Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel

We returned to the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We return to the hotel time and time again with it never failing to please in all aspects of the visit. We arrived early not expecting our room to be ready however it was and we were soon checked in, unpacked and off to explore London. The room was immaculate and well prepared, this was the same throughout our stay. The exec lounge was warm homely with cheerful friendly staff with a lovely array of food and drink on offer. Unsure where to dine on our 2nd night we sought the help of the concierge where Ricky and Paulo steered us towards Mercato a converted church in Mayfair to sample some traditional pizza, which is a fantastic venue where future visits are planned to sample other delights there. We ,made good use of the JW Steakhouse and Exec Lounge during our stay. If you are looking for a great relaxing 5 star stay then look no further. Without doubt the whole experience is one not to be missed. We describe the whole experience to others that the hotel is our London home from home, comfortable, homely and relaxing with everything on hand. The Hotel's biggest asset is that of its staff who with out exception are cheerful, polite, friendly and professional at their roles. It is our go to hotel in London and even if we are not staying overnight, we often pop in for food and drink where we are always so very well looked after

Another wonderful stay what can I say. Everyone from booking in to the staff in the executive lounge went above and beyond. Our room was yet again beautiful and managed to get in a bit earlier because the room was ready. The hotel is decorated so nice for Christmas. Our bed was lovely and comfy and got quite a large room with seating area. The food at night on the Friday was so nice and we both said it was probably one of the nicest curries we had had. Dont think it was Chicken Tikka Massala because it was spicey but so nice. Our drinks were topped up regularly and the sparkling wine was delicious. Breakfast was nice again. Our favourite central London hotel and you will see us again.

I had the great pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, and my experience was perfect from check-in to check-out. I must give special recognition to Amber at the front desk she provided the best check-in experience I have ever had. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She could easily give a masterclass to hotel employees everywhere. Truly impressive. When I arrived in my room, everything was flawless. I had mentioned during pre-arrival communication that I was celebrating my birthday and the holiday season, and I was delighted to find a handwritten birthday card, a chocolate bulldog, and a Christmas ornament waiting for me, such a thoughtful touch. The Executive Lounge was excellent, with outstanding service, and Afternoon Tea was, once again, absolute perfection. Very well done, Grosvenor House. I will definitely be back.

Mayfair is the place to stay when in London. The hotel situated on Park Lane is the perfect vantage point whether pedestrian or using public transportation. On entering the hotel the sounds of a piano playing familiar tunes while passing the hotel restaurants feels lively and uplifting. Your mood is immediately piqued by the happy flowers on the central table and the bustle of hotel activity. The rooms are traditional and kept the British architecture structurally. With modern updates to heat plumbing and windows the rooms still feel authentically British . The service is fantastic especially in the executive lounge which is a must . The chefs in all the restaurants are masters of their craft. The touches of JW Marriott seen throughout the hotel elevates the grosvenor house experience.
