A Rating of "Excellent" Seems Understated!
I have traveled quite a lot, but I have never stayed in a hotel in the US nor abroad that was so pleasant on every level as the Hotel 41. Without a doubt, the staff has to be the most friendly team of people ever assembled! Every one of them seemed genuinely glad to see me and hear about my day. Thoughtful surprises awaited me in my room and the unexpected attention to detail by the housekeeping staff was topnotch. All of this, combined with a charming room and a wonderfully comfortable bed, made my stay at Hotel 41 a memorable and fantastic experience!

A luxurious home away from home
Hotel 41 was an absolute dream of an experience! From the staff to the room to the amenities, we felt right at home only in a much more luxurious setting than our own home! We will stay here again next time we are in London.

A Hidden Jewel
Just spent three wonderful nights at 41 Hotel. The location near Buckingham Palace could not be beat and the hotel is definitely 5 star. The staff was friendly and the room was excellent. We will definitely stay there when we return to London.

Excellent property, excellent service
The service at 41 is exceptional. Every staff member on their team deserves 5 stars. We’ve stayed here before and came back this year because of the service. I love a small boutique hotel. The only issue we had was the room has too much furniture in it. Especially if you’ve been traveling for three weeks and have several suit cases. Ruben the GM kindly removed a desk chair and was willing to store some of our luggage we didn’t need. Saif, Jessica, and all the others were there for us at our beck and call. We had just been in Scotland and stayed at 100 Princes Street. Another Red Carnation property we love. We will continue to stay with you based upon our wonderful experiences.

A cut above the rest
Wow. Unquestionably a great hotel in a fantastic location. But it's the service and attention to detail that sets this hotel apart from so many others. The staff treat you like royalty, and nothing is too much trouble. Quite the opposite in fact. Can't recommend a stay at this hotel enough.

My bid for a five-day stay at the 41 Hotel in London was accepted. I'm writing to report that the hotel experience was extraordinary. The quality of the room (the bed, the bath, and a full panoply of amenities) was five-star. Even more important, the service was unqualifiedly exceptional — personal, attentive, efficient, friendly. I've been pleased with prior Luxury Link bookings but none has been the qualify of the 41 Hotel. It was truly a private residence with full service experience.

What an experience. Small and quaint where service is personal, efficient, and attentive. Never a want for anything. We arrived on my birthday and were treated like royalty the entire 5 day stay! We were greeted with champagne and a staff that was beyond exceptional. What a treat to return to our room after my b-day dinner to find a heart made of rose pedals on our bed and a room filled with red candles -- and a cake! The staff at 41 is exceptional -- they all went out of their way to make our stay so very special. Love this hotel and plan to return soon. Location is across from the Mews at Buckinham Palace. Descrete and wonderful!

Ever impulsive, we gambled on a "Buy it Now" for Hotel 41. And that gamble paid off (they don’t always - being "impulsive" is way over-rated). BUT - What a lovely place! What a terrific staff - every single one of them! This was truly our home for the week we spent in London. We'd start with breakfast in the lounge, back to the room for a rousing game of Wii volleyball (or basketball), walk all over London, back in time for appetizers and to catch up with the staff and other guests, then back out for a show and dinner or more sightseeing. The staff arranged everything for us: exchanging the complimentary champagne for a wonderful chardonnay when they noticed we declined the champagne, setting up the complimentary Wii in our room, theater tickets, high tea, dinners, tours. My favorite thing was getting back to the room at the end of the night: lights dimmed, candles lit, bottled water replenished on the night stands, classical music playing low in the background, and hot water bottles tucked underneath the beautifully turned down covers. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
