Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel

Excellent Stay – Perfect from Start to Finish We recently stayed at the J W Marriott Grosvenor House London and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautiful, and as we have found at other J W Marriott properties, the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone we encountered, from the check-in team and doormen to housekeeping and the staff in the Park Room, were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was thorough and welcoming. During our stay there was an issue affecting some of the lifts, but the hotel handled the situation extremely well. A member of staff was positioned at the operational lift to keep guests informed and manage the flow of people. The problem was resolved quickly and with minimal disruption. Our room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed and thoughtful touches such as complimentary tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring a large walk-in shower and plenty of towels. Housekeeping maintained the room to an impeccable standard throughout our stay. London was experiencing temperatures of around 35°C during our visit, but the room's air conditioning performed exceptionally well and kept the room comfortable at all times. We thoroughly enjoyed both the food and service in the Park Room. The team there struck the perfect balance of being friendly, efficient and engaging, helping to make every visit enjoyable. Our only minor criticism was the lack of a vegan option in The Market when stopping for a coffee. Given the otherwise excellent facilities, it would be nice to see a little more choice in this area. Check-out was smooth and efficient. We unexpectedly needed to leave a day early, and the staff member assisting us was genuinely concerned and keen to help, which was greatly appreciated. Would we return? Absolutely. A first-class hotel with outstanding staff, excellent facilities and a level of service that made our stay memorable for all the right reasons.

Quality ,Quality & Quality , that sure is the Buzz word in this hotel . Top class service , great food and extremely comfortable rooms and really good furniture. Right from the go this hotel spells class , check in was done by a very dynamic young man , Diego who was pro active all through out our stay . Victoria is a great Guest Relations officer and just seems to crack it all . Ellie is also very good at what she does in the lounge and so is Gerald. The new trainee Armita is catching up fast . The breakfast room has some great staff in the experienced Valentina and the the relatively new Janveer who is really coming up fast . Lokesh and Dinesh are doing a great job with Housekeeping . Finally but not the least Anna is superb as in room dining and managing the lounge . Alex Hensens is a good GM and doing a great job of managing such a great well oiled machine . I have stayed many times before but then this time enjoyed the place even more , the location is very posh and everything is very central. This is definitely our option and hotel of choice in London and would love to come back again and again .

What a fantastic, wonderful experience, and my family is forever indebted to the general manager Mr. Henskens, Guest Relations exec Ms. Boyko, and Tugce Ergoven. My daughter lives in London and got married in London, and we used this wonderful hotel as our base of operations for the wedding - family for 5 nights and the happy couple for two. The manager and staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND for everyone -- not only did they upgrade many rooms to suites, Ms. Boyko and Ms. Ergoven reached out and asked me for photos of my daughter and son-in-law (a Londoner - we hail from Miami) and lo and behold theor fabulously upgraded honeymoon corner suite contained ballons with photos of them tied into the strings, in addition to absurdly and wonderfully decadent spreads, and when we (profusely) thanked Ms. Ergoven et al they lit up, as if it was their own family, explaining how they were so excited how everything came out and they couldn't wait til my daughter snd son in law saw their work. I could go on and on but will not. I will say that my wife and I have beem fortunate enough to stay in some.of the wprlds finest hotels - villa Serbellini in lake como, maby times at the st regis new york, blah blah blah, and the service is fabulous of cpurse at those typed of hotels.... but NOWHERE have we encountered the attention to detail coupled with the clear personal joy of making people HAPPY as was gifted to us by the wonderful staff at this amazing hotel. We loved our experience and would come back again in a heartbeat! Great location, great staff and nice food along with lovely flower arrangements in the lobby and dining room.

We got the high class rooms with access to the Executive Lounge which provided breakfast, snacks, and dinner. The staff in the Lounge were absolutely outstanding. In particular I'd like to compliment Marina, Joseph, and Maria. Beyond the Lounge everyone was happy to help with whatever questions or problems we had. The rooms were immaculate. The bar was beautiful, ... gorgeous flowers. Right across the street from Hyde Park. Cabbies immediately available out the back door.
