Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel

This hotel exceeded expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend. The location is great. I usually stay in Knightsbridge but now I prefer Mayfair. Close enough walk to so many great things yet incredibly quiet spot upon return. The hotel has obviously been around for quite a while but it’s well kept. The deluxe suite was very spacious and clean. The hotel executive lounge was particularly useful for breakfast and refreshments. The staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful. While it’s a big, busy hotel, each staff member made an effort to pay us attention. Jay at the front desk was especially helpful when we left some important documents behind. Thanks so much!

The JW Marriott Grosvenor House knocked it out of the park! Ahead of our arrival, they reached out to learn more about our trip purpose (both a babymoon and birthday celebration) and they made me feel special and recognized throughout the trip. The lounge (available to Plat+ members) was elevated and space - great F&B offerings and incredibly friendly team. The hotel was able to upgrade us, which was an added perk. We will absolutely come back - it was such a lovely experience!

Berkay, Mohit and the whole team at the executive lounge and hotel were truly exceptional. Location and Red Bar team were so good as well.

Stayed at Grosvenor House recently and overall had a really solid experience. It's a large hotel, so it’s got that slick, polished feel – maybe not super personal, but efficient and professional throughout. The location on Park Lane is ideal if you want to be close to Mayfair, Hyde Park, and everything central. You can pretty much walk to most places or hop in a cab from right outside. Rooms are spacious by London standards – clean, well-equipped, and the beds are really comfortable. You can tell it’s geared toward business and international guests, so it’s not overly trendy, but it does the job well. The executive lounge is definitely worth the upgrade if it’s available – decent breakfast, snacks during the day, and a quiet space to work or relax. Service was smooth, staff helpful, and check-in was easy even with how busy the hotel gets. It doesn’t have the charm of a boutique place, but if you're after comfort, scale and location, it’s a great choice.
