upscale, sophisticated hotel! We did a high noon experience here as well- it was excellent! Highly recommend!
