5 star staff
Lovely staff, very attentive. I have nothing to complain about except the plumbing, it was extremely difficult to get a decent temperature of the water - both in the shower and when using the hand basin tap. But other than that, I was a 5 star experience! The complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival was a joy after a long day of travelling.

Unbelievable experience down to the finest detail. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. The hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of London.

Best experience of our 10-day trip.
We loved this hotel. You might even say it was the best thing about our trip. Incredible breakfast and meals in the executive lounge. Impeccable service. Lucy is a standout. There were others too like Beth, Rueben, and many I didn't get their names. I will forever remember Lucy's quote, "We believe kindness is free." I just love her. I really can't say enough great things about Hotel 41 and its staff. We loved the apple ginger wellness shot. The eggs were some of the best I've ever eaten. The fruited water at arrival -- such a nice touch. We don't drink alcohol, so we really appreciated this. We traveled with five people. We plundered the pantry, ate in the executive lounge, and also had breakfast there every morning. Best hotel of our 10-day adventure through England and Scotland. Rooms immaculately clean. Gave plenty of towels -- which were sumptuous. Everything you can want in a five-star hotel. I might travel back to London just to stay at Hotel 41.

Hotel 41 is the best!
Hotel 41 always exceeds our expectations. They absolutely go above and beyond to make sure you feel special. In addition to everything always being immaculate and comfortable, on this particular trip, the staff went out of their way to upgrade my family. The kids couldn't get over how amazing their room was. We were all tired and jet-lagged so ate at the property as well, and the food was excellent both in the executive lounge and via room service. We stay at Hotel 41 every time we're in London. I can't imagine that changing any time soon. Particular shout out to Shan and his team who welcomed us so warmly and made sure our stay was nothing short of exceptional.

An unforgettable stay!
More than a hotel - it was an unforgettable experience for us! The service is impeccable and the staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable and all of your needs are taken care of. The lounge area complete with liquid libations and culinary treats was beyond expectation and so appreciated by us to start, stop for a break and end our days. The hotel is in the centre of it all, you are steps away from the wonderful sights of London. We hope to return to both London & Hotel 41 one day soon!

My bid for a five-day stay at the 41 Hotel in London was accepted. I'm writing to report that the hotel experience was extraordinary. The quality of the room (the bed, the bath, and a full panoply of amenities) was five-star. Even more important, the service was unqualifiedly exceptional — personal, attentive, efficient, friendly. I've been pleased with prior Luxury Link bookings but none has been the qualify of the 41 Hotel. It was truly a private residence with full service experience.

What an experience. Small and quaint where service is personal, efficient, and attentive. Never a want for anything. We arrived on my birthday and were treated like royalty the entire 5 day stay! We were greeted with champagne and a staff that was beyond exceptional. What a treat to return to our room after my b-day dinner to find a heart made of rose pedals on our bed and a room filled with red candles -- and a cake! The staff at 41 is exceptional -- they all went out of their way to make our stay so very special. Love this hotel and plan to return soon. Location is across from the Mews at Buckinham Palace. Descrete and wonderful!

Ever impulsive, we gambled on a "Buy it Now" for Hotel 41. And that gamble paid off (they don’t always - being "impulsive" is way over-rated). BUT - What a lovely place! What a terrific staff - every single one of them! This was truly our home for the week we spent in London. We'd start with breakfast in the lounge, back to the room for a rousing game of Wii volleyball (or basketball), walk all over London, back in time for appetizers and to catch up with the staff and other guests, then back out for a show and dinner or more sightseeing. The staff arranged everything for us: exchanging the complimentary champagne for a wonderful chardonnay when they noticed we declined the champagne, setting up the complimentary Wii in our room, theater tickets, high tea, dinners, tours. My favorite thing was getting back to the room at the end of the night: lights dimmed, candles lit, bottled water replenished on the night stands, classical music playing low in the background, and hot water bottles tucked underneath the beautifully turned down covers. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
