Absolute Bliss!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

I never wanted to leave! The staff, food, rooms (oh the pillows!) are all exceptional! The location on the top floor has beautiful views of Buckingham Palace. The lounge - with its rooftop level - provides a wonderful sanctuary of peace along with food and snacks galore. Oh the grilled cheese toasties! I was hesitant about writing a review as I selfishly hope there is always a room available for me!

Wonderful hotel with great staff.

Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff made this 5 night trip a great experience. Had previously stayed at the Rubens next door however this was on another level. The staff could not have been more helpful. Room was great with nice touches added making this a very personal experience. Will definitely return.

Impeccable service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

I don't think I have ever written a review DURING a stay at a property. My husband and I are checking out tomorrow after a few days/nights in London. We are in agreement that this property has the best service we have ever experienced. It is other-worldly, and we have stayed at some ridiculous properties (reviewed and not reviewed on TA). The staff is just so attentive and helpful and quiet and kind. Plunder the Pantry is an adorable, value-added concept. Location is fabulous. Room is cozy. Bed is comfy. Water pressure is excellent. In short, we LOVED this property. We have already rebooked for Summer 2027 (two rooms) to attend Wimbledon with family. Thanks to this amazing gem of a hotel.

Fantastic hotel and fantastic experience.

What a fantastic hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was full of small positive surprises. You get a special feeling already when you enter the small lobby. The feeling that you are welcome and appreciated. In the lounge you can get small snacks and ice cream 24/7 and that is included. The roof top terrace has a magnificent view over the city. The housekeeping is way beyond expectations. Without a doubt the best housekeeping I have ever experienced. When you come back to the hotel after a day out in the city it looks like you enter a room right after checkin. They even fold you clothes better than you do it yourself. This hotel is quite expensive but it's definitely worth every penny. We will be back.

Our London home away from home

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We visit London as often as possible and always stay ay Hotel 41. Entering the hotel is like visiting someone's cozy living room. With comfortable furniture, the warmth of the fireplace, and welcoming smiles of the staff, we immediately feel at home. There is always something delicious in the pantry, and a glass of champagne at the ready. The rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable. The staff is friendly, professional, and at the ready to help make your stay memorable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to main attractions and transportation hubs. Hotel 41 is our London home away from home!

My bid for a five-day stay at the 41 Hotel in London was accepted. I'm writing to report that the hotel experience was extraordinary. The quality of the room (the bed, the bath, and a full panoply of amenities) was five-star. Even more important, the service was unqualifiedly exceptional — personal, attentive, efficient, friendly. I've been pleased with prior Luxury Link bookings but none has been the qualify of the 41 Hotel. It was truly a private residence with full service experience.

What an experience. Small and quaint where service is personal, efficient, and attentive. Never a want for anything. We arrived on my birthday and were treated like royalty the entire 5 day stay! We were greeted with champagne and a staff that was beyond exceptional. What a treat to return to our room after my b-day dinner to find a heart made of rose pedals on our bed and a room filled with red candles -- and a cake! The staff at 41 is exceptional -- they all went out of their way to make our stay so very special. Love this hotel and plan to return soon. Location is across from the Mews at Buckinham Palace. Descrete and wonderful!

Ever impulsive, we gambled on a "Buy it Now" for Hotel 41. And that gamble paid off (they don’t always - being "impulsive" is way over-rated). BUT - What a lovely place! What a terrific staff - every single one of them! This was truly our home for the week we spent in London. We'd start with breakfast in the lounge, back to the room for a rousing game of Wii volleyball (or basketball), walk all over London, back in time for appetizers and to catch up with the staff and other guests, then back out for a show and dinner or more sightseeing. The staff arranged everything for us: exchanging the complimentary champagne for a wonderful chardonnay when they noticed we declined the champagne, setting up the complimentary Wii in our room, theater tickets, high tea, dinners, tours. My favorite thing was getting back to the room at the end of the night: lights dimmed, candles lit, bottled water replenished on the night stands, classical music playing low in the background, and hot water bottles tucked underneath the beautifully turned down covers. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
