Stayed with my family and enjoyed every bit of it. From the best of amenities that one can exoect in a luxury property to one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on, it was truly a complete experience. Breakfast buffet spread was really good plus the options from the A la carte prepared in a perfect manner tops up if one would feel that something is missing. Management and staff of the hotel showed extreme care and turned out entire stay into a memorable experience. Location of the Hotel is also one of the strong aspects as we could travel around and easily either walk back or take a cab from Victoria station. Walk was just about 13-15min. Even though the hotel is located in the heart of london, we had zero disturbance from any of the outside noise and had a peaceful sleep on all days. Can't wait to be back and thank you for adding every bit from your side to ensure we are taken care of so well.

Excellent location, amenities and service. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. They understand what it means to be part of a world class team and provided an experience that reflects that. Cannot say enough good things about the Hari and the staff. Bravo to the management team, well done!

Amazing restaurant and staff
I went to eat at “Il Pampero” for my birthday. The food was incredible, we had 5/6 starters to share and one main each. Everything was delicious and so was the incredible fresh tiramisu made at that exact moment at our table. A big thank you to Dario and Peter for being so attentive and accommodating. They really made my birthday dinner so special!
